As Albertans, we are unfamiliar with the tactics used by fascists. Albertans are naive to subterfuge and sedition.

Stochastic terrorism is common in eastern European nations. Russia & Al Qaida use these tactics all the time, but with much more regularity, brutality & deaths.
Here’s an article from 2011. Spelling out the process of creating a “missile” or “lone wolf” by appealing to those individuals who are mentally unstable. Experts have known how stochastic terrorism works for well over a decade.

What has changed more recently is the ability to single out those with mental instability through digital surveillance.

In the documentary “People You May Know,” it reveals extremist evangelicals are using aggregated data to pinpoint & locate individuals with vulnerabilities.
Those individuals are then bombarded with propaganda, recruited by evangelical proselytizers and shaped into far right voters.

So what stops politicians from using this technology to produce “lone wolves?”

In fact there is evidence that this is precisely what is happening.

Human futures and the predictability of human behaviour is bought and sold as a commodity. An individual suffering from mental instability can be identified using aggregate data.

The only thing missing is health data. Current databases of personal data can predict mental instability with great accuracy.

So what would bad actors need health data, if already available data can predict mental instability? Save that for later.
UCP very recently passed bill 46 in the middle of the night. Within hours it had received Royal Assent. What was the urgency to pass this legislation, with minimal feedback from opposition?

Concerns were flagged by the Privacy Commissioner and Opposition MLAs.
Personal health data of Albertans can now legally be shared outside of Alberta. Little can be done to address breaches of privacy. By allowing entities that reside outside of Alberta to access Netcare information, the security of personal health data is compromised.
It’s no secret that UCP is moving towards virtual healthcare to augment and possibly replace the current primary care model in Alberta.

That includes providing access to Netcare to digitally based physician services.

Telus Health Babylon now has access to Netcare data.
So there is no need to replace physicians who are moving out of Alberta. Telus Health Babylon now has access to patients’ personal health information.

A primary care physician is not required to be a resident of Alberta to practice in Alberta. They can live anywhere in Canada.
Of course they would be subject to their own jurisdiction’s health data privacy legislation. Breaches are impossible to regulate with this legislation.

What stops physicians outside AB from breaching data privacy? Ethics.

That’s it.

AB privacy legislation wouldn’t apply.
So let’s go back to the question about why this was so urgently needed to be passed by UCP in the middle of the night, and why bad actors would need health data, if the capacity already exists to ferret them out using AI analysis.
COVid has created mentally unstable individuals. Many more. Those with identified mental health issues may be receiving supports (meds, counselling), but many more remain unidentified and are struggling independent of the healthcare system.
Who’s more vulnerable? Those receiving healthcare treatment and support? Or those living with mental instability & have no treatment or support?

Why would it be urgent to pass a bill in the dead of night, while COVid is raging & new mandates are being enforced?
When you answer those questions, it reveals Kenney’s intent and strategy. Kenney is implementing Trump’s strategy to effect a shift in power (a coup). He’s already in control of Alberta. So what jurisdiction could he be hoping to impact?
In the lead up to the second COVid wave, Kenney and UCP MLAs routinely criticized everyone who advocated for a lockdown, or even a mask mandate. Opposition MLAs, physicians, Dr. Tam, community members. Kenney advocated for liberty over lives.
Several times Kenney has equated livelihoods with actual human lives. Giving priority to individual freedom over collective security. Refusing to temporarily lockdown high risk businesses and preferring to preserve their right to profit.
Still inadequate, he finally changed his tune about a mask mandate, and imposed stricter measures to aid in stemming the spread of COVid. Banning all gatherings and making masks mandatory.

His liberty loving base is apoplectic. JCCF has filed a law suit.
And now we are seeing people connected to Rebel News, Keean Bexte, and the valuation of liberty over public safety, revolt against the public health orders. Threaten further challenges to put liberty above health safety.
And, since we DO NOT live in an information vacuum, this is entirely consistent with the actions occurring in the US. It’s also consistent with UK actions. Funny that huh?

You see, Q’Anon is a global death cult. Consistency in narrative is key.
There are no coincidences in this scenario. Like Trump, Kenney delayed public health action for as long as possible. At the same time, feeding red meat to his radicalized extremist support base made up of Dominionists and hard core libertarians who many also happen to be Q’Anon.
In the US, it’s resulted in plots to kidnap and murder governors who impose public health mandates. In the UK a new health data contract with Palantir.

Kenney is following a strategic plan to permanently undermine democracy.

Seems conservatives have an overdeveloped sense of entitlement.

How does it feel to the average Albertan to be considered second class? Apparently UCP, CPC and other conservatives across Canada are exempt from COVID public health orders.

I wonder if that means anti maskers are first class citizens? What about church pastors and parishioners? Are they first class status too?

But teachers, physicians, police, first responders, grocery workers, and every other Albertan is considered second class.

We don’t get exemptions to avoid public health orders.

What kind of government flouts law and order?


This is not explained by the confused and poorly informed “freedom” focussed Q’Anon and the fanatical Evangelical Christian’s who evidently can’t manage to worship at home.

What is the common characteristic of all fascist regimes?

Social Darwinism.

Fascists believe they are the epitome of human evolution or divine creation. They often credit god with bestowing cream of the crop status on them alone. But it’s based on Social Darwinism.

For a myriad of reasons, fascists believe they and they alone are the chosen people. They have been given divine permission to exert dominion over the globe and it’s resources, which includes all other people. There is little anyone can do to sway that opinion.


