What are the rules for keeping the idol of Bagalamukhi Maa at home?

Sadhak needs to follow the rules while doing baglamukhi anusthan.

1. Baglamukhi anusthan (Baglamukhi puja) can be done at home. Sadhak does not need to go to any temple.

2. Place a baglamukhi photo & yantra at your puja temple.

3. Sadhak must do constant number of mantra jaap

everyday. if you want to complete your anusthan in 40 days then 32 malas needs to be done everyday. In case in the beginning of anusthan if you are not able to do 32 malas then you can start with less numbers and then increase day by day. Numbers of malas can be increased but

but can not be decreased.

4. Haldi Mala (Rosary of 108 beads which is made up of turmeric) should be used to chant baglamukhi mantra. A rosary has one hundred eight beads but only hundred mantras are counted.

5. Sadhak should maintain the celibacy in austhan period.

6. Sadhak must sit on yellow asana, must wear yellow clothes & should offer yellow sweets to ma baglamukhi.

7. In anusthan period do not hurt anyone & keep silence as much as possible

MAJOR NADIS IN BODY

Out of the thousands nadis, which include all the major and minor flows, seventy-two are important. Out of these seventy-two, ten are considered to be major.
Among the ten major pranic flows, three are most significant:
•Ida
•Pingala
•Sushumna.

References in the Goraksha Samhita and Hatha Yoga Pradipika place the number at 72,000.The Prapanchasara Tantra gives the number of 300,000; while the Shiva Samhita states that 350,000 nadis emerge from the navel centre

•Pingala nadi is the vital channel 
•Sushumna nadi is the spiritual channel. Ida, pingala and sushumna are the three main channels for the distribution of energy throughout the entire pranic network. Maximum pranic charges flow through

We all are aware of each and every aspect of Prabhu Shri Ram's life. But not many will know the previous life of the horse selected for the Ashwamedha Yagya.

The story describes the preparations for this

Yagya as directed by Muni Vashishtha. This Yagya was well attended by Kings, Muni's and even devtas from swarg lok. Sixty four Kings were directed to bring the pious water of Saryu. After performing the puja of Devta's, Rishi's and Brahmins, it was the time for the Yagya horse to

sanctified. So the pious water was poured on the horse.

But the next words of Shri Ram made everyone curious with attention. Prabhu said to the horse that in this Mandap full of sacred people, it is now your turn to purify me. This sounded very very strange to all present there

Prabhu was the antaryaami and he uttering these words sounded strange. But Prabhu innocently touches the horse.

As soon as Prabhu touched the horse it started acquiring a human form. Prabhu now told the man to reveal his identity.

After paying his respects to Prabhu,

he narrated his story from previous life. He was a Brahmin but once due to his false bragging he was suffering its consequences in this life. Once he was sitting on the banks of Saryu river and trying to fool people by his conceit. It was that time when Rishi Durvaasa happened

अर्थात् 'कुशलक्षेम या कल्याण का प्रतीक ही स्वस्तिक है। स्वस्तिक में एक दूसरे को काटती हुई दो सीधी रेखाएँ होती हैं, जो आगे चलकर मुड़ जाती हैं। इसके बाद भी ये रेखाएँ अपने सिरों पर थोड़ी और आगे की तरफ मुड़ी होती हैं। स्वस्तिक की यह आकृति दो प्रकार की हो सकती है। प्रथम

स्वस्तिक, जिसमें रेखाएँ आगे की ओर इंगित करती हुई हमारे दायीं ओर मुड़ती हैं। इसे 'स्वस्तिक' कहते हैं। यही शुभ चिह्न है, जो हमारी प्रगति की ओर संकेत करता है।स्वस्तिक को ऋग्वेद की ऋचा में सूर्य का प्रतीक माना गया है और उसकी चार भुजाओं को चार दिशाओं की उपमा दी गई है।

हिन्दू धर्म में किसी भी कार्य की शुरुआत से पहले पंडित द्वारा एक विशेष मुहूर्त निकलवाया जाता है | कार्य मंगलमय और लाभदायक हो इसलिए सही वार, नक्षत्र और तिथि देखी जाती है और इसलिए पंचांग का उपयोग होता है | कौनसा दिन और समय कितना शुभ है इसकी सटीक जानकारी पंचांग के माध्यम से आसानी से

प्राप्त हो सकती है पर इसको जानना भी एक कला है क्युकी हर कोई इतनी गूढ़ गणना करने में असमर्थ होता है |
पंचांग के पाँच अंग :

1) नक्षत्र: पंचांग का पहले अंग है नक्षत्र और प्राचीन ज्योतिष शास्त्र अनुसार 27 नक्षत्र होते है पर मुहूर्त की गणना करते है एक और नक्षत्र यानी 28 वे

नक्षत्र को भी गिना जाता है जो की "अभिजीत" नक्षत्र है | सभी मांगलिक कार्य जैसे शादी, मुंडन, सगाई, गृह प्रवेश आदि से पहले नक्षत्रो का सही स्थान पर होना बहुत ज़रूरी है |

2) तिथी : पंचांग का दूसरा अंग तिथी है और यह 16 प्रकार की होती है और इनमे भी पूर्णिमां और अमावस
