A Bombay High Court Bench of Justices SS Shinde and Manish Pitale will shortly hear a petition filed by Poet Dr. Varavara Rao’s wife seeking his release on medical grounds

Sr adv Anand Grover submits that except for the first medical record of Varavara Rao's JJ Hospital admission, the State has submitted all other medical records

J Shinde - Bail has been applied on medical ground.

Asg - his present condition has to be seen.

J Shinde - If they want to argue after bringing all the medical records they should be allowed to do so.

Salve : The curious thing which has happened in the case is that there is a provision in Tata Son's Articles which restricts the transfer of shares. It also has a remarkable feature that the Board could direct a shareholder to sell shares.

There are 36K licensed commission agents in Punjab + many more sub agents. These license agents are called Arhtiyas.

These gents earned ₹16K crore commission fee last yr as over the line income. This translates to about 4.5 lacs per agent. That's only frm wht Govt pays them.

They also lend money to farmers and others. Their rate, AT its lowest, is 1.5% per month (or 18% per year). Thus, most of the political money is parked with them because they get the best return on investment. This income is manifold of the official income.

Post demonetization Arhtiyas cycled money of pol parties by channeling cashdeposits to farmers as payment of loan & interest in books & allowed farmers to payback real loan with softer credit ovr 2 yrs. Hence he converted money made 18% + circulated principle twice in 2 yrs.

By playing Hindutva politics, AAP is targetting Muslims!

The @AamAadmiParty is provoking violence in Delhi. Violence against Muslims. It needs to be said clearly and loudly.

It also needs to be countered strongly, says professor

An AAP spokesperson made allegations that even the Delhi Police has said are untrue!!!

He repeated the claim that the Bharatiya Janata Party and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh have now made folkloric: “If we cannot chant Jai Shri Ram in India, will it be chanted in Pakistan?”

He went on to claim that murder of Rinku Sharma in Delhi’s Mangol Puri area on February 10 had a communal motivation!!!

At his press conference, he said that the BJP was unable to protect Hindus in Delhi. “Hindus are not safe in Delhi under the rule of the BJP,” he asserted!!!

Delhi Police, not known for any sympathy for Muslims, made it clear that the death had its roots in a business rivalry and the people accused of killing Sharma were known to him!

The murder was a result of a fight at the birthday party of Sharma’s

It was expected, in keeping with the reality of politics that BJP would leave no stone unturned to give the murder a communal colour & incite hatred & violence against Muslims.

The murdered young man was said to be a member of the Visha Hindu Parishad and the Bajrang Dal. BJP
