Judge Batten recites the conspiracy theory behind the lawsuit and repeats Ga. officials' question:

"Why would Georgia's Republican governor and Republican Secretary of State," whom he notes are Trump supporters, "conspire to throw the election" to POTUS-elect Biden?

It's a question that many people are thinking, Judge Batten notes.

Judge Batten explains the doctrine of laches, which has killed many a Trump suit.

"The law is pretty clear that a party cannot obtain the extraordinary remedy of injunctive relief unless he acts quickly."

Judge Batten notes that Lin Wood and Sidney Powell ask him to throw out the election and declare Trump the winner.

A hearing in the case of one of the Capitol rioters accused of assault is about to begin.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Reona J. Daly asks the defendant's consent to participate in today's hearing remotely.

The defendant, Mathew Capsel, agrees.

Judge Daly asks whether Capsel is asking the court to appoint counsel for him.

"Yes, ma'am."

She reviews his financial affidavit, and she agrees to his public defender.

The prosecutor asks for detention, saying that he's a danger to the community and a flight risk.

They will proceed on that motion.

Prosecutor said that Capsel had a suicide attempt over marital issues.

"There's violence in this defendant's history, as a juvenile and as an adult."

He alleges that he has a history of trespass as well, before the Capitol insurrection.

Let me share them with you.

1. You can live and work anywhere in Canada. Yeah! Anywhere. Permanent Residents are not tied to a specific employer or a specific province...

Remember: Just because an idea is old doesn't mean it's good.

Knowing whether old ideas are more likely to be good requires understanding whether conditions have changed in important ways.

Horse archery was an amazing method of warfare for over a thousand years...then people invented guns, and suddenly this great idea that had stood the test of time became obsolete.

Then again, when underlying conditions don't change much, tried-and-true approaches are probably better.

1. Most people are aware of the fail doxes posted by Jamilla Moor on @Snakeeater36 and myself. I'm going to go into the details (in layman terms) of exactly how a specific group of duhnonymous idiots came up with these fail doxes & I'll prove that they're wrong.

2. @Snakeeater36 posted this screenshot on his TL. He had exposed the page source code on tweet which included an image. Anyone can do this in Chrome by opening a tweet, clicking on the image, then right click on any open space on the screen, select "inspect", then "network".

3. In fact I did the same by pulling up a different tweet and image. You'll see the IP highlighted in yellow and the region Dallas TX. It's not my IP. It belongs to Akamai which is identified. Why is that important.......

4. Well Akamai is a Content Delivery Network also known as a CDN. A CDN, is a geographically distributed network of proxy servers (make note of the term "proxy" servers) and their data centers. More later on why this is important relative to the fail doxes.

5. CDNs allow companies like Twitter to provide better performance in uploading content, like images, by distributing the service spatially relative to end users. Rather than pushing content directly (left), Twitter uses CDN networks (right) to push/pull images from end users.
