Vastu is derived from the Word Vasti, which means place of residing or house. The origin of Vastu can be traced to centuries back.

We live surrounded by five elements of nature and energy of various type created by them. On an open ground these elements or energy fields operate freely,in complete equilibrium. When a structure is placed in this energy field this equilibrium is affected and has to be restored.
Vedic Maharishis always wanted to ensure the happiness and prosperity of all the living beings whether human beings or the environment around them. They always showed great concern in the prosperity and happiness of all. They created and formulated various codes of conducts for
living, which are stored in our ancient scripts like Vedas and Upanishads. Some of the very important Rishis and Maharishis who developed the norms for Vastu

Rishis and Maharishis were great visionaries. They explained the mystices and mysteries of vast universe, the effect of planets on living beings and even their characterstics much.
Vastu Purusa works in Tendam with Kala Purush which signifies time. The Vastu and Kala Purush jointly influence the earth and all the living beings here. Easterly Sun ensures the purification of the Eastern area in the morning Sun while West direction is taken care by the Sun in
evening. The South-North axis provides circulation of air and utmost benefit of cool air and breeze. Vedic rishis knew perfectly well, how to live in better environment with the basic five component
we see the Vastu of India we will observe that it has a number of defects ranging from mountains in North, North East, Water in South, South West and depression in South West. The only positive aspect  is that country is slopping from West to East. India has been invaded time to
time by one group of invader or other and now also it is facing a lot of problems from its neighbouring countries. Indian sages and saints have developed Vastu science after a great deal

This is biggest misconceptions about sanatan dharma when some leftist said Bhagwan ram ji was married at age of 13-14 and maa sita was at the age of 6 ?

In Bāla-Kāṇḍa of the Vālmīki Rāmāyaṇam, Ram ji accompanies Viśvāmitra,to kill Tataka, Subahu etc. After killing them, He

He proceeded to Mithila and marries Sita. What was Ram’s age when he married Sita? This is what Daśaratha told Viśvāmitra when the latter asked him to send Ram to kill the Rakshasas.
ऊनषोडषवर्षो मे रामो राजीवलोचनः । न युद्धयोग्यतामस्य पश्यामि सह राक्षसैः ।।1.20.2।।

This verse is used to ‘prove’ that Ram was 15 years old when he married Sita. In Vedic calculations, a boy’s age is calculated from the time of Upanayana, because this ceremony is considered a ‘second birth’. This is why the word ‘Dwija’ (twice born) is used. Upanayana was

performed for Kshatriyas at the age of eight. Thus, what Dasharatha actually meant is “Ram has only received 15 years of training!”. (In ancient India warriors needed 16 years of training). Hence Ram’s age at the time of marriage wasn’t 14 or 15, but rather 23. (8+15=23)

Ram went to the forest exactly 13 months after His marriage. At that time Kausalya told Him :
दश सप्त च वर्षाणि तव जातस्य राघव । अतीतानि प्रकाांन्क्षत्या मया दुःख परिक्षयम् ।।2.20.45।।

We know that elite institutions like the one Flier was in (partial) charge of rely on irrelevant status markers like private school education, whiteness, legacy, and ability to charm an old white guy at an interview.

Harvard's discriminatory policies are becoming increasingly well known, across the political spectrum (see, e.g., the recent lawsuit on discrimination against East Asian applications.)

It's refreshing to hear a senior administrator admits to personally opposing policies that attempt to remedy these basic flaws. These are flaws that harm his institution's ability to do cutting-edge research and to serve the public.

Harvard is being eclipsed by institutions that have different ideas about how to run a 21st Century institution. Stanford, for one; the UC system; the "public Ivys".
