Kanye West has been in the headlines recently, specifically over his comments about Jews.

Some believe he works for the system, and others think he’s fighting for the common man. So how does one pinpoint an enemy? (Cont.)

Family History: Kanye was born to Donda & Ray West. Ray West was a member of the Black Panther Party during the 1960s and 70s (Cont.)
Why is this information important? The Black Panthers were funded by Jews. It’s important to understand the true purpose of the Civil Rights movement.

The Tupac & Kanye Connection

As I mentioned, Kanye’s father was a Black Panther. Tupac Shakur, considered the greatest rapper of all time, had both a mother and a father who were active Black Panther Party members in New York in the late 1960s and early 1970s.
A month before Shakur's birth, his mother was tried in New York City as part of the Panther 21 criminal trial. She was acquitted of over 150 charges.

Mr. Bernstein, the famous Director of the NY Philharmonic, and Mrs. Bernstein personally made out a check to help the Panthers.
Jews also played a big role in the initial stages of Tupac’s career. At age 17, Tupac moved to the Bay Area. Here, Shakur, already an aspiring rapper, met Leila Steinberg.
Shakur moved in with Steinberg’s husband and two children, with Steinberg serving as a mentor and manager.

How did this Kanye beef originally start? With an exchange of text messages between Diddy & Kanye, where Kanye called Diddy a Fed for the Jews.

Kanye then hops on a podcast hosted by Revolt TV, which was founded by Diddy, to “expose” Jew Supremacy.
The most iconic rap beef of all time was between Biggie Smalls & Tupac. Who was in the center of this drama? Diddy.

Diddy was a close personal friend and collaborator of The Notorious B.I.G, and Diddy helped Biggie revitalize the New York rap scene.
After Diddy discovered The Notorious B.I.G., he signed the future legend to his new record label, Bad Boy Records.

Everyone knows the tragic tale about Biggie’s unsolved murder. He died in Los Angeles only weeks before his album, Life After Death, was set to release.
Rumors are that Biggie made moves to leave Bad Boy for a deal worth more than $60 million, and that Diddy planned Biggie’s death in retaliation.

It’s also rumored Diddy played a role in Tupac’s death, paying 1 million to hire a Crips gang member to orchestrate the killing.
Interesting how: Both Kanye & Tupac, who I would argue, outside of Jewish Rapper Drake, are the most iconic rappers of the past 30 years, have so much in common.

Also, they’ve both been the most outspoken when it comes to political ideas & “fighting” against the system.
Is it ironic how two rappers with Black Panther Revolutionary Parents were/are speaking out against the system? Sounds like grooming.

Starting my 2nd thread on Sringeri Parampara. This will cover the Jagadgurus after Sri Vidyaranya to Sri Shivabhinava Nrisimha Bharati.

It is really very tough to match the brilliance and achievements of Vidyaranya. After whom came 15 - Chandrashekara Bharati [1386-1389].

The next Acharya was Nrisimha Bharati [1389-1408]. Harihara raya found a town for this Acharya - Narasimhapuram. Acharya helped the king by guiding him in political affairs. He also initiated the kind with mahamantras for spiritual development.

Subsequent Acharyas were
15-Puroshottama Bharati [1408 - 1448]
16-Shankara Bharati[1448 - 1455]
17-Chandrasekhara Bharati II [1455 - 1464]
18- Nrisimha Bharati II [1464 - 1479]
19-Puroshottama Bharati II [1479 - 1517]

20-Ramachandra Bharati [1517 - 1560]. Sadashiva Raya was emporer of Vijayanagara during this time.

If you let it get away from you, chronic stress will lead to chronic disease and chronic disease will lead to early death

What are the best ways to lower cortisol?


1) Don't follow extreme diets

Cutting out all carbohydrates or fasting for 36 hours is going to wreak havoc on your stress hormones.

Although you may experience short term weight loss, it's going to hurt you in the long-term.

A balanced macronutrient ratio is best to aim for.

2) Get out in nature

Idc if you live in Alaska or Guatemala, connecting with nature daily will do more for your health than any biohack ever will

Reconnect to your ancestral roots and make it a habit.

Grounding/earthing, forest bathing, hikes, ocean swims, etc

3) SLEEP

You CANNOT neglect your sleep. I don't care how tough or alpha you think you are. It will eventually catch up with you.

@holisticnicola just released a great guide on sleep. Go check that out now as I read it and agree with everything inside.

MAKE THIS A PRIORITY

4) Improve your testosterone

Anything that improves your testosterone levels will decrease cortisol.

Here's a start:
-lower body fat
-eliminate PUFAs
-resistance training
-no alcohol
-sleep 8+ hours
-nutrient dense diet
-do cool shit

A long but must read thread. Udaybhan Rathore and myth making in Maratha history: An analysis. This is the thread on Udaybhan Rathore, who he was and how over the time period, his life was portrayed in maratha chronicles and pseudo history. (1/n)

Udaybhan rathore was the head of Bhinai thikana (84 villages) in Ajmer. He was the direct descendant of the famous Rao Chandrasen, Raja of Marwar (4th generation) who resisted Akbar all his life and never made any alliance with mughals like Maharana Pratap. (2/n)

Later in 1783, Maharaja of Jodhpur gave title of Raja to Bhinai family for their military service. Bhinai family and their direct descendant Raja Sh Mayuraj Singh still lives in Ajmer. Anyway coming to Udaybhan Rathore and story of Tanaji. (3/n)

Jai Singh's march on Shivaji and treaty of Purandar (1665) is a well known episode to repeat here. After getting the hill forts from Shivaji under the treaty, Jai Singh didn't have enough man-power to man every one of the small forts because of his next (4/n)

campaign against Bijapur. Jai Singh personally took over a couple of important forts like Kondhana (Sinhgarh), Purandar etc. Others were given to some mughals or their fortification walls destroyed. Jai Singh died in 1667 near Burhanpur while enroute to the north. (5/n)
