It is both the toughest of life’s paths and the most rewarding.
All journeys are unique.
But all lead to the same place: total love and oneness.
All are a part of You.
One without the other leads to imbalance.
Recognize and nurture all aspects of You.
I’ll show you how.
Your mind is trying to process all available information to protect you.
The problem: it gets tripped up.
We live in a world of constant fear-based stimulation.
Most of modern society is designed to feed and profit off of your mind.
This is effectively what meditation is and why it’s so powerful.
Some meditators use a mantra so as to have one repetitive thing to repeat.
This helps unwind cyclical thoughts.
It breaks the mind free from it’s shackles.
It stops the churn.
Expand your knowledge (nonfiction)
Acquire wisdom (spiritual texts)
Learn new skills (music, sports, etc)
Gain exposure (documentaries)
All help strengthen and expand the mind.
Your mind is not impenetrable; it’s just as vulnerable as your body and spirit.
Don’t feed your mind junk food e.g. drama series’s, mindless videos…
Anything that keeps you caught in a loop is designed to consume you.
Don’t let it!
Our bodies are not just sacks of meat and bones.
They’re hyper intelligent and have more going on than we can imagine.
One might argue that most trauma in the body is of direct relation to the mind and spirit.
It is our physical manifestation of our spiritual state.
Yoga has been around for thousands of years.
Why has it stood the test of time?
Because of its power.
Yoga will unlock your body, which unlocks your mind and spirit.
A flexible body means flexible thoughts.
Alcohol, drugs, caffeine, pesticides.
To the body, all are toxic.
We have somehow decided that they are “ok” and normal.
I’m not sure who decided that, but count me out.
Your body wants nutrients from nature.
As fresh as possible with as few chemicals as possible.
Plants are great.
And, meat? Ask:
Are you eating an animal that bathed in fear and chemicals its whole life?
Or one that was healthy and happy?
This concept may sound unfamiliar.
Because for much of society, it is.
Since we were kids, we were told to repress our spirit and rely on the mind.
Spirit is your intuitions, feelings, emotions.
It’s your heart.
Just like your body and mind, the spirit needs to be fed!
When’s the last time you blasted music?
Danced in the rain?
Acted silly and ridiculous?
All these things feed your spirit, keeping it alive and healthy.
Repressed trauma is something we all have.
Keeping it repressed eats us on the inside.
Getting it out heals.
Meditative writing, therapy, counseling…
All help heal.
Your gut is your guide.
If something feels off, don’t ignore that feeling.
Figure out why.
To build your relationship with your spirit, start listening to it.
The more you practice, the clearer it will start communicating.
The spiritual path is both unbelievably challenging.
And unbelievably simple.
It has been a secret weapon in building incredible companies.
And now I’m thrilled to share it with you all.
More from Ryan Breslow 🕺
To start, a note of credit to the great Jim Herbold from Box.
He was my hands-on mentor for many years. Bolt sales would not exist without him.
Much of this is learned wisdom from him.
Ok, here we go 👇
1/ Close the first deals yourself, end-to-end
It’s impossible to now how to construct a sales team without first knowing how to conduct a sale.
Some founders try to hire before this step.
Doing so is skipping a crucial step of getting intimate with your product and customers.
2/ Document the learnings
At Bolt we wrote a 50+ page sales playbook which included
- Email scripts
- Cold call scripts
- FAQ and Rebuttals
- Negotiating tactics
- Closing tactics
With this handy, new salespeople ramp 3X-5X faster.
3/ When ready, always hire in pairs
If you hire just one salesperson and they can’t sell your product, you’re in trouble.
You don’t know if the problem is the person or the product!
Hire two, and you have a point of comparison.
It’s been grueling. We don’t share these lessons enough.
So I decided to do that over the last month.
The feedback has been awesome - 25k new followers in 1 month.
