Pradakshina (Sanskrit), meaning circumambulation, consists of walking around in a ‘circle’ as a form of worship in Hindu ceremonies in India.

The devotees walk around the garbha griha, the innermost chamber of the shrine housing the temple deity. It is done around the sacred fire (Agni), trees, and plants as well.

Thus, Pradakshina is done around Tulsi plant and Peepal tree. Pradakshina or Parikrama is done in pilgrimage centers also. Pradakshina literally means: to the right (Dakshina means right).

So, in Pradakshina, one goes to the left-hand direction to keep the deity around the Sanctum Sanctorum on one’s right side. Pradakshina is one of the customary aspects of going to a temple.

1. Kirit Shaktipeeth: situated on the Lalbagh coat bank of Hooghly river in West Bengal. Kirat means Sirabhushan or crown of Sati mata was dropped there. Idols are Devi as Vimala(Pure) and Shiva as Sangbarta.

2. Katyayani Shaktipeeth: situated in Bhooteshwar in Vrindavan, Mthura, where Sati’s hairs dropped. Devi signifies power whereas Bhairav signifies Bhutesh(Lord of living beings).

3. Krvir Shaktipeeth: situated in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Devi’s three eyes fell there.Idols are Devi as Mahishmardini and Shiva as Krodhish.

4. Shri Parvat Shaktipeeth: Some scholars believe that it is situated in Ladakh whereas some believes that it is in Silhat in Assam. Idols are Devi as Shri Sundari and Shiva as Sundaranand .

1⃣ Trendlines are zones and not a single line!

- Due to volatility in price, many times prices tend to spike on both sides
- So, consider trendlines as zones from multiple swing highs(include wicks) to get the best fit trendline
- Your winning probability increases with zones

2⃣ Trendlines with more touchpoints

- Any trendline with 3 or more touchpoints is a very significant one
- The price points around significant trendlines are important & should be watched

3⃣Trendlines on higher Time Frame are more significant

- A trendline on the 15 min chart will be easily broken than a trendline on the daily
- A shorter time trendline break might just mean a consolidation phase before the price moves up again resuming the larger trend

4⃣ The steeper the trendline the more likely it will break

- The less steep the trendline angle, the more significant it is & more likely to be respected.
- Any trendline with an angle greater than 30° is steep & likely to be broken before the previous trend continues.

First mistake:

Doing too many exercises.

All you need is:

- A squat or similar movement
- A hip hinge
- Vertical push
- Vertical pull
- Horizontal push
- Horizontal pull

Add in some calf work and ab work.

You don't need multiple exercises for each muscle group.

Some people do 3 or 4 different exercises for each of the above, e.g. a flat bench press, a decline bench press, a pushup, an incline dumbbell press... this is a waste of time.

All of those are using the same muscles and fall into the "horizontal pull" category.

All you need to do is pick ONE for each category and lift to failure with good form.

Reaching failure (or close) creates the stimulus for adaptation.

Adding more work does not increase this stimulus, it just adds more muscle damage that you've got to recover from.

The other mistake is that people do too many sets.

You've all seen the bros in the gym on chest day...

HAMMERING the chest with 5 sets of flat bench press, 5 sets of incline, 3 sets of decline, 5 sets of flyes...

This is just cutting into recovery and making results worse.
