When thinking about who to play in DM for Leeds the word "role" is important. Let's have a think about the role:
A lot of people think Struijk isn't good enough in the build-up phase. Well, what does the DM do in build-up?
Here's a passing network from last season:
As you can see, Phillips' role in the Championship last season was largely facilitating build up in the wide area (on the left interestingly).
Per Wyscout, Phillips is putting up a figure of 7.03 long passes per 90 minutes and completes around 59%. Last season he was making 6.94 long passes per 90 mins at around 52%.
Per dribbles he's putting up similar numbers across both seasons (between 1 and 1.5 p90) and per duels he's putting up the same number (20 p90).
All of this suggests his role hasn't changed much over the last couple of seasons.
This exactly. I think the 8 and fullback roles in this system share quite a lot of common attributes, even forgetting how Bielsa looks to hybrid them in 3-3-1-3. No wonder that we've seen Dallas, Shackleton, Gotts etc play both. And these roles play to Dallas' strengths.

DONALD TRUMP IS SO RACIST ...
â that he restored and increased HBCU funding (which Obama cut permanently) and met with HBCU leaders to find more solutions to bring higher education to black communities!
â that he gave loans to black entrepreneurs when the banks wouldn't. https://t.co/qiK2Ul7se2
â that Jesse Jackson praised Trump for helping him put together his Rainbow Coalition and for being a model for âpeople on Wall Street to represent diversity.â
â that he was awarded the 1986 Ellis Island Medal Of Honor alongside Rosa parks and Muhammad Ali for âpatriotism, tolerance, brotherhood and DIVERSITYâ. They don't give these medals to racists. https://t.co/WliqZHc34j
â that he dated a black woman.
â that he donated to and did personal favors for Rev. Al Sharpton's National Youth Movement. https://t.co/nBTvLiO128
â that he helped sponsor and finance both of Jesse Jackson's presidential bids.
â that when a homeless black woman was found illegally living in Trump Tower he allowed this woman to stay for 8 years, and provided her with three meals a day, and fresh flowers once a week.

The #worldwildlifeday2021 theme is Forests and Livelihoods: Sustaining People and Planet aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals 1, 12, 13 and 15. So, what are the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) & how can children begin to learn about them & get involved ?
https://t.co/8ICvHxE9QL is easy & fun to follow for our smallest of people #EYFS. Early childhood is the perfect stage to introduce the core concepts of what it means to be a global citizen. For our reception & KS1 children please take a look at this fabulous free resource
https://t.co/tZx8UIS58Q Storytelling is a powerful communications tool and helps children remember lessons and virtues that they will use in everyday life. The idea is to simplify the lessons of the (SDGs) so young children can relate to â and better understand â the SDGs.
For older children hereâs a board game that aims to help teach children around the world about the Sustainable Development Goals in a simple and child-friendly way
This is a lovely free book for children to enjoy flicking through themselves https://t.co/ScMbQCfpjl Elyx, the United Nationsâ digital ambassador, uses various expressions and actions to help demonstrate the meaning of each Sustainable Development Goal.

1. I find it remarkable that some medics and scientists arenât raising their voices to make children as safe as possible. The comment about children being less infectious than adults is unsupported by evidence.
2. @c_drosten has talked about this extensively and @dgurdasani1 and @DrZoeHyde have repeatedly pointed out flaws in the studies which have purported to show this. Now for the other assertion: children are very rarely ill with COVID19.
3. Children seem to suffer less with acute illness, but we have no idea of the long-term impact of infection. We do know #LongCovid affects some children. @LongCovidKids now speaks for 1,500 children struggling with a wide range of long-term symptoms.
4. 1,500 children whose parents found a small campaign group. How many more are out there? We donât know. ONS data suggests there might be many, but the issue hasnât been studied sufficiently well or long enough for a definitive answer.
5. Some people have talked about #COVID19 being this generationâs Polio. According to US CDC, Polio resulted in inapparent infection in more than 99% of people. Severe disease occurred in a tiny fraction of those infected. Source:

Instead trying prove the opposite!
Why??

1. One of the best changes in recent years is the GOP abandoning libertarianism. Here's GOP Rep. Greg Steube: âI do think there is an appetite amongst Republicans, if the Dems wanted to try to break up Big Tech, I think there is support for that."
2. And @RepKenBuck, who offered a thoughtful Third Way report on antitrust law in 2020, weighed in quite reasonably on Biden antitrust frameworks.
3. I believe this change is sincere because it's so pervasive and beginning to result in real policy changes. Example: The North Dakota GOP is taking on Apple's app store.
4. And yet there's a problem. The GOP establishment is still pro-big tech. Trump, despite some of his instincts, appointed pro-monopoly antitrust enforcers. Antitrust chief Makan Delrahim helped big tech, and the antitrust case happened bc he was recused.
5. At the other sleepy antitrust agency, the Federal Trade Commission, Trump appointed commissioners
@FTCPhillips and @CSWilsonFTC are both pro-monopoly. Both voted *against* the antitrust case on FB. That case was 3-2, with a GOP Chair and 2 Dems teaming up against 2 Rs.

Republican North Dakota legislators have introduced #SB2333, a bill that prohibits large tech companies from locking their users into a single app store or payment processor.https://t.co/PgyhgOhFAl
