11 Excel Formulas To Increase Your Productivity:

1. XLOOKUP

Use the XLOOKUP function to find things in a table or range by row.

This is an upgrade compare to VLOOKUP.

I'm looking for revenue of a given product for multiple years. Unlike VLOOKUP, adding a column won't break the formula.

The formula: =XLOOKUP(A11,A2:A8,B2:H8)

2.LAMBDA

Use a LAMBDA function to create custom, reusable functions and call them by a friendly name.

This is a powerful function to create your own calculations.

In our case, we wanted to calculate the income after deducting tax.

The formula: = LAMBDA(x,y,x*(1-y))

3. CONCATENATE

Use this function to join two or more text strings into one string.

I'm trying to combine the first name and last name in one cell.

Don't forget the “ ” and the space in the middle if it to separate the two texts.

The formula: =CONCATENATE (A2,“ ”,B2)

4. COUNTIF

Use COUNTIF to count the number of cells that meet a criterion.

I'm counting the numbers of times these companies have been the best companies in different years.

The formula:=COUNTIF(A2:B22,A25)

We’ve all grown up listening to stories of Shri Krishna. This one is a famous story of Shri Krishna in Guruvayur Temple, also called Dakshina Dwaraka.

There lived a villager who planted coconut saplings and had promised that he would offer the 'first coconut' from each of his coconut trees to "Guruvayurappan". When the trees started to yield coconuts, he collected the first coconut from all the trees in a sack 👇

and set forth to Guruvayur.

On the way he was stopped by a robber who asked all the items in the sack. The villager told the robber that the coconuts in the sack belonged to Guruvayurappan and so he was unable to hand it over.

Saying so the robber pulled the sack forcefully out of the villager's hand, and coconuts came out..👇

To their astonishment each and every coconut in the sack had horns! Even today, the coconut with horns are displayed in the temple for devotees to see.

This is my son, Sam. He’s 5. And today he learned how shitty and harmful #ToxicMasculinity is. My rage meter is spiking right now so excuse me if this is a little raw but there are some things I want to say about BS #gender norms (a thread)

Sam is my middle child & he’s a terror. A “boy’s boy” as so many (not me) would say. He’s rough and tumble, he’s loud, he’s always dirty, loves trucks, plays sports and knee drops me from the couch. But he also loves a lot of “girl” things.

Sam has a collection of purses because he likes to carry things around. And he also loves to have his nails painted bright colors because he thinks they “look beautiful.” And he’s right – they are beautiful…

So he proudly wore his red nail polish to kindergarten this morning because Sam has absolutely no concept of nail polish only being for girls or reason to think anyone would possibly have a problem with beautiful nails.

But his classmates did have a problem. A big one. Sam was ridiculed for being a boy with nail polish. They called him names and told him to take it off. This lasted the entire day.

Every time the stock gives a breakout from the previous swing high add more position and go all-in.

I run two portfolios: Short term Swing and Long term Swing.

For Exit in Short term swings, I use a 2hourly Chart with super trend and RS. I am using @tradingview for the same.

For long term swing, I exit when the RS of the stock goes below 0. Period.
