Today can mark the day God gave you a fresh start..

It can mark the day you had a new beginning and have you celebrating this 1st day of August as a memorial for the rest of your life.

I have often heard this in so many instances, "God No Go Shame Us..."

First thing first, God shames no one, and has never shamed anyone.

The only fellows or gang God ever public shamed was satan and his goons

And having

disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.e (Col 2:15|NIV-)

[God] disarmed the principalities and powers that were ranged against us and made a bold display and public example of them, in triumphing over them in Him and in it [the cross].

It is not in God to shame anyone, rather, poor decisions, poor actions, poor

choices, sin, disobedience, bad association, man's wickedness towards another etc, are some of the stuffs that brings shame.

Sin, however, is the major culprit for a christian. While poor choices, decisions or actions could bring shame, they may not be categorized under sin.

These may have occurred, due to lack of proper or poor information etc

Now, back to the major culprit, SIN

"Then after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin, and when sin is fully grown, it gives birth to death."

Brethren, SIN GROWS. It starts with lustful

#It's appearing 2023 is the most "pressing need" now amongst politicans.

While we demand for better & best from Government, let us not forget 2023 is just "FEW WEEKS AWAY.."

PDP&APC, daily in the news... PLOTTING & PLANNING. Now, I ask, where are the other political parties

that "SUDDENLY" showed up in 2019?

What are their strategies?
Where are the youths in all these?
Where are those clamouring for a better Nigeria or are we going to pour New Wine in Old Wine Skins?

Are these silent political parties going to suddenly emerge again in November of 2022 to get grants from Government and then go back into oblivion?

It's beginning to look like we are walking the same ropes of 2019 elections, making the same errors or believing the unbelievable

about these politicans being foolish...

Time,. ofcourse, will tell who is wise and who is not.

"Siddon look" is no longer fashionable, if we want a REAL CHANGE.

We must start now and indeed start now for real of we are to make any meaningful impact, come 2023.

We must not

allow these current crop of politicans make us look unwise again in 2023.

The #EndSARS protest, was indeed an eye opener that when we stand together as a formidable team, we will reach out goal.

The Children of Ephraim got dressed for battle.
They got dressed, probably to appear impressive to unlookers.
They had all they needed to fight & take territories, but, they bailed out at d last minute...at d critical time.

Psalms 78:9 MSG says;
d Ephraimites, armed to d teeth,

ran off when d battle began.
Hmmmmm, what a sad note.

Many 2day, appear dressed up for battles.
Some of us appear dressed up to take territories.
We look as good as warriors.
We speak in tongues, pray d loudest at prayer meetings, attend church d most, yet, lack d real substance

There is a job God has given each of us to do, but, ironically, we focus on the fringe benefits of the kingdom.

There are souls to win, territories to conquer, thrones to dethrone, altars to pull down etc.

There is a good fight of faith out there.

We need to get off the milk diet and eat meat like warriors... we cannot do stuffs if we are passive about the things of God..

...I will surely rend d kingdom from thee, & will give it to thy servant

Rending d kingdom from an individual cld mean a ship load of things

It cld mean taking away, a source of wealth, influence, affluence,

strength etc

It is never a thing of joy or something to be celebrated.

English dictionary defines
rend (plural rends) As a violent separation of parts

When God did some kingdom rending from kings in the Bible, it was because, they obviously crossed some red lines.

When Adam & Eve crossed the red line, (Garden of Eden) they experienced a rending.

Many kings too suffered the same fate.
King Saul had his kingdom rend from him. His disobedience not only cost him his kingdom, he "lost" his God.

1 Kings 11:11 KJV
Wherefore the Lord said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant.

You see, there is nothing more

painful than seeing what made you great being taken over or bestowed upon you considered "lowly"... That is a recipe for high blood pressure.

Personal Prayer Walk Chronicles, 11th March, 2023...

I REALLY HAVE A ?? this mornin

Anyways, Woke up this mornin with so much energy(glory to God), at a time, I was considering walking from ABEOKUTA- Ibadan just to show that my frenemy, Pst. @Abel2goupOla that I was fitter.. 😂

Anyways, I set out early praying in tongues, which is my usual practice, but, midway, I decided to listen to one of the audio messages on my phone. The lot fell on Pst. E.A. Adeboye's message, titled, "THE CREATIVE POWER OF GOD'S WORD"

His Word can CREATE, CALL FORTH, CANCEL,

OBTAIN etc. It can serve in every capacity and can do all things, even d imagined stuffs can b brought to manifestation.

Making time to study His Word is really underrated. Many today just glance thru & rush off. This will not help. We must make time in d midst of no time.

Now, indulge me to ask you these simple questions.

Have you noticed or observed that, We monitor almost everything in our lives?

From the petrol in our car to that in our generators.

We monitor the money in our banks as well as that in our pocket....

Here I am studying once again, the book of Exodus 14....

it must have been a time of fear & trepidation for the israelites...

they were indeed stuck between the red sea & Pharaoh's merciless army who obviously had the advantage, however, Pharaoh could only see as "far" as his eyes could see.

He thought to himself, "I have closed them in...

"Pharaoh will think, 'The Israelites are lost;

they're confused. The wilderness has closed in on them.'

And here was God laughing in heaven, seeing how a mere man was acting like the alpha & omega.

The pressure was now on Moses to do something...only God knows what was going through Moses' mind at that time, & while he was

waiting on God, he heard God speaking again, "don't wait on Me anymore, Move.. the deed is done."

Moses spoke to the people: "Don't be afraid. Stand firm and watch God do his work of salvation for you today. Take a good look at the Egyptians today for you're never

going to see them again.

A mixture of the Good, The Bad & The Ugly

It's supposed to be my first train ride & this is my personal experience.

First and foremost, the idea of initiating and completing this laudable and long awaited infrastructure, is awesome. Kudos to the Buhari administration for it's completion.

I was inbound, Lagos. (My bitter sweet experience)
D journey from my home to d station began at 6.15am,

all in an attempt to avoid the rush for tickets. The station which is about 8km from my home started on a good note. I had planned to take a cab to the station, a break from the accompanying stress of driving to Lagos. (We all know Lagos is not an easy place to drive to)

At exactly 6.20am, a flagged down an incoming car, thinking it was a cab, as the atmosphere was still a bit foggy, and difficult to make out which car was approaching. The driver stopped and to my disappointment, it wasn't a cab, but, a privately own car. The driver bent over and

asked me to come in, I asked how much to the nearest destination to the terminal, and he said, "don't worry, just hop in, I just want to help you"

The first yeye thought that came to my head was, "look well before you enter o, we don't want stories that touch in these days of

You see, when some people speak this way, they forget one very vital thing

...THEY ARE NOT GOD.

When you hear such, do not panic...you are the son/daughter of the most High, the apple of His eyes for that matter. The child of

the all powerful God. He is for you, and if He is for you, who then can successful be against you?

In my young life, I have heard stuffs like;

"Over my dead body will you get this or that"
"Over my dead body will this document be signed"
"I will ensure you don't get that

promotion" etc

What did I do? I laughed, went into my closet, dragged the matter to my altar of prayer and consequently reported the issue to my Father

Trust me, He took decisive action, and the rest they say is History.

At such moments, you don't entertain fear or start
