2. Set your entry routine. I get my students to enter with their microphone muted - you can also not allow attendees to unmute by opening the participants list, clicking the ellipsis and selecting that option.

3. Make sure students arrive as attendees - some organisations have this set up to automatically happen that only meeting organizer is the presenter and others are attendees. Can change this in the manage permissions menu to only me if not already set (opens in a web browser).

4. Classroom routine and expectations - first lesson I share my screen and show the students the raise hand function for when they want to ask questions, how to access the chat function and how to react to questions as opposed to typing answers

For the 20,000 victims of non-fatal strangulation and suffocation, I urge Parliamentarians to take action now and amend the Domestic Abuse Bill. This needs to be a stand-alone offence. If this opportunity is missed women will die.

Police could much better support victims if there was a stand-alone offence of Non-Fatal Strangulation. 80% of survivors are likely to have a resulting health problem e.g. stroke or PTSD. The Lords should amend the Domestic Abuse Bill to fix this.

Twice yesterday I heard announcers mention players who were fathers. One player is the father of 2-year old twins. I couldn't help but think of the sick, twisted fact that NCAA rules prevent schools from paying him a salary that would allow them to provide those kids. (2/?)

I don't know the individual circumstances of the players metioned. Maybe those kids have (presumably young) mothers who are able to work full-time jobs that provide for those kids. Maybe the kids have grandparents comfortable enough to provide the essentials to them. (3/?)

And some small percentage of those kids will, in a couple years have a dad playing in the NFL. If dad lasts longer than 2 or 3 seasons, they should be set. But the vast majority of them will not. (4/?)

The primary justification for this rule is that if we let colleges pay kids then it would allow a small set of rich schools to dominate the sport, the way the Ivy League schools dominated it in the early decades of the sport. (5/?)

Bitcoin will top out somewhere between $200k and $300k.

I am not of the belief that this is going to be the "final cycle" where BTC soaks up the world's wealth, goes to $1 million and rewrites financial history. I do not think...

That Bitcoin is headed permanently to the moon on this go round. After this cycle peaks I would expect a 60 to 80% retrace.

The macro narrative is taking shape that BTC is a hedge against inflation, however...

I don't think we're actually going to get the inflation everyone expects.

In order to get secular, painful, obvious inflation I think that several things need to happen. We need a more accommodating government (MMT) which we don't...

Have yet, as evidenced by Mitch blocking the $2k stimulus.

At this point we don't have the system necessary to fire the fiscal bazookas fast enough to overcome the forces of deflation.

I think that we'll get a MMT government eventually, but it could take several years...

Mistakes natural lifters make

1) Bro Splits

Let's start off with the big one.

A natural lifter needs the actual training session to trigger the increase in anabolism that a steroid user will get 24/7.

After a workout, anabolism/protein synthesis is elevated for roughly 30-36 hours.

So training a muscle once a week is sub optimal as you're getting 30-36 hours of enhanced growth out of a 168 hour week.

Whereas if you train a muscle 2-3x per week this goes up to 60-72 hours or even 90-108 hours of enhanced anabolism, leading to faster growth.

Obviously there will be some individual differences here, but as a natural, if you only train a muscle once per week, you're leaving a good chunk of gains on the table.

It's optimal to spread your total weekly volume out across the week by increasing your frequency.

2) Not getting strong

If you get strong on the basic lifts and their variations such as the squat, deadlift, presses, rows and chins, I guarantee your physique will show it.

Take your squat from 225lbs x 10 up to 315 x 10 your legs will be bigger.

It was some days to Christmas and as a TEAM, they had just finished an intervention for a brother. He was still mulling over certain revelations from the prayers when his wife got a call.

He understood certain spiritual realities and hers was one of such. It was evident, there was another occupant in her.

"I attend church and I have Pastors I go to..."

"...who pray with me and give me prayer points". She said.

"So you have not given your life to Christ" he asked trying to ensure she understood the question

Many traders don't indulge in understanding GREEKS because they think they are very complicated.

There are 4 primary greeks:

Delta
Gamma
Theta
Vega

In my experience, understanding DELTA is enough to take benefit of greeks.(1/n)

Delta measures the rate of change of options price based on the directional movement of the underlying.

So this means we can know in advance (theoretically) how much an option will move with the underlying & so we can prepare our strategies accordingly. (2/n)

Value of delta varies between 0 & 1 for calls and -1 & 0 for puts. This figure tells how much an option price will change, when the underlying moves 1 point. So example a delta of .2 of call indicates that for every 1 point change in the underlying, the price will move .2 (3/n)

For option writers who want to trade in neutral strategies like straddle, strangle, ratios, calendar etc, delta can be very helpful. So be it any complex strategy, knowing the NET DELTA can give you an idea of how your strategy will perform in different scenarios. (4/n)

Net delta is just the sum of the deltas of all the bull options (call+ & put-) minus the bear options (call- & put+).

So if we can track this, we will always be in the know of how much exposed our position is. It makes it easier then to adjust our position. (5/n)

I'll tell you why the English have ignored the fact that Scotland voted remain.
It's because they're trying to subordinate the idea of Scotland to nominally the United Kingdom, but effectively to England.

If there was any truth to the English illusion of the United Kingdom, they would have never imposed this English nationalist Brexit on Scotland.

My proposal to the movement on the way forward is quite simple and is a hybrid of both Plan A and Plan B. Which should bring together all sides of the movement.

1. The #PeoplesAS30 establishes that the Scottish Parliament can legislate for a second referendum without Westminster consent.

2. The Scottish Government, and pro-independence parliamentarians at Holyrood IMMEDIATELY pass a referendum franchise bill to protect the right to hold a referendum. Included in that bill is a provision for its activation:

"That on a majority vote of the Scottish Parliament a date shall be set and a referendum held on Scottish Independence".

3. This bill having been officially passed prior to the 2021 elections. Pro-Independence candidates stand on the following policy -