Here’s a roundup of all of the threads 👇
Why Bolt is the first tech unicorn to shift to a 4 day work
The biggest lesson I’ve learned in building a $4B company:— Ryan Breslow \U0001f57a (@ryantakesoff) September 23, 2021
It’s all about the people.
I’m thrilled to announce today that Bolt is the first tech unicorn to officially shift to a 4 day work week.
Here’s why we did it and how we came to the decision \U0001f447\U0001f447\U0001f447
I’ve built both a $4B company and a $1B company over the last 7 years.
Here are the 12 mindset rules that got me
Over the last 5 years, I built a $4B company.— Ryan Breslow \U0001f57a (@ryantakesoff) September 20, 2021
Sounds awesome right?
Not until recently.
I made every mistake imaginable.
The toughest part was getting my head right.
Here are the 12 mindset rules that I’ve developed.
We 10X’d our company in the last 10 months.
Here are the 10 tactics to making every day
At Bolt we grew from $400M to $4B in the last 10 months.— Ryan Breslow \U0001f57a (@ryantakesoff) September 28, 2021
That's a 10x in 10 months.
This wasn’t an accident, but it also wasn’t a given.
The shift? We started making EVERY day count.
What exactly does that mean?
Let's break it down \U0001f447\U0001f447\U0001f447
We’ve closed more deals in the last 90 days than in all of Bolt history.
Here are 10 tips on how to negotiate your best
In the last 90 days, we’ve closed more deals than ever before in Bolt’s history.— Ryan Breslow \U0001f57a (@ryantakesoff) September 25, 2021
These deals alone have added billions to our valuation
This wasn't an accident.
We completely changed how we negotiate deals.
Here are 10 tactics we use today to negotiate Bolt’s best deals:
1/ Stage out the conversation
One conversation is just that: another conversation.
Land a second, and now you’re being “evaluated”.
Don’t try to jam through everything in the first convo.
Do just enough to pique their interest and land that second meeting.
2/ Do your homework
If you’re pitching a customer, use their product,
Read about the company and the person you’re talking to.
Ultimately, this proves that you will do the work to make their lives easier.
It’s so powerful yet so easily overlooked.
3/ Ask about the decision making process
Who is required to make a decision like this?
What would you need to see from me to be able to buy?
How long will it take to make a decision?
These questions give you the roadmap on how to close the deal.
4/ Don’t always demo
Sometimes it’s habit to jump straight into a demo.
If someone wants to talk first, do that.
This could consume a whole first conversation.
Which gives you a great excuse for that second meeting: going thru the demo.
These days, I get asked by founders all the time: “Should I do YC (YCombinator)?”
My answer used to be: “Probably not worth it, but if you really want to, sure.”
Today, given what YC has become, my answer is a hard: “No.”
Here’s why 👇
Before we dig in, a note on my motivation.
Some think my recent tweets are marketing stunts.
The truth: there’s nothing that pisses me off more than the Mob Sh*t that goes on in Silicon Valley.
My mission of empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs drives all my work.
Ok, now to YC…
This thread is long, but here’s the main takeaway:
YC might have started off pure.
But money, power, and greed have corrupted it.
Today, YC is a lottery factory capturing 10%+ from founders with little concern about the individuals going through the program.
The problem: founders new to Silicon Valley think of YC as a MUST.
This is the narrative that needs to be put to bed.
And, I’ll go one step further, it is a MUST AVOID.
1: Define a crystal clear north star
Great companies know their destination.
Everyone rowing in one direction.
The best north star? A SIMPLE, measurable metric.
Get it right, and watch the magic unfold! 💫
2: Hire uncomfortably good people
Ah, my favorite line!
Hire people you have no right to hire.
Who are so good it makes you nervous.
Who force everyone to step up their game.
Always level up 🦾
3: Create a culture of urgency
Nothing is more powerful than a group of people making every day count 🔥⚡️🚨
4: Make sure no one gets blocked
You’re paying good people good money.
Make sure they don’t get stuck!
Demotivating for them 🤦
Disastrous for the bottom line.

