How To Make £1000's Setting Up Klaviyo Flows For eCom Stores

 As an email marketer, you can sell this service to clients that you FAIL to close on sales calls.

Sort of like a down-sell. Much less risk for the client.

And it only takes 3 hours of work (max).

Here's what you tell the prospect/client:

"I'm going to optimise and turn your email backend into a 'set & forget' money printer.".

Make that clear.

Depending on the level of traffic to your clients website, your client could profit on your flows in 5 days, or 2 months.

But the main point is that your client WILL profit (unless you're garbage).

It's low risk for them.

So here's what you'll be doing for the client.

- Optimising their current flows (if needed)
- Setting up NEW flows
- Creating new segments

Here's the flows you'll be setting up and optimising.

If you want to be EXTRA you can set up an upsell/cross-sell for INDIVIDUAL products on the store.

Ie, if they bought product A, then you up-sell product B because A & B go well together.

In terms of segments, you want to make sure your client has:

- Engaged Segment
- Buyers Segment (Placed order at least once over all time)
- VIP Segment (Placed order X times or more in 90 days)
- Unengaged Segment

There's a lot more to Klaviyo set-up, but you can easily charge £1000 to do everything I just listed.

If you don't know how to write high converting flows, set up snippets, set up split tests, or use Klaviyo in general...

3. SQ is the measure of one's ability to build a network of friends & maintain it over a long period of time.

4. AQ is the measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life and come out without losing your mind. It is a new paradigm and can be used to determine who will give up in face of troubles and may abandon their families.

Your EQ represents your character; your SQ represents your charisma. Give in to habits that will improve these three Qs but more especially your EQ and SQ.

EQ and SQ make one manage better than the other.

This is a beautiful story of Guruvayurappan. Once there lived in Guruvayur a poor family. Kitta, his wife & kids were struggling for their daily needs. With only a coconut tree in house, he earned a living by selling coconuts.


Kitta was from a low caste family. He was a great devotee of Guruvayurappan. Everyday before going to work he always prayed infront of a picture of Guruvayurappan in his house. His only wish was to worship at Guruvayur & have annadanam in temple. But he was not allowed there


It was Utsavam time in Guruvayur. From far behind kitta and family worshipped Guruvayurappan. Annadanam was given daily and no one was left empty stomach. Only Kitta didn't receive. That night, it was only Kitta's family who was sleeping without food. After temple nada closed


Shri Krishna, dressed himself as a Brahmin went to temple Kitchen. He packed food and went directly to kitta's house. Reaching Kitta's house, Shri Krishna told he was sent by a cook of Guruvayur temple and gave them the food he packed. Kitta and family was very happy seeing food.


When Kitta finished his food, Brahmin asked it will be better if he get a tender coconut( karikku)to drink. Kitta climbed the tree and gave all coconuts to him. After having 1 tender coconut, the Brahmin asked to bring remaining coconuts to Guruvayur temple the next day.

2) Indie Makers have such a benefit of being small, fast, nimble workers in comparison to big companies.

We can easily pivot and vastly change a project of ours. We can change as we learn more about our users.

Big companies can take months/years for even the smallest of pivots.

3) Before you find a product market you can pivot your project as many times as necessary until you find something that works.

Then you only have one thing to do: scale, scale, scale.

4) Be obsessed with the little details.
- listen to every single person who uses your product
- reply to every single person who emails you about your product
- ask them what they like and do not like
- iterate your product, make changes, pivot if necessary
