How to make a $10k/mon agency in less than 3 months
Thread:
Let's get right into it.
VALUE THAT YOU CAN PROVIDE TO YOUR CLIENTS SO THEY PAY YOU EVERY MONTH.
YOU NEED TO TARGET RETAINER BASED SERVICES TO GET TO $10k/mon fast.
Now, what can you charge a retainer for?
Not logo design/branding.
Try to sell a service which they need every month.
- Lead generation
- Email Marketing
- High ticket sales
- Cold email
Choose one and watch 25 hours of content about it on youtube dot com
Then buy a good course if you can
Don't sell anything to anyone
SEE WHAT'S WORKING
Cold email 50 people asking for a call
Pay 3 of them $20/hr and get to know all their pain points and problems
2 main types for client acquisition:
1. Organic
Cold email, through Facebook groups, engaging in communities, using your social media followers, etc.
2. Inorganic
Paid shoutouts, Facebook/google ads
You need proof of concept before you try to spend $300/day on ads.
Use organic methods.
Engage in communities, add value in Facebook groups, and so on
BUT WAIT
THE BEST CLIENT ACQUISITION CHANNEL IS COLD OUTREACH
How to find clients the right way:
> Scrape emails using kleanleads
> Hire a $8/hr research guy
> Write good & short cold emails
> Send 50 cold emaols EVERYDAY
> Ask for a call
Hire from Upwork for $7-8/hr
YOU NEED TO GET THEM RESULTS TO GET PAID.
If you're just starting, you have 2 options:
> WORK FOR FREE
> WORK FOR A CHEAP PRICE IN EXCHANGE OF A VIDEO TESTIMONIAL
AND HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES.
EMPLOYEES WHO LOVE TO DO WORK YOU DON'T WANT TO DO FOREVER AND FOR CHEAP.
Hire project managers.
Admin guys who report to your client and manage the payments.
Data entry guys who do the most monotonous work.
GET YOURSELF OUT OF YOUR BUSINESS.
My name's X and I just helped {{another company like their}} get {{desired result}} using {{your method}}
Now I would like to do the same for you.
Are you free for a quick call this week or next week?

WORK WITH people only if they fulfill your preset criteria.
If they don't, JUST DON'T WORK WITH THEM.
YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO GET THEM RESULTS AND THEY WON'T PAY YOU ALSO.
> Find a problem
> Skill
> 50 cold emails a day
> Get on sales calls with prospects
> Close
> Fulfill
> $$$

{{Hint: This can make you $25k easy!}}
For this thread, I am assuming you have:
1. No results
2. No testimonials
3. No previous clients
And if you haven't already,
Here's the part
What you'll be learning:
1. How to position yourself so your prospects don't ask for testimonials?
2. How to get those clients?
3. How much you should charge them?
Positioning:
You don't have to:
> bEG them and say I am willing to work for free
This usually puts all the risk on the other person.
They have to:
> Train you
> Teach you
> Pay for your mistakes
Not worth it for them.

Cold email as a service fulfilment explained
Thread:
The steps in fulfilling cold email as a service
1. Domain setup
2. Scraping leads
3. Hiring first line writers and writing first lines (most important)
4. Writing scripts
5. Sending emails
1) Domain setup? (onboarding...)
I make it 101% clear that they won't get any meeting booked for the first 2 weeks.
I charge 50% for the first month.
Everything is fully transparent from the beginning so they won't leave me or chargeback
See it in action:
1. I charge $3k normally but $1.5k normally.
2. I don't send any emails for the first 10 days.
3. I use this time to scrape leads & write sequences also.
4. I keep asking questions and for case studies to ensure my scripts in this period.
2) Scraping leads?
- Use https://t.co/rFCiIWzocX
- Find the target niche
- Scrape emails

In this thread, I'll show you how to steal your competitors' traffic, product ideas, and customers in a 100% fair way.
1. Steal their social media traffic
Drop your competitors' url in https://t.co/n4squ8fjHh
It will tell you what % of their web traffic comes from which social media platform
Looks like this
Generally, this traffic will be from ads and not content. To steal their social traffic, you'll need to steal their ad strategy.
If they're getting their traffic from Facebook...
2. Steal their Facebook ads
Go to Facebook Ad Library and find ads that your competitor has been running for 6+ months.
All of these ads are likely profitable https://t.co/bgqtSOvAe2

Joshua Hawley, Missouri's Junior Senator, is an autocrat in waiting.

So the cryptocurrency industry has basically two products, one which is relatively benign and doesn't have product market fit, and one which is malignant and does. The industry has a weird superposition of understanding this fact and (strategically?) not understanding it.
The benign product is sovereign programmable money, which is historically a niche interest of folks with a relatively clustered set of beliefs about the state, the literary merit of Snow Crash, and the utility of gold to the modern economy.
This product has narrow appeal and, accordingly, is worth about as much as everything else on a 486 sitting in someone's basement is worth.
The other product is investment scams, which have approximately the best product market fit of anything produced by humans. In no age, in no country, in no city, at no level of sophistication do people consistently say "Actually I would prefer not to get money for nothing."
This product needs the exchanges like they need oxygen, because the value of it is directly tied to having payment rails to move real currency into the ecosystem and some jurisdictional and regulatory legerdemain to stay one step ahead of the banhammer.
If everyone was holding bitcoin on the old x86 in their parents basement, we would be finding a price bottom. The problem is the risk is all pooled at a few brokerages and a network of rotten exchanges with counter party risk that makes AIG circa 2008 look like a good credit.