Like, a pretty narrow slice of feminists actually endorse and support corporate feminism, they’re just white, nondisabled, straight, cis, and noisy so their voices have a bigger reach.
So if your impression is that ‘feminism’ gave her a ‘free pass’ maybe you should question your overall impression of feminism rather than continuing to centre a handful of people as ‘thought leaders’ or whatever.
Critics within feminism have been doing this work for a long time and have been getting shat on it for about as long and I'm tired of seeing them erased. But what do I know — I am, after all, not a feminist.
But I WILL say, from my not-a-feminist perspective, that people who aren’t feminists who are criticising feminism should maybe understand the movement more deeply beyond a handful of high profile celebrity feminists.
Decoded his way of analysis/logics for everyone to easily understand.
1. Analysis of volatility, how to foresee/signs.
3. When to sell options
4. Diff category of days
5. How movement of option prices tell us what will happen
1. Keeps following volatility super closely.
Makes 7-8 different strategies to give him a sense of what's going on.
Whichever gives highest profit he trades in.
I am quite different from your style. I follow the market's volatility very closely. I have mock positions in 7-8 different strategies which allows me to stay connected. Whichever gives best profit is usually the one i trade in.— Sarang Sood (@SarangSood) August 13, 2019
2. Theta falls when market moves.
Falls where market is headed towards not on our original position.
Anilji most of the time these days Theta only falls when market moves. So the Theta actually falls where market has moved to, not where our position was in the first place. By shifting we can come close to capturing the Theta fall but not always.— Sarang Sood (@SarangSood) June 24, 2019
3. If you're an options seller then sell only when volatility is dropping, there is a high probability of you making the right trade and getting profit as a result
He believes in a market operator, if market mover sells volatility Sarang Sir joins him.
This week has been great so far. The main aim is to be in the right side of the volatility, rest the market will reward.— Sarang Sood (@SarangSood) July 3, 2019
4. Theta decay vs Fall in vega
Sell when Vega is falling rather than for theta decay. You won't be trapped and higher probability of making profit.
There is a difference between theta decay & fall in vega. Decay is certain but there is no guaranteed profit as delta moves can increase cost. Fall in vega on the other hand is backed by a powerful force that sells options and gives handsome returns. Our job is to identify them.— Sarang Sood (@SarangSood) February 12, 2020
ARRESTS and EXECUTIONS OF FAMOUS PEOPLE 2020 UPDATED
Explanation of the latest military tribunal arrests and executions of famous people in 2020.
2. The tribunals are arresting these people in plain clothes. We saw the Obama’s arrest, although we didn’t know it was an arrest at the time. The arrest was done nonchalantly so as to not get noticed by the public.
All arrests of these famous people were done this way.
3. If the person is convicted of child sex trafficking, crimes against humanity or treason, they will be executed.
If the person arrested has evidence on someone else to help their prosecution, or is willing to help Trump, & they want to cooperate, they may be allowed to do so.
4. A sentence of execution down to life in prison may be accepted if their evidence is worth anything.
When a plea deal is done, the defendant must present evidence they have to make their sentence lighter. This information is given to the prosecution, defense, and to the judge.
5. If evidence is accepted, they are presented the plea deal. They will have to make a guilty plea to the crime with a video confession & written statement. That is how all plea deals work.
All famous people arrested were either treasonous or involved in satanic worship rituals.

I have spent 1.5 months on this app. You can make more $ in 2 days.
I'm still happy that I launched a paid app bcs it involved extra work:
- backend for processing payments (+ permissions, webhooks, etc)
- integration with payment processor
- UI for license activation in Electron
- machine activation limit
- mailgun emails
These things seemed super scary at first. I always thought it was way too much work and something would break. But I'm glad I persisted. So far the only problem I have is that mailgun is not delivering the license keys to certain domains like https://t.co/6Bqn0FUYXo etc. 👌
omg I just realized that me . com is an Apple domain, of course something wouldn't work with these dicks
