It was meant to put a smile on your face. Please stop sending me instructions on how to turn my autocorrect off. 😳🤔
Texted my friends to ask if I could take their kids with me to Satan... still have not heard back from them. I meant Santa...
Thanks for all the love, I appreciate a follow. 💗
These are turn-based wargames for windows 3.x, sharing the same engine.
Battles in a Distant Desert is from 1992, and is based on the first Iraq war (Desert Storm)
and Battles on Distant Planets is from 1991, and takes place in SPACE!
I'm pretty sure this is the one I played as a kid.
They've got 3 options to play with:
* Player vs. Player
* Player vs. Computer
* Computer vs. Computer
So it's a 0-2 player game!
They also did a DOS strategy game called "STARDATE 2140.2: GALACTIC CONQUEST" in 1990, but it seems to be lost.
All the games share an experimental AI system based on neural networks.
Seen a couple of these panels make the rounds from time to time, so here's the complete set of 10 (something to amuse and/or offend almost everyone).
Chapter 1: The Super Patriot
Chapter 2: The Ku Klux Klansman
Chapter 3: The American Student
Chapter 4: The Right-Wing Extremist
THEY DO READ THEM, YOU JUDGY, RACOON-PICKED TRASH BIN

Dream & friends' (@GeorgeNotFound, @tommyinnit, @Quackity, @TubboLive, @WilburSoot, etc) meteoric rise and the massive return of Minecraft has been one of the most amazing gaming stories this year.
1 mil to 15 mil in one year. INSANE. thank you guys so much. have completely changed my life.— Dream (@Dream) December 30, 2020
1/ What do Dream and crew get so right?
On the surface, it's clear that they show the power of good storytelling and each of our desires to "hang out" with a group of friends that are having fun.
2/ This remains one of, if not the most important draws for great parasocial content -- whether it be Seinfeld, @DavidDobrik's vlogs, or Dream SMP content, the same is true:
We want to feel a little less alone and spend time in the worlds of these friends we know so much about.
3/ Watching this new wave of superstars take over YouTube / Twitch / Twitter gaming cultures has been incredible and bizarre.

4/ Dream speaks to the underrated and remarkable nature of Minecraft, too. In its 9th year, the game continues to dominate. Why?
Accessible, multi-platform, wide appeal? Sure - but more importantly: it is infinitely extendable. It's a creator's perfect sandbox. (image @SipoverS)
How the fuck is a CF card "USB Enabled"?
So CF cards are a weird beast that act as either a PCMCIA card or an ATA/IDE card depending on a mode pin.
They're definitely not USB.
And it's not like that weird SanDisk card I have which you can fold in half and plug it in as a USB device.
It turns out the reason for "USB Enabled" is because it's a Lexar drive from the jumpSHOT era.
This is a normal CF card in most cases, you can use it in normal CF card readers and such
It my son's choice - he was going through a Westerns phase, thought he was too old to be going on holiday with us, so we let him choose the destination, and just went with it.
The ranch was a lovely old place, run by a guy in his sixties or seventies, though most of the actual running was done by a fantastic Mexican couple who lived there.
The old guy was very Texan - beautiful manners, larger than life, full of stories. The other memory I have is that there were guns *everywhere*. In just about every room.
He spent his evenings online, but not in the way you'd expect these days. He spent his time on networked multiplayer war games, fighting imaginary enemies while talking to his fellow players.
Since we're looking at this, thought I would bring up something interesting that's been going on for the last few days.
@mil_ops did a video Thursday noting some interesting traffic in the DC
In short, there's been some interesting traffic moving from Italy to Europe.
Black ops seem to be grounded on Thursday with no new flights on the flight log.
And there's been a flurry of activity in the DC area. AF1 & 2 went up with a lot of protection (only AF2 squawking). Drones all over DC, and Green Jolly's all over Langley.
#ChristmasStory with you. It's based on the story our mamas tell us so that we aren't afraid and bark at Santy Claws. My canine friend Moe & a human named Jodie inspired me to create this as a holiday gift for my Twitter friends.
Please follow along and be patient with me.
Our Story is called:
Moe Knows: A Christmas Tail.
Moe Knows loneliness.
He was an adorable puppy. Some kind of bully breed mix born just before Christmas. When he was just a little tyke he was bought by a man wanting something
that would grow into a big guard dog. So Moe was taken from his mama & siblings and went to his new home. His first night there he spent alone in a garage with only a thin blanket between him and the floor. Moe cried all night.
Moe knows cold.
He spent his days chained in a yard and his nights in the garage. Being a mischievous pup, Moe eventually found things in the garage to play with & chew on. This made the man very angry & Moe was no longer allowed to sleep in the garage. He stayed chained
outdoors and huddled under an old truck in the yard to keep out of the wind & keep dry.
