How to go from $0 to $10K/mo and quit your 9-5.

A thread.

Let's say you have a 9-5

You make anywhere from $40-100K

Not bad

but you hate your Boss

You hate the job

and you KNOW your dream life doesn't include a 9-5 Job

Your goal is to QUIT

I will show you Exactly how

First thing - STAY at your 9-5

for now, at least

You'll quit once you hit $5K/month

If possible, systemize your 9-5 role

Create systems, hire a Phillipino VA

Buy back your time

If you have 3-4 hrs/day at your 9-5

to build your own Business

it's VERY powerful
OK, Step 1 - REFLECT

Assess yourself

Ask

"what am I good at?"

"what am I passionate about?"

"what kind of life do I want?"

"where do I have leverage?"

"where do I have connections?"

answer these Q's
Step 2 - PICK NICHE

Marketing is the industry I rec getting into

Pick one of these 👇

NICHES
- Paid Ads
- Content Marketing
- Outbound Marketing
- Retention Marketing
- SMS Marketing
- Web Design
- Meme Marketing
- Personal Branding
- Twitter Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
STEP 3 - STUDY

Buy courses, read books, book consultations

Study the FUCK out of your niche

Spend a few thousand $$ and at least 1000 hours studying & practicing

Get GREAT
STEP 4 - CRAFT OFFER

Answer these

"Which market has lots of $$?"

"Which market has bad marketing in the offer I chose?"

"Which market is interesting to me?"

Pick a Market

for example: E-Com brands doing $5M+ revenue, Twitter business influencers, or Mobile App dev companies
STEP 4 (PT 2)

CRAFT your ICP

Fill this out in DETAIL

What do your customers buy from you
Why do they buy it
What could hold them back from buying your service
Goals & Objectives
What they like
What they hate
What they think about all day
Age
Sex
Country
Position
Hobbies
STEP 4 (PT 3)

NOW you know exactly Who you're selling to

Craft an offer for them

3 Options

1) RETAINER - get paid monthly, the same amount no matter what

2) PERFORMANCE-BASED - get paid purely a % of the $$ you make clients

3) COMBO - self-explanatory

I rec #1
STEP 4 (PT 4)

Your offer should affect COMPANY POCKETS

Nothing else matters

"How do you make or save your client's MONEY?"

ANSWER THAT

^^that's your offer
STEP 4 (PT 5)

Example offer (this is actually what I do):

I work with B2B companies & book them sales appointments, scaling our clients' companies and bringing in $500K+ in new revenue every single month
STEP 5 - VISUALS

Create a name for your Agency

Buy a website via Google Domains or Namecheap

Create a logo (hire @guifariaspoa who did @HiLeadLink's logo)

Get a Google Workspace acc for email

you're now setup
STEP 6 - OUTREACH

You're all set up

Now you wanna GET A CLIENT

Buy @blackhatwizardd "Cold Email Mastery"

Buy @DONVESH "Agency Cashflow Roadmap"

these 2 courses are more than enough to get your first couple clients

Start doing cold outreach via MailShake & LeadLink
STEP 7 -WORK FOR FREE

charge client #1 NOTHING

You gain: powerful case study, testimonial, proof-of-concept, & refine the fuck out of your processes

When you're 100% unproven, working 2-3 months for free is a bargain FOR YOU

Do it
STEP 8 - LEVERAGE & OUTREACH

Get GREAT results for client 1

Ask for Video testimonial

Create case study about your results for them

Post both on your site, LinkedIn, etc

Use them in your outreach

you'll get clients a LOT easier now

Start Charging new clients
STEP 9 - BUILD & AUTOMATE

Get a subscription to Notion

Build SYSTEMS for
- Sales
- Outreach
- Fulfillment
- Client Communication

Get Zapier

start AUTOMATING your service as much as possible

AUTOMATE
- Reporting
- Data Entry
- Communication

@NickAbraham12 is automation KING
PS: here's a video thread I recorded on EXACTLY how to create systems

https://t.co/VErpKblACd

watch this & you're good

Don't need ANYTHING else
STEP 10 - REPEAT

Keep repeating Success

Get great results OVER & OVER

create Case Studies & get testimonials for each client

now it's EASY to get clients
STEP 11 - QUIT

After 2-3 clients, you should be at $5K MINIMUM a month

Quit your 9-5 job
STEP 12 - HIRE

Follow my thread STEP BY STEP

on how to hire your Dream Team

do this SLOW

Every single time I set foot in every store/restaurant/place of business in Latin America. Only if they are not completely ignoring me from jump. Or following me bc obviously I came to carry out my plans to rob a store that is approximately 2 sq ft. big.

The part that’s also relevant is I’m oftentimes viewed as respectable-negro adjacent in the dominant culture imaginary. So what of those who are never identified as such? I always think about that. I get surveyed & harassed bad...yet and still there’s levels to the profiling.

When I have to do errands in Panama City, I make sure to apply makeup, perfume, an outfit with cleavage, or booty emphasis, heels and an “expensive” purse. There are STARK differences in the service and treatment I get when I do this vs. when I don’t. STARK. Pero, *STARK.*

LatinAmerica is psychotic in identifying who has money and who doesn’t based on how they are dressed, and how they imagine, carrying themselves. An “elegantly dressed” Black person will face less violence on an errand-run versus one who isn’t. This isn’t absolute so sit down plis

And then the times when I am dressed super-revealing. All of the help and care in the world from male workers. The same white mestizo men who would ordinarily follow me to “prevent theft” are happily helping me find things. Again, race, color, gender, class and more.

Nano Course On Python For Trading
==========================
Module 1

Python makes it very easy to analyze and visualize time series data when you’re a beginner. It's easier when you don't have to install python on your PC (that's why it's a nano course, you'll learn python...

... on the go). You will not be required to install python in your PC but you will be using an amazing python editor, Google Colab Visit
https://t.co/EZt0agsdlV

This course is for anyone out there who is confused, frustrated, and just wants this python/finance thing to work!

In Module 1 of this Nano course, we will learn about :

# Using Google Colab
# Importing libraries
# Making a Random Time Series of Black Field Research Stock (fictional)

# Using Google Colab

Intro link is here on YT: https://t.co/MqMSDBaQri

Create a new Notebook at https://t.co/EZt0agsdlV and name it AnythingOfYourChoice.ipynb

You got your notebook ready and now the game is on!
You can add code in these cells and add as many cells as you want

# Importing Libraries

Imports are pretty standard, with a few exceptions.
For the most part, you can import your libraries by running the import.
Type this in the first cell you see. You need not worry about what each of these does, we will understand it later.
1/“What would need to be true for you to….X”

Why is this the most powerful question you can ask when attempting to reach an agreement with another human being or organization?

A thread, co-written by @deanmbrody:

2/ First, “X” could be lots of things. Examples: What would need to be true for you to

- “Feel it's in our best interest for me to be CMO"
- “Feel that we’re in a good place as a company”
- “Feel that we’re on the same page”
- “Feel that we both got what we wanted from this deal

3/ Normally, we aren’t that direct. Example from startup/VC land:

Founders leave VC meetings thinking that every VC will invest, but they rarely do.

Worse over, the founders don’t know what they need to do in order to be fundable.

4/ So why should you ask the magic Q?

To get clarity.

You want to know where you stand, and what it takes to get what you want in a way that also gets them what they want.

It also holds them (mentally) accountable once the thing they need becomes true.

5/ Staying in the context of soliciting investors, the question is “what would need to be true for you to want to invest (or partner with us on this journey, etc)?”

Multiple responses to this question are likely to deliver a positive result.
