1/Don't hate on any style:

• Admire the fact that money can be made from intraday, scalping, positional, option buying, selling, futures, etc

• Try to understand which one fits you the most and apply that, then ignore the rest!

2/ System with a R/R of minimum 1:3:

• Here is a system that works for investing, scaping, positional, options buying and selling, futures etc.

• The R/R of this set up in intraday is 1:3 & for investing can go beyond.

3/ Why EMA over SMA? :

• Exponential moving average is used, as it places a greater weight and significance on the most recent data points.

4/ 5EMA moves very close to the prices:

• Mean reversion theory: Asset prices usually tend to go back to normal or average levels after an extreme price move.

• Prices routinely oscillate around the mean but tend to return to that same average price over and over.

Importance of Trend

"Trend is our Friend except at the end when it bends"

Time Frame importance -

1) 3 min - For Execution

1/ Big Brother of Short Strangle (SS)

I am sure you read our previous thread on SS where you sell slightly OTM options in a sideways market.

To create an IC

Create an SS first

Buy the next OTM CE

Buy the next OTM PE

Let’s clear with an example

Ex.

If Nifty is trading at 16300 and you expect it to trade in a narrow range of 200 points till expiry then

Sell 16400CE

Sell 16200PE

This is SS, right?

Now Buy 16500CE

Buy 16100 PE

That is IC

All strikes should belong to the same underlying, have the same number of lots, and same expiration

2/ The Credit Part – Max Profit

My swing cash strategy ☢️
(In simple language)

1⃣ #stock selection process - always choose that stock which are consolidating near all time high

(Because whenever stock will give all time high breakout then it will easily give 20/30% return in 1/2 months

2⃣Volume analysis - In that consolidating period volume should be high of up move days then down move days. And last 3/4 month volume of accumulation is must higher then previous days.

3️⃣ fund diversification - always deploy your capital in 3/4 stocks, not more then that or not less then 3.

And, your 3/4 stocks must be from different strong sectors.

4⃣comunding magic - If you hold 10 stocks then if 2 stocks will give 100% return then portfolio impact is 20% only. (here time period is 8/15 months)

If you hold 3 stocks out of them 2 will give 40% then ur portfolio impact is 25%
(Here time period is 1/3 months)

5⃣sectors analysis - always choose that sector stocks which are near support or breakout stage.

If any stocks is out of nifty sector then u can open stock scanner website and check their peer charts.If out of 5 ,3 are strong then u can select that

1⃣ CCI Basics

• CCI > 100 = Bullish and overbought
• CCI < -100 = Bearish and oversold

2⃣Entry criteria

• CCI(34) on Weekly crossed above 100
• CCI(34) on Daily >100
• Entry: above weekly swing high
• Stoploss: Recent swing low on daily chart

3⃣Exit criteria

• CCI(34) on Daily < -100
• Holding period: Few days to many months

Pyramiding your winners should be considered to make your winners big.

4⃣ Why trade on a multi-timeframe?

• This is a top-down approach where we observe the larger trend of the stock before we take entries on the smaller or medium trend of the stock. This concept can be compared to tides in the sea.

Pivot point (PP) = (High + Low + Close) / 3
R1 = (2 x PP) – Low
S1 = (2 x PP) – High
R2 = PP + (High – Low)

The CPR Indicator consists of 3 components:

Pivot = (High + Low + Close)/3
