#OdogwuTales

It was 4days before her due date but she just felt the urge to go to the hospital and she went...she was rushed in for surgery...
Baby Skye had rashes and bruises all over her body, she also had severe heart, blood and lung problems...
Her internal orgrans were practically shutting down!

Doctors worked hard to save Baby Skye but no one could figure out what was wrong, after a few hours...
Family members flocked to the hospital to say "Goodbye" to the little girl that had just arrived..BUT GOD WAS NOT DONE!
Baby Skye took to the sky and was airlifted 170miles to another hospital...
Her parents drove down scared as they didn't know if she would survive the flight...

It was only then that her mother, Gemma was able to hold her for the first time...
Baby Skye was in coma for 2days and on ventilator for 1week...

Her system was just shutting down!
Her mother was given a strand of Baby Skye's hair which she kept inside a tube...
The doctors too had already given up hope on Skye's health condition...
Gemma who never be lived in miracle was praying for one now...

After 2 blood and 5 platelet transfusions, Skye got even better and later made a full recovery...
The doctors couldn't explain it..."NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN A MIRACLE"

"I've never been a believer in miracles, but Skye genuinely is a miracle. Now everyday we are looking at a miracle. She's still here and to be well and making full recovery is just astonishing"
GOD MADE HER A BELIEVER BY GIVING HER A MIRACLE!

1/“What would need to be true for you to….X”
Why is this the most powerful question you can ask when attempting to reach an agreement with another human being or organization?
A thread, co-written by @deanmbrody:
2/ First, “X” could be lots of things. Examples: What would need to be true for you to
- “Feel it's in our best interest for me to be CMO"
- “Feel that we’re in a good place as a company”
- “Feel that we’re on the same page”
- “Feel that we both got what we wanted from this deal
3/ Normally, we aren’t that direct. Example from startup/VC land:
Founders leave VC meetings thinking that every VC will invest, but they rarely do.
Worse over, the founders don’t know what they need to do in order to be fundable.
4/ So why should you ask the magic Q?
To get clarity.
You want to know where you stand, and what it takes to get what you want in a way that also gets them what they want.
It also holds them (mentally) accountable once the thing they need becomes true.
5/ Staying in the context of soliciting investors, the question is “what would need to be true for you to want to invest (or partner with us on this journey, etc)?”
Multiple responses to this question are likely to deliver a positive result.

Ask: \u201cWhat needs to be true for you to be all in?\u201d
You'll usually get an explicit answer that you might not get otherwise. It also holds them accountable once the thing they need becomes true.
