How to use a corporate account to lower taxes drastically

Let's go: ↓
1. Make a Pvt Ltd Company.

Form a company with family members and trade under it.

The family members should be directors of the company. Will explain why later.

Why form a company?

You will only need to pay 25% flat tax.

Individuals have to pay 30% tax above 10 lakh profits.
2. Surcharge Benefits:

You will be charged a lower surcharge in a corporate account.

Check the picture below:
Total Tax Outlay:

The total tax outlay for individuals is 30% plus surcharge.

If you really earn a lot (10 cr +) then you will be paying 42% tax.

Whereas in a company you'll be paying a maximum of 28% tax.

This is how rich people save a lot of their money by paying low taxes.
3. More Expenses can be deducted.

All expenses can be deducted from a company account.

Companies:
1. First make a profit.
2. then deduct the expenses
3. & Pay tax on the remaining income

Individuals:
1. First Profit
2. Then Pay tax
3. Expenses with whatever is left.
This makes a huge difference in companies as you get to deduct expenses first and then have to pay tax on the remaining amount.

Individuals are first charged taxes and then get to spend with the remaining amount.

Over a long period, this turns into a huge gain for companies.
4. Which Expenses to charge?

1. Office Rent
2. Petrol
3. Car Depreciation
4. Salaries
5. Travel
6. Food in restaurants

Additionally, get to deduct housing loans as well.
5. Give a loan from your account to your company account.

Since all the family members will be directors in the company, the company can receive a loan from its directors without any hassle.

Start trading with that loan that you've given yourself.

Then don't repay the loan.
6. Low Paid-up capital:

Keep paid-up capital as 1 lakh only.

Anything above that is a loan from directors.

I have confirmed this with multiple traders.
7. NBFC license required?

No NBFC licence is required.

Have confirmed this with multiple CA's and multiple traders too.

8. When should you open a corporate account?

If you're making a profit of higher than 50 lakhs then it makes sense to transfer money to a corporate account and trade from it rather than on an individual name as there are compliance costs as well.
9. Depreciation

In a corporate account, it is going to be easy to claim depreciation.

Tough to do in an individual account.

Additionally, if you buy a property in the company name, all interest paid is considered an expense.
Conclusion:

Everything you buy, buy under the company name.

The total tax you pay will be lesser than 25%.

This will greatly benefit people who freeze when it comes to managing their trades and keep booking losses.

Knowing these adjustments will give you the confidence to try to manage your trades.

Most of them are to lower risk on the side the market is going in.

Some adjustments even increase the profit potential and probabilities of the trade being in profit on expiry.

Let's begin by having a look at the adjustments.

Here is the adjustment number 1 below.

1/ Don't do anything till your breakeven arrives

One reason these strategies go wrong far too quickly is due to adjusting them too frequently.

You can escape most adjustments if you simply wait for the market to arrive at your breakeven.

This will work well in monthly options.

2/ Remove Risk from Untested Side

If you've taken an iron fly and the market has gone up you can shift your put buy upwards and lock the downside risk to potentially zero.

This way you've secured one side and just need to manage the bleeding side.

I have made more than ₹ 3,00,00,000 profit after meeting @niki_poojary last year.

She taught me a lot of things and elevated my trading to a different level.

Here are 8 key learnings from her which helped me improve my trading performance:

1) Become a directional player:

Nikita is a hardcore directional player. Whenever there is a trend, she hardly ever misses it.

Previously, I sold only strangles, but after observing her and watching her make profits, I decided that going directional is where the big money is.

2) Support & Resistance to gauge the big player's footprints:

It is totally possible to trade in the weekly expiry based on only support and resistance.

Because you understand whether the buyer has the upper hand or the seller. Can just accompany them & make money.

3) Execution power on ideas discussed:

Once the Support &Resistance zones are identified, we know where the smart money is likely to make its plays, then it is important to execute on your ideas.

Simply knowing how something works does not put money into your pocket.

You must have the guts to punch the trades in large quantities.

After darshan of Bhagwan Shiva at Thirumaraikkadu,Sambandar received a message to travel to Madurai.
During that time, Samanam was on the rise in the Pandya Kingdom.The Pandya King converted to Samanam.The Queen Mangaiyarkkarasi was a staunch Shiva devotee and was upset.

Kularchirai Nayanar ,Chief Minister of Pandya kingdom was in agony by the turn of events.Queen requested Kulachirai Nayanar to escort Thiru gnana Sambandar to Madurai.Kularchirai Nayanar met Thiru gnana Sambandar at Thirumaraikkadu & requested him to visit Madurai.

