I'd love to think that @michaelsheen's thoughts and responses to Welsh nationhood are the start of a new wave of discussion surrounding who, what, why and how of Welsh Independence.

As support and engagement for #IndyWales increases and the integrity of "Britain" spirals out of control to its inevitable demise, so does the argument against it which more often than not a wave of regurgitated clichés that we must endure.
In turn we have to be careful about this ourselves. We cannot repeat the same rhetoric without evolving our point. And let's be honest Welsh Independence is a good enough point as it is but what can we do to bring those into the fold?
There's plenty of things we can do. Discussion is a key point. It'e tiring for me when I'm the butt of jokes in work for supporting IndyWales and starting a business that's based on it. Yet the arguments by these people are always the same; too poor, too small, too dumb. Boring.
Centuries of misrule, subservience, servitude and asset stripping have led this country and all those within its borders to suffer. And suffer as a whole we have. our shared history with England is a hard one, filled with
Can we do better as a country to build a better future? Of course we bloody can & it'll be on our own terms. We will have to do better as a nation & as a people to undo the negativity that not just the British state has done but what we have also done willingly. Reboot & renew.
As Andrew Nutt wrote in the Western Mail & correctly so we should be the ones making the decisions, right or wrong, good or bad. Our successes are ours and so should our failures. Not a nation that's seen as another property and plaything. Let us be the driver of our own destiny.
The small number of prominent Welsh celebrities and notable figures that have come out in support or leaned into being indy confident is growing. Who will be the next? I'll be happy if anyone from the "mainstream" public eye opens up about being for Independence.
We all have an idea of what Welsh Independence should be, what it means to us and what it can be. But if we can engage just one person about the benefits of an independent Wales and why it should happen that's one more person and we've achieved something.
This is "Generation Indy". It's about building an independent Wales not just for the now but for future generations. It's about so many things but most importantly an independent Wales needs, must & deserves to have its own say on the worlds stage.
We have yet to have what Scotland dubbed their "Braveheart" moment or have we? Rather than it be one piece of media that stirred the spirits of a country. Is ours the feet on the ground marching for independence, is ours the people behind & in each indy group? Sure as hell is.
We may have to wait for our braveheart, our "Glyndŵr Rising", but even if it doesn't come. We have momentum on our side. We have the knowledge that being under the control of another nation isn't right now as it wasn't right then.
Certain characters of ill repute in the Tory party have made note that they are happy that the words of the @fmwales effectively hold no sway & fall on deaf ears with @10DowningStreet. What a vile little sentiment to hold onto. To be happy that the voice of a nation is silenced.
I can ramble on about dreams and hopes but we have to reinforce this at the ballot box in 2021. It's one part of heading towards making all we campaign for, all we talk to people about a reality.
And I think that's why having such a positive name like Michael Sheen talk about the relationship between 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿, 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 & 🇬🇧 as a whole is welcoming. But it's up to all of us to really make our own voices count. Do not go gentle into that night. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 Welsh independence is for everyone.

Viruses and other pathogens are often studied as stand-alone entities, despite that, in nature, they mostly live in multispecies associations called biofilms—both externally and within the host.

Microorganisms in biofilms are enclosed by an extracellular matrix that confers protection and improves survival. Previous studies have shown that viruses can secondarily colonize preexisting biofilms, and viral biofilms have also been described.

...we raise the perspective that CoVs can persistently infect bats due to their association with biofilm structures. This phenomenon potentially provides an optimal environment for nonpathogenic & well-adapted viruses to interact with the host, as well as for viral recombination.

Biofilms can also enhance virion viability in extracellular environments, such as on fomites and in aquatic sediments, allowing viral persistence and dissemination.
