उन दोनों शिवलिंगों को जोड़कर उन्हें स्थापित करेगा तो शिव और शक्ति के दिव्य शिवलिंग की स्थापना होगी और तभी से भगवान शिव यहां मां पार्वती के साथ विराजमान हैं| बाबा की आज्ञा से यहाँ मन्दिर का निर्माण हुआ ।

मंदिर के ऊपर के सोने के छत्र को ले कर यह मान्यता है कि अगर उसे देख कर कोई मुराद मांगी जाती है तो वह अवश्य ही पूरी होती है। रानी अहिल्या द्वारा मंदिर का जीर्णोद्धार कराने के पश्चात इंदौर के महाराज रणजीत सिंह ने मंदिर पर सोना लगाने का कार्य किया था ।

In Hinduism, #Kartik month is considered extremely pious . It is said that #Kartik #Snan is as glorious as Shri Vishnu himself or his pilgrimages. It's nobility is well described in #Padma-Purana' and '#Skanda-Purana'.

As described in our Puranic scripts the month of Kartik provides all four kinds of benefits – religious, economic, good marital life and enlightenment as first narrated by Shri Narayana to Brahma, Brahma to Narada and by Narada to King Prithu for the welfare of mankind.

In this month, devotees worship #RadhaDamodar after bathing in Brahma muhurta. The Hindu month of Kartik is important in many ways among other months. It is also mentioned as a month of lights since #Diwali is celebrated during this period.

The second ritual is worshiping 'Tulsi'. She is having special place in the month of Kartik. Since she is very dear to Shri Vishnu it is very beneficial to worship him with Tulsi leaves and its Manjari . Kartik Purnima is considered to be very important day.

It is believed that Shri Vishnu also incarnated as Matsya on the day of Kartik Purnima.Kartik Purnima is associated with #Prabodhini Ekadashi, which is the period signifying the awakening of Vishnu god. It marks the end of Chatur Maas .

उनकी तस्वीर में वे सदैव मस्तक पर तिलक लगाया करते थे।आज हिन्दुओं के घर से तिलक लगाने की परम्परा लुप्त हो चुकी है । परंतु हिन्दू परंपरा के अनुसार ललाट (माथे) को सुना नहीं रखना चाहिए।किसी प्रकार का तिलक या टीका अवश्य लगाना चाहिए।

सभी विभिन्न तिलकों में एक नाम आता है , #गोपी चंदन।
वैष्णव तिलक गोपी-चन्दन से लगाया जाता है।इस तिलक को देखते ही #भगवान श्री कृष्ण का स्मरण होता है। यह तिलक मानव शरीर को शुद्ध कर बुरे प्रभाव से रक्षा भी करता है।

#गर्ग संहिता के अनुसार जो मनुष्य प्रतिदिन गोपी-चंदन का वैष्णव तिलक धारण करता है। उसे एक हजार #अश्वमेघ यज्ञों तथा राजसूय यज्ञों का फल प्राप्त होता है। गोपी-चंदन से वैष्णव तिलक धारण करने वाला पापी मनुष्य भी भगवान कृष्ण के धाम, गोलोक वृन्दावन को प्राप्त होता है।

Ahilyabai was Born on May 31,1725 in the village of Chondi,Jamkhed distt,Maharashtra to a man named Mankoji Shinde,who was the Patil(Chief) of a village and a member of proud Dhangar Community.

Despite the fact that girls' education was a farther dream in those days, Ahilyabai was homeschooled by her father.
Ahilya didn't belong to any royal family but in a twist of fate she is still remembered as one of the most revered Queen in the history.

While they were living their humdrum lives, one day Malhar Rao Holkar, commander of the Peshwa Bajirao & Lord of the Malwa stopped in Chondi on his way to Pune, where he couldn't help but notice a young 8yrs old Ahilyabai in the temple service feeding the poor & hungry.

He was so impressed by the sheer innocence&beauty with simplicity character of Ahilyabai dat he asked her hand in marriage for his son Khanderao Holkar.Just like that she got married to Khanderao in 1733 at a tender age of 8&became a bride of esteemed Maratha community of Holkars
