The notion that only western Caucasians can be racist is, in itself, racist, since it implies that white folk are somehow morally superior and should know better - and judging 'superiority' and 'inferiority' are the basis of racism. /2

2. There are many examples of non-white people's racism, often to sub-groups of their own race: the Hindu caste system; the treatment of Chinese Uighurs; even racism amongst light and dark-skinned American blacks.

So why are whites always targeted as 'racists'? /3
3. Why is racism often found where clearly none/little exists? As a specific example: a bearded, long-haired and hirsute man being called an ape by a 13yo girl and booed by crowds, but 86 other Indigenous players not being subjected to 'racist' comments and actions similarly. /4
4. Why is it that the Left is so preoccupied with race and racism? Is it simply to be morally superior? Is it to be the guardians of society? Is it to control a narrative? Is it to be the arbiters of good and evil?

Or is it about their own prejudices and insecurities? /5
5. Those who see racism everywhere are those who look for it. The Offence and Outrage Industry thrives on it, if only to put them in the beatific limelight to signal their virtue loudly and clearly.

Does racism exist? Of course. Does it exist to the degree the Left suggests? /6
6. Of course not. Ask yourself when you, yourself, last personally witnessed an act of racism.

In many instances it exists only in the acutely attuned minds of those who look for it.

And that means we should ask why they see it so often when others do not. /7
7. And we should also ask why they demand higher standards of white folk, thereby placing them in a position of moral and intellectual superiority.

For that, itself, is true racism.

Why is criticism of the dysfunction of Indigenous communities 'racist'? /8
8. The criticism is based on behaviour, not skin-colour. Why should criminal or neglectful behaviour be given a free pass from criticism?

Is it because the Left sees them as less capable and, therefore, 'inferior' and, as such, needing protection?

For that, too, is racist. /9
9. As we approach Australia Day, the usual spoilers will as usual tell white Australians how racist they are, whilst unaware of or ignoring the shocking treatment of women and children by their own.

Deflecting racism isn't fixing racism. It's perpetuating it. /10
10. Worse, calling someone or a group of people racists foments dissent, derails reconciliation, is divisive and changes nothing of the terrible plight of remote Indigenous folk.

Let's unite. Let's drop faux racism. Let's move forward, not look to the past, as one nation united.

More from Society

global health policy in 2020 has centered around NPI's (non-pharmaceutical interventions) like distancing, masks, school closures

these have been sold as a way to stop infection as though this were science.

this was never true and that fact was known and knowable.

let's look.

above is the plot of social restriction and NPI vs total death per million. there is 0 R2. this means that the variables play no role in explaining one another.

we can see this same relationship between NPI and all cause deaths.

this is devastating to the case for NPI.

clearly, correlation is not proof of causality, but a total lack of correlation IS proof that there was no material causality.

barring massive and implausible coincidence, it's essentially impossible to cause something and not correlate to it, especially 51 times.

this would seem to pose some very serious questions for those claiming that lockdowns work, those basing policy upon them, and those claiming this is the side of science.

there is no science here nor any data. this is the febrile imaginings of discredited modelers.

this has been clear and obvious from all over the world since the beginning and had been proven so clearly by may that it's hard to imagine anyone who is actually conversant with the data still believing in these responses.

everyone got the same R
