In life, we are meant to succeed despite the challenges. They come as storms in your life. This storm can be a season of repeated undesired outcomes.

The Lord goes with you but in it all, you go through Valleys. These valleys are downward moments. That's a part of the journey.

We face shadows in life, no one is exempted from this phase. The storms are capable of pulling tears from our eyes. The shadow of death is not a pleasant experience.

In spite of this, God is with you and He brings us comfort. You need to hold on to that. Even in the storm, God remains with you. Psalms 34:19 assures you of this.

Psalms 23:4, in spite of the shadows, God is with you.
John 10:10, Jesus came for you to have life. He doesn't come to stop the storm, but to guide you through.

The story in 2Chronicles 20:15-24 proffers a strong reminder of God's desire to bring you out of any storm you may find yourself in. You must recognize that the battle isn't yours but the LORDs.

Lessons to learned

1) Jehosphat had feared but he conquered that fear. We all experience fear, if you allow it to control you, it determines your outcome but if you conquer it, it brings you close to faith. Conquer your fear.

2) He consulted God. The help of man is always limited no matter how good their intention may be, vain is the help of man. You need God now more than ever. Seek the Lord.

3) He praised God in spite of the storm. He overlooked the storm and declared God's goodness. NEVER let the storm push you further away from God and His promises. In fact, it's at such time you need Him more. Col 3:16

4) He acknowledged the reality but turned to God for direction. You need to acknowledge the fact of sickness or lack. Faith doesn't deny reality but overlooks it and hold on to God.

#ChurchGRA #Gratitude #MyTurnToShine
5) He listened to God. Can you quiet yourself enough to listen for God's direction? Don't let the storm becloud your senses to hear God's word.

#ChurchGRA #Gratitude #MyTurnToShine
6) He worshiped God based on the revelation he got from God's word. He was moved, the reality notwithstanding. In the midst of the storm, you can celebrate when you have heard from God and received comfort.

God is not going to stop the storm, He would guide you through. Every stumbling block is turning around as stepping stones for you. (Micah 7:1; 2 Cor. 4:17)

#ChurchGRA #Gratitude #MyTurnToShine
That struggle you're going through is just for a while. Hold on to God and watch Him perfectly, establish, strengthen, and settle you(1 Peter 5:10)

Decoded his way of analysis/logics for everyone to easily understand.

Have covered:
1. Analysis of volatility, how to foresee/signs.
2. Workbook
3. When to sell options
4. Diff category of days
5. How movement of option prices tell us what will happen

1. Keeps following volatility super closely.

Makes 7-8 different strategies to give him a sense of what's going on.

Whichever gives highest profit he trades in.

2. Theta falls when market moves.
Falls where market is headed towards not on our original position.

3. If you're an options seller then sell only when volatility is dropping, there is a high probability of you making the right trade and getting profit as a result

He believes in a market operator, if market mover sells volatility Sarang Sir joins him.

4. Theta decay vs Fall in vega

Sell when Vega is falling rather than for theta decay. You won't be trapped and higher probability of making profit.
“We don’t negotiate salaries” is a negotiation tactic.

Always. No, your company is not an exception.

A tactic I don’t appreciate at all because of how unfairly it penalizes low-leverage, junior employees, and those loyal enough not to question it, but that’s negotiation for you after all. Weaponized information asymmetry.

And by the way, you should never be worried that an offer would be withdrawn if you politely negotiate.

I have seen this happen *extremely* rarely, mostly to women, and anyway is a giant red flag. It suggests you probably didn’t want to work there.

You wish there was no negotiating so it would all be more fair? I feel you, but it’s not happening.

Instead, negotiate hard, use your privilege, and then go and share numbers with your underrepresented and underpaid colleagues. […]