NARHARI AND BHAGWAN PANDURANG/VITTHAL

Once a goldsmith by the name of Narhari lived in Pandharpur. He excelled in his craft. He had vowed not to look at Pandurang or visit his mandir ever, as he was a Shiva Bhakt.
One day, a wealthy merchant visited him.


He wanted a gold girdle studded with precious gems, to be made for Prabhu Vitthal. Narhari refused to make it as it was for Vitthal.
After many requests, he agreed to make the girdle but asked the merchant to bring the measurement from the mandir as he himself would not go there


The measurement was given n he made the girdle. When the girdle was put on Vitthal, it was loose. Narhari had to shorten it. Now the girdle became tight. So Narhari was forced to take measurement on his own. He had to go to the mandir but went blindfolded to avoid seeing Vitthal


In the Mandir, when blindfolded Narhari touched Vitthal, he felt as if he was touching Shiva with matted hair, the moon, snake in His neck and Trishul in His hand. Ecstatic with joy, he removed the blindfold to see Shiva but he found the murti of Vitthal with Rukmini there.


He realised the truth that there was no difference between Vitthal and Shiva. Narhari at once fell at the feet of Panduranga. He then took the measurement of the waist of Vitthal and this time the ornament fit the Murti perfectly.

Originally named as Lachit Deca, Lachit Borphukan, the fierce and invincible Ahom Commander, was born during the early 17th century at Betioni in the Golaghat district of modern Assam.


His father, Momai Tamuli Borbarua was the ‘Governor’ of the kingdom and also ‘Commander-in-Chief’ of Ahom army under King Pratap Singha during his reign starting from 1603 to 1639. Lachit received military training from an early age and joined the Ahom King Jayadhvaj Singha...

1/ there is this sense when you are young that your accomplishments need to be a list of things that seem impressive to others. A list of several items you did.

This isn't actually right, so here is another suggestion.

2/ I remember being 26 and writing about reading 52 books a year. I wrote blog posts about it. They got copied. It became "a thing." Now it's in Twitter bios. It looks impressive but it's insanely useless and I shouldn't have done it.

3/ what I should have known at that time is that only young idiots like myself, with no accomplishments, find list of tiny achievements impressive. Anyone who has actually done anything of substance doesn't gaf

4/ what is actually difficult, and worthwhile, instead is to do ONE single thing for a very, very long time. It's much harder and much rarer and results in outlier outcomes much more often.

Of course you can find this out too late if you are chasing the dragon of Ted talks etc

5/ if I had only worked on a startup for a year, I would've gotten nowhere, the same way that if you lift for 3 months, it achieves nothing. Everything good in life comes from perseverance, but at the beginning, you're just like "I need to be somebody!!!"

It’s Siddhars time of the week! Last week I shared story of Guru (Machamuni or Yogi Matsyendranath), this week I bring you information on his Shishya.

His origin story is interesting, though I couldn’t verify it’s authenticity, so not sharing the story here. He’s shishya of Machamuni Siddhar and also learnt from Agasthiya Siddhar.

Unlike other Siddhars, he is depicted as either with a Tiger or seated & wearing Tiger skin. While I couldn’t find any explanation for this. My interpretation is as follows:

Tiger is a predator that lurks around and attacks unexpectedly.


Our 5 indriyas and 5 vikitis also similar to Tiger, they lurk around and attacks our thoughts when we’re least expecting. Gorakkar is said to have mastered these aspects, thus to denote this, he shown with Tiger.

1/People I know on the Right tend to be obsessed with the idea of "crimethink", taboos, and the (supposedly) oppressive, omnipresent enforcement of liberal cultural norms.

Why?

My new theory: A lot of it is guilt.

2/It's true that in some circles - the media, universities, many big corporations - liberal norms *are* enforced to some degree, and the enforcement has probably gotten stronger in recent years.

But I don't think this explains all of the Right's obsession.

3/The stereotype is that people on the Right tend to be more threat-sensitive. That would help explain the perception that liberal norm-enforcers are lurking everywhere, ready to pounce and anathematize anyone who makes a misstep.

But I don't think that's all of it either.

4/And of course, it's always fun - whether you're on the Right or the Left, or playing a video game, or whatever - to style yourself as the brave iconoclastic rebel fighting against the oppressive forces of blah blah blah.

But I don't think this is all of it, either.

5/The reason I think it's more than these things is that even *in private*, people on the Right express their "crimethink" ideas very gingerly and hesitantly.

I get the sense that they're not just afraid of external censure, but have also internalized liberal norms.