Social Darwinism was used to justify colonialism and the brutal treatment of indigenous peoples and dispossession of their land. All to enrich the plutocratic elite. It also justifies how the wealthy view the poor/workers as chattel to control & command at whim to make profits.


Social Darwinism is the rationale for human bondage. It goes back several centuries. Whether it’s rule by the fittest or control of human breeding for the best profits is irrelevant. The belief that some humans are BETTER than others is central to fascism.

I’ll explain in more detail.

We now have two deadlier and more contagious variants of Covid circulating across the globe. The vaccines developed are less than 95% effective. It’s more like 50%, maybe less.

Some believe it’s hardly worth the effort to achieve 50% efficacy.

This is untrue. Viruses mutate quickly and effectively when transmitted from person to person. Becoming infected allows the virus to mutate. Eliminate transmission or widespread infection, and the virus’s ability to mutate into deadlier forms is eliminated.

While the vaccine may not prevent infection, it will boost human immunity that transmission is more difficult. Reduced amounts of covid transmission means less opportunity for the virus to mutate.

That’s how everything works.

The same applies to toddlers and teenagers. (No they aren’t viruses, this is an analogy).

The busier toddlers and teenagers are, the less likely they are to get into trouble. Which is why a good parent keeps their toddlers and teenagers active and engaged in supervised activity.

And then remember Canadian, especially Albertan, conservatives are moving in this direction and have been supportive of Trump’s cabal, since the beginning.

In fact many still are openly supportive of the far right even after January 6, 2021.

The violence in this video is disturbing. You’ll witness death chants, a scaffold with noose, a shooting and an officer suffering intense trauma from being crushed.

What is amazing to me are the videos of people relaxing in their hotels afterwards that are circulating on social media.

How mentally warped must you be to calmly sit down with drinks and bar snacks after attempting a violent coup?

And maybe that’s why Keean Bexte is rushing back to Canada. He was there. In full support of the initiative. Now he’s desperate to get to Canadian protection from American prison cells for supporting a violent coup in a foreign nation.

Bexte is a fugitive of sorts. His videos, rhetoric and behaviour choices are seriously in question. There is no doubt the FBI will want to confiscate his recordings. Extradition would make prosecution years away. Huawei’s extradition battle demonstrates that reality.

We finally have the U.S. Citizenship Act Bill Text! I'm going to go through some portions of the bill right now and highlight some of the major changes and improvements that it would make to our immigration system.

First the Bill makes a series of promises changes to the way we talk about immigrants and immigration law.

Gone would be the term "alien" and in its place is "noncitizen."

Also gone would be the term "alienage," replaced with "noncitizenship."


Now we get to the "earned path to citizenship" for all undocumented immigrants present in the United States on January 1, 2021.

Under this bill, anyone who satisfies the eligibility criteria for a new "lawful prospective immigrant status" can come out of the shadows.


So, what are the eligibility criteria for becoming a "lawful prospective immigrant status"? Those are in a new INA 245G and include:

- Payment of the appropriate fees
- Continuous presence after January 1, 2021
- Not having certain criminal record (but there's a waiver)


After a person has been in "lawful prospective immigrant status" for at least 5 years, they can apply for a green card, so long as they still pass background checks and have paid back any taxes they are required to do so by law.

However! Some groups don't have to wait 5 years.

Studying the Holy Scriptures, character building, personality development, responsibilities towards self,family and society,discipline and preservation of the ancient culture and heritage were the key embodiments of education.

This kind of education system made ancient India, a centre of knowledge all over the world. Many foreign students came to India for education and India was called the 'Vishwaguru'.
Takshshila and Nalanda were the two prominent universities of ancient India.

Once a goldsmith by the name of Narhari lived in Pandharpur. He excelled in his craft. He had vowed not to look at Pandurang or visit his mandir ever, as he was a Shiva Bhakt.
One day, a wealthy merchant visited him.


He wanted a gold girdle studded with precious gems, to be made for Prabhu Vitthal. Narhari refused to make it as it was for Vitthal.
After many requests, he agreed to make the girdle but asked the merchant to bring the measurement from the mandir as he himself would not go there


The measurement was given n he made the girdle. When the girdle was put on Vitthal, it was loose. Narhari had to shorten it. Now the girdle became tight. So Narhari was forced to take measurement on his own. He had to go to the mandir but went blindfolded to avoid seeing Vitthal


In the Mandir, when blindfolded Narhari touched Vitthal, he felt as if he was touching Shiva with matted hair, the moon, snake in His neck and Trishul in His hand. Ecstatic with joy, he removed the blindfold to see Shiva but he found the murti of Vitthal with Rukmini there.


He realised the truth that there was no difference between Vitthal and Shiva. Narhari at once fell at the feet of Panduranga. He then took the measurement of the waist of Vitthal and this time the ornament fit the Murti perfectly.

Remember: Just because an idea is old doesn't mean it's good.

Knowing whether old ideas are more likely to be good requires understanding whether conditions have changed in important ways.

Horse archery was an amazing method of warfare for over a thousand years...then people invented guns, and suddenly this great idea that had stood the test of time became obsolete.

Then again, when underlying conditions don't change much, tried-and-true approaches are probably better.

"Learning the lessons of history" usually just means assuming ergodicity and stationarity in an informal time-series model...
