Europeans started invading our country after the Turks in the 16th century.

But their dream was ultimately crushed by a young King of Travancore in the Battle of Colachel in 1741.
Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma was born in 1705 at Travancore.His father was Raghava Varma who belonged to the Royal House of Killimanur & his mother was Karthika Thirunal.

He ascended the throne of the Kingdom of Travancore at a very young age of 24 yrs in 1729 when his father died of severe fever. Travancore was very vulnerable at this point of time. To fulfil his ambitions he took over the neighbouring Kingdoms of Attignal and Venad as soon as...

Basics of Doji Candlestick Pattern

The Doji candlestick pattern is a formation that occurs when a market’s open price and close price are almost exactly the same.

It is formed when the market opens and bullish traders push prices up whereas the bearish traders reject the higher price and push it back down.
It could also be that bearish traders try to push prices as low as possible, and the bulls fight back and push the price up.

The upward and downward movements that happen between open and close form the wick.

The body is formed when the price closes at or almost the same level as it opened.

Towards the end of the 12 hours of daylight in Brahma loka, pralaya begins with Bhagwan shiv on earth
Earth is created again at the start of the next kalp of 12 hours of daylight in Brahma loka which will once again followed by pralaya during the 12 hours of night

1) At EOD, short list stocks which are in bullish formations or bullish patterns on higher box sizes or time frames. On monthly and weekly time frames or 1% 2% and 3% box sizes

2) from this, short list stocks that are probable breakout candidates. Here I look for follow through to bullish patterns like super pattern , 💯 pole, turtle Breakout , rare occurrence , bear traps etc

3) From this list check relative strength against nifty 50 and short list stronger candidates.
Check for price and volume breakouts in candlestick charts on daily timeframes for confirming the momentum

There are many ways to achieve this. I have built a system in TradePoint from @Definedge for short listing the candidates. I run fusion matrix to find stronger candidates. The idea for this got from one of the weekly newsletters of @Definedge .

For finding momentum , developed a system in OHLC charts where I check for price and volume breakout for last 5 days, some EMA checks and RSI levels, supertrend etc

I traded Tata Chem with 3x my normal position size today....Why ? Bcos of the setup. This is a setup i like a lot & have been successful 70% of the times - 3ib + NR7. If you get it on weekly it is even more powerful. Basically a price compression & waiting for spring action (1/n)

Secondly, today futures price O=L & wasnt broken in the 1st few mins which was like a confirmation. (A friend pointed out same wasnt true in cash, but it didnt matter then as volumes had started to build up)
Thirdly, price was resting at 21ema for the past few days and not (2/n)

ready to breakdown.
Fourthly, Max Ce Oi was @730 almost 10.93L which made the RR fantastic here.
Lastly, as per Dow theory - Price was making HH and HL's since beginning of May

How to trade on Expiry day with Nifty straddle?
(System trading on Expiry)

Triple straddle is one of the best and accurate methods for expiry day

If nifty trading at 15720 then will sell three straddles above 50 points from ATM, below 50 points and ATM.

Ex.
Sell straddle 15700(ATM), 15650(ATM-50), 15750 (ATM+50)

Stoploss of 80% on every leg and run your trade till 3 PM

Once SL hit in any Leg just keep holding other leg till expiry with SL (Never or less chance to hit both SL on expiry day)
