I was a radical trans person before I detransitioned and got into transphobic radical feminism. Hung out with radical queer and trans people, went to Camp Trans, read plenty of books by trans people, knew all the counter-arguments to transphobic feminist beliefs, etc.

Before I become one, I used to think transphobic rad fems were totally out of touch with reality. Couldn't understand why they thought trans people were in league with the patriarchy. I used to hate read rad fems for years because I found them so ridiculous.

Transphobic feminism only became compelling after I went through several disruptive events in my life and it started to seem like it could fulfill my needs. A huge factor was that conflict had ripped through my personal community and I no longer felt like I could trust people.

My old community no longer felt safe, so I was on the look out for a new one that could meet my needs. I was questioning my gender and unsure of how to live as a woman after living for years as a trans dude. I also was quitting drugs and trying to work through old trauma.

Basically I was going through a lot, in an emotionally vulnerable place, my old community/support system had been disrupted and I was pissed about it, I wanted to detransition but didn't know what that would look like.

The ancient struggle was not having enough.

The modern struggle is having too much.

Here’s what happened so far -- and how GOP is misreading.

There are many smart persons out there, which have a great skill to hold the same (or more ) knowledge and understanding than professionals.

Why? Because the world has developed so much and the information-level have changed💨

Earlier on you would not get access to accounting; it could be sent by Bloomberg terminal, send by post and even cost money. Now every accounting for every public company is available for free right after disclosure.

Professionals had exclusive access to the board, and even the founders, the professionals had access to industry experts and could connect the dots faster.

Now every interview with the company, blog post by an industry leader or a Q&A with founders is available realtime.

I was asked to tell my story. so here we go. Long story short version.

1)My Muslim neighbours. 12 years. The 1st few years were good. Broke bread. Many discussions over coffee on the deck. Kids were young, in school. Then the oldest boy married a girl from Lebanon, had children, who I loved with all my heart. And they loved me.

3)I was like WTF is going on here? Then 2nd son married a Russian Muslim. Many problems with getting her here to Canada. Offered a lot of moral support through that. When I welcomed her and her child, she turned away and went in the house. 🤔🤷🏻‍

4) I talked with my other neighbour about the changes. She had been a VERY good friend of Zalfa’s. Zalfa did not wear a hijab, wore jeans, sweatshirts. THEN. New Imam. Over night. Hijab, Arabic dress, etc. Wouldn’t go to her house. Kids not allowed over if they had eaten pork.
