Senator Jake Corman (Pa Sen. Majority Leader) claimed his proposed bill would provide enhanced "signature verification," when in fact it would provide a further mechanism for fuckery, and makes audits harder, by expanding the cure process. A theme? I wonder who drafted it for him https://t.co/4dZJe67ZPh

I joined @senatorscarnati to intro a bill to expand voter access, implement greater efficiencies within Pennsylvania\u2019s voting process and maintain election security. It doesn\u2019t matter what the process is for casting a ballot if the results are in question. https://t.co/tEoC4YTuKI

@pjvanerp Ok, see if I can save some time later in the week with this ongoing nonsense: there is a group that claims that the original PCR assay developed by Victor Corman and Christian Drosten and validated by a collaboration of expert labs does not detect a new virus at all.
They argue that this is because the PCR primers also detect SARS
Fortunately, virologists know this âŚâŚviruses do indeed have parts in their genetic code that are conserved. That is actually used to classify them, and it can come in handy when designing a test to pick up all variants of a family of viruses.
See an example where this knowledge is used for design of a test that can pick up ALL coronaviruses https://t.co/NCoN3sMR14 . This type of test was also used when this virus first emerged.
So yes, when designing a test, selection of primers is key (as anyone involved in diagnostic virology knows) https://t.co/6p8sKCft7W In the paper, the sequence conservation among a highly selected sublineage of SARS-like viruses was used for primer selection.

Many men are lost today... Without purpose & direction. It's hard to lead when you don't know where you're going yourself. Don't worry gentleman, I will concisely break down how to have goals, objectives & a MISSION as a man.
A Deep Thread

Many modern men both young and old, are addicted to chasing pussy, consuming drugs & an unhealthy lifestyle, simping for validation from women & wasting time at street corners of your hood all day. These men have no plan, no goals, no target to hit. This changes today...
In this thread I shall map out the 5M's of high value masculinity in intricate detail as your 5M's ARE YOUR MISSION & are the foundation for you to find your purpose.
If you don't know the 5M's read below:
I define purpose as the objective that drives your life. The one thing you know you are meant to do with your life. Having a purpose is a blessing as each day you work with a determined focus as your end goal is very clear & concise.
The talk of purpose can be a scary one as many young men don't know their purpose, they don't have a clear map, they can't focus. As a result are all over doing everything but working hard on their purpose.

THREAD: I was living in @rbkc when I first learnt how to ride a bike, by taking a @TfL cycle confident course.
But despite having the skills to ride, the roads around my home were so dangerous that I could never build up the confidence to ride a bike ~properly~
I lived just across from Olympia, where the red marker is. Every day I would walk up High Street Kensington to get to Holland Park or Gailâs Bakery or even Hyde Park â and Iâd wish I was brave enough to cycle the journey.
At first I thought it would be a problem that would be solved as soon as I learnt how to ride a bike. That straight away High Street Kensington would not look so treacherous but instead would look safe and welcoming.
Nope.
Even once I knew how to ride a bike, High Street Ken still terrified me. I could stay upright on a bike, but I was a bit wobbly â especially when nervous (which I was all the time).
Looking at that road, I knew it was the kind of place where any mistake could cost me my life.
All I needed was to build up my confidence. I figured if I could get some cycling practice under my belt, Iâd be okay cycling on the road.
So I walked out to Hyde Park and rented a Santander Cycle to get practicing.
But that didnât go so well either.

Confirmation that the cycle lane on Kensington High Street, that led to a doubling in the number of cyclists within a matter of weeks, is to be removed within the next few days. pic.twitter.com/F6lUWqYM48
