Constant ads are the biggest irritation when it comes to Youtube.

This way you don't miss out on any trading videos and have them clubbed together.

My main Youtube account I keep for other entertainment.

4. Subscribe to your favorite channels

Go to your subscriptions tab.

Here you'll see the videos released that day of the accounts you follow.

Add to queue all the videos you want to watch which have been released that day. Consume those together.

Few hacks to identify bad stocks⚠️

• Interest coverage ratio
• CFO/PAT
• Promoter Pledging
• Market cap VS Enterprise value

1⃣ Debt to Equity ratio

If a company has high debt then it means that the companies debt value is more than its asset value which is not a good sign.

✅ratio < 1 is considered ideal.

2⃣ Interest coverage ratio

This ratio tells us how efficiently the company is paying the interest charged on its debts.

✅ratio > 2 is considered ideal.

3⃣CFO/PAT

If the CFO or cash flow statement is consistently positive every year then it's a good sign.

On the other hand, if the CFO is less than the PAT of the company then it can be a red flag.

How to trade in options during high volatility i.e. India vix>22-23 ?

In the current scenario, option sellers who are deploying strangles are unable to make money

E.g.: If a trader is selling a strangle of Rs. 100 each leg then during a fast momentum on either side, one leg becomes 80 & the other one Rs. 200
So overall, the strangle seller is at a loss

Strangles & Straddles are easy to manage in low vix

During high vix, find reversals

1. Why trade via spreads?

Overnight risk will be always capped
Limited Risk will keep you cool
Hedge our position

Strictly not to do for margin, as that will lead to overleveraging.

Traders Sell option for 100 and buy 10 rs option.

That is for margin reduction, not a spread.

2. Circuit:

If the market opens at the lower circuit or upper circuit, then our loss should be limited.

Eg - Expiry Trading on the 24th Feb Expiry

The market gapped down & traders lost huge sums of money.

Some lost 15% or 20% of their capital in a 4% index move.

If in 4% people are losing so huge then imagine if Modi says black money is back, we will open at an upper circuit.

If India-Pakistan tension news comes again we will open at a lower circuit.

In a 4% index move, people lost 10%, so in the case of a circuit, they will lose 50%.

To recover a 50% loss on capital, you need to make 100% returns with the leftover capital to break even.

In these cases, spreads cover your risk.

Even he lost 3-4% of capital on 24th but it is easy to recover in 1-2 months.

For eg, Nifty Heatmap Can easily scan for:

- Long Build up = Price Up and OI up
- Long Unwinding = Price Down and OI down
- Short Buildup = Price Down and OI up
- Short Covering = Price Up and OI down

Price levels of OI being added:

• Check 15 mins Built-up in any stock
• Can find Intraday Bullish and bearish trend
• Eg of IBUL who was down 5% on Friday. Short Built-up had started in the morning itself.
• Shows the quantities which are being traded in those intervals.

Time Intervals:

• There are 25, time intervals available every day.

• If a stock has to go up or down a lot it will be heavily dominated in these time intervals.

• IBUL had 10 times short built up on Friday. -5.79 %

• ITC had 14 long built-ups on Friday. +2.6%.

3. Do not try to remember anything!

Write everything down.
Put things on a calendar.
Create a to-do list.
Use a notes app.

We over-estimate our ability to remember things!

4. Predict your future (and then laugh about it)

Every birthday, write down 2-3 predictions for yourself, for the next year.

And then next birthday, go through them.

Over 3-5 years you will be amazed at how inaccurate your predictions were!
