Gender Intelligence is a Charity and Public Interest Company. As such, they are obliged to meet their stated aims, else face investigation.

Gender Intelligence seems to think they can say one thing and do another with impunity.

Their claims and actions do not agree. cont:

They claim "Our mission is to increase understandings of gender diversity."

However, they provide no insight into the issue of those who Desist or Detransition being people of gender diversity. Failure to address these issues calls their standing as a charity and PIC into doubt.
They further claim;

"GI’s aims are:
to engage the wider community in understanding the diversity and complexity of gender".

They use the term Complexity and yet deliberately and purposefully ignore those who Desists or Detransition.

The issue of bias is clear.
Their failure to deal with anyone who desists is clear when you carry out a simply directed google search of their website using the correct Google Foo.

Again with the correct Google Foo we see that Gender Intelligence do not use the word "Desist" on their website at all.

As a charity (Charity no. 1182558) Gender Intelligence are obliged to state their charitable "Objects"/aims and meet them.

They state "THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE RESTRICTED SPECIFICALLY TO THE FOLLOWING:" and then give an extensive list of what they require themselves to do.

They cite the UN Universal Declaration Of Human Rights cont:

If gender Intelligence does not even acknowledge that those who desist or transition exist, they can't be counted in research on any subject, including Human Rights Abuse.

If Gender Intelligence does not recognise the existence of those who desist or detransition, there can be no valid advice to the government due to bias.

There can be no sound administration of any law whilst Gender Intelligence ignore the existence of those who desist or detransition, their Charitable Beneficiaries.

(G) COMMENTING ON PROPOSED HUMAN RIGHTS LEGISLATION;

Any and all comment will be partisan and biased whilst Gender Intelligence ignore those who desist or detransition as they are Beneficiaries of The Charity and ignored.

(H) RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES;

Any awareness-raising will be subject to partisan bias and negligence as long as Gender Intelligence ignore their beneficiaries - those who desist or detransition.
4.1.2 TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE UNDERSTANDING OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY OF SEX, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, SEXUALITY AND/OR THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITIES WHOSE SEX, GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION AND/OR SEXUALITY ARE DIVERSE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT;
4.1.2 is breached as Gender Intelligence fail to promote the understanding of equality and diversity when the persons are those who Desist or Detransition.

It's illegal under the Equality Act 2010, section 13.1 Direct Discrimination
It is also a breach of the Equality Act 2010 under Section 19, Indirect Discrimination.

Gender Intelligence's charitable articles are clear that those who Desist or Detransition are beneficiaries. Treating them as not Trans or included is Indirect Discrimination.
I could continue, but it turns out that basic scrutiny of the charitable objects of Gender Intelligence show they are required to include those who desist or detransition and yet ignore them totally.

It indicates that Gender Intelligence can be sued for Discrimination.
Any advice or training that Gender Intelligence has provided to any party, be that UK Government, Police, Schools etc has to be treated as Tainted and not fit for purpose.

Gender Intelligence is Not Fit For Purpose.
