I've been thinking: What if the Texas case was a test for SCOTUS to see how deeply it had been corrupted? As Thomas noted with Alito's concurrence, SCOTUS is the court of original jurisdiction for disputes between States.

Thomas is by far the most originalist Justice on the Court. While I haven't read the opinion closely, if he did not see a problem with standing, there most assuredly was NOT a problem with standing.

That would mean that Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and Barrett failed the test, along with Roberts, Kagan, Sotomayor, and Breyer. SEVEN Justices corrupted at SCOTUS.
