Detailed thread as I promised to RIDE THE TREND with super ease✅

 1) For riding trends, first you have to understand trends - Here is how a complete cycle of stock looks like..Stock has 4 stages...We need to be in 2nd one to make money.
Now here we go deeper into stage 2 (2/n)
2) Any stage 2 has phases as this is not a linear journey but the stock will set up multiple bases in between...Below is the example of Balaji amines that highlights how the stage 2 in reality looks now.....
3) So a Stage 2 has periods of bases in between which are the typical resting period for digesting earlier gains. Theoretically looks like this..Stage 2 then a base within stage 2 and stage 2 resumes....
4) The real question is how to ride trend between the bases peacefully so that we don't have to wait in consolidation.
5) Look at the below pic & the marked area are the movement we want to capture before stock starts resting again..Net made 630% ..Instead of 1 single trade this can be divided into 4 trades thus managing risk of full trend reversal
6) Now how to ride it - We use full weekly chart for this..Pictorial this is how the overall trend looks like with the 10/20 EMA . As trend picks up 10 EMA will start rising
7) Till know you should have understood how an ideal stock looks like ..Breaks out stage 1, enters stage 2 ..In stage 2 it will have resting period that can be any in number buy any base after 3rd one is extended therefore base counting is essential
8) Now 2 ways to do this - 1) Ride and sell into strength (Using trail mechanism) & 2nd is using 10 W EMA
..Let's see 10 W EMA first
9) Use 10 W EMA breakdown as a point to exit - In case of balaji amines we was successfully able to sit through all bases as the price never broke 10 W moving average..If you entered from Base 1 break - returns 600%
10) Not every stock is so good with low duration bases in between. In many stocks you will find 3-5 months of consolidation in between like in nitin spinners..Read chart below
11) Therefore though 10 w MA is a good way to ride the trend but it can run you through long bases within a trend too & money is ideal..For overcoming this I use weekly trailing rules as in below picture for example using ignite bars
12) If Ignite bars is too big like 17-20% then it's too much room. Therefore in such cases I will go to daily and trail using ignite bars....Net made 55% ..Do this multiple time from bases to bases and you made more than 100% again
13) Summary - Find right trend using 10EMA + Stock breaking out of sound base + then use 10 W EMA (for selling into weakness ) or for max benefit use trailing stop loss rules and capture major upmove part before stock sleeps again & gets ready for another base. Keep repeating
14) I have a 3rd riding tool which can also help out a lot..Will write about it if we get good interaction in above & if people are reading until here to like this one

First let us go through 2 cases of how moving averages are used
1) For finding trend - Prices are volatile on day to day, week to week basis to smooth them MA are used . It tells clear direction of the trend without getting lost in volatility (1/n)

Look in 1 chart it's only Prices & 2nd one with only MA. Things look neat in 2nd one (2/n)


2) Support areas -

Moving averages are used as support areas for adding up stock.

As stock picks up trend it usually takes support in between towards the key moving averages. Example below - Deepak Nitrite taking support of 10 week EMA as it runs up


These 2 are the most important use of moving averages Now we will look at different MA and which one is best
ALL , A MOVING AVERAGE , TECHNICAL ANALYSIS IS NONSENSE

A day trading setup CLUE for trading index / stocks for a living..Capturing a big move in adv.
If cpr is bearish,n price opens abv cpr with a 5-15 min bullish pa or price crosses abv cpr within first 30 min, it usually signals a big move ahead.
Vice versa for bull cpr.


Bullish cpr is shaded blue; Bearish cpr is shaded red. If u think that higher value cpr are necessarily bullish and vice versa , then ur Wrong … I will leave this concept for discussion.

There is a supertrend indicator in zerodha. For swing go with 60 min chart. Check with different numbers in period and multiplier section.
Check success rate of buy and sell signal generated by system. Apply number according to decide buy and sell for swing trade.

1. The moving average structure - Many traders just look at the 200 ma test or closing above/below it regardless of its slope. Let's look at all the interactions with 200 ma where price met it for the first time after the trend change but with 200 ma slope against it


One can clearly sense that currently it is one of those scenarios only. I understand that I might get trolled for this, but an unbiased mind suggests that odds are highly against the bulls for making fresh investments.

But markets are good at giving surprises. What should be our stance if price kept on rising? Let's understand that through charts. The concept is still the same. Divergent 200 ma and price move results in 200 ma test atleast once which gives good investment opportunities.


2. Zig-Zag bear market- There are two types of fall in a bear market, the first one is vertical fall which usually ends with ending diagonals (falling wedges) and the second one is zig zag one which usually ends with parabolic down moves.

भृगु ऋषि सत्यवती से कहते हैं,"पुत्री तुम्हारा और तुम्हारी माता ने एक दुसरे के चरू खा लिए हैं।इस कारण तुम्हारा पुत्र ब्राह्मण होते हुए भी क्षत्रिय सा आचरण करेगा और तुम्हारी माता का पुत्र क्षत्रिय होकर भी ब्राह्मण सा आचरण करेगा।"
इस पर सत्यवती ने भृगु ऋषि से बड़ी विनती की।


सत्यवती ने कहा,"मुझे आशीर्वाद दें कि मेरा पुत्र ब्राह्मण सा ही आचरण करे।"तब महर्षि ने उसे ये आशीर्वाद दे दिया कि उसका पुत्र ब्राह्मण सा ही आचरण करेगा किन्तु उसका पौत्र क्षत्रियों सा व्यवहार करेगा। सत्यवती का एक पुत्र हुआ जिसका नाम जम्दाग्नि था जो सप्त ऋषियों में से एक हैं।

Battle was between the Maratha Warrior Baji Prabhu Deshpande and Sidi Masoud of Adil Shahi Sultanate.

In 1660, the Maratha King Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji was trapped in the fort of Panhala, under siege and vastly outnumbered by an Adilshahis army led by Sidi Masoud.

And while everyone is thinking that finally the Maratha king will be subdued, Shivaji planned to escape to the fort of Vishalgadh. It was administered by a Maratha chieftain named Range Narayan Orpe under Shivaji.

Unconventional approach of 60-40 RSI and range shift concept.

According to him,
whenever the market is bearish,
it won’t be able to cross 60,
and whenever in a bullish trend,
it won’t be able to cross 40.

Like & Retweet for Maximum Reach.

So, instead of the 70-30 Relative Strength Index,
we will use the 60-40 range for the RSI indicator for this strategy.

When the
Monthly and Weekly RSI>60,
& when the RSI takes support at 40 in the daily chart,
it may bounce back and most probably it will not go below 40.

If a bullish candle is formed at the 40 RSI level,
the prices may bounce back, and one can enter the stock.

The stoploss can be placed at the low of that bullish candlestick,
and the target can be the 60 RSI level.

When the
Monthly and Weekly RSI<40,
& when the RSI takes resistance at 60 in the daily chart,
it may bounce back and most probably it will not go above 60

If a bearish candle is formed at the 60 RSI level,
the prices may bounce back from there, & 1 can enter the stock 4 shorting

The stoploss can be placed at the high of that bearish candlestick, and the target can be the 40 RSI levels.
