If I had to start from scratch... all my skills, money, and audience were erased... here's what I would do for the next 12 months to build a 6-figure online bizness...

 Note that I said 12 months, not 12 days.

If you can't think long-term and expect overnight riches... this won't work for you.

If you can tough it out and put in the reps everyday... this can change your life.

Let's dive in...
1/ Learn to write emails that sell.

Email has the highest ROI out of any marketing+sales channel.

I'd spend 2-3 hours/day watching YT vids and reading books on:

• cold emails
• linkedin lead gen
• email copywriting

I'd also spend 2-3 hours/day practicing writing emails.
2/ Package my skills into a done-for-you service.

I'd package up my new skills into a service that could increase leads and sales for biznesses.

3 options here:

• daily broadcast emails
• autoresponder sequences
• B2B lead gen (cold emails + linkedin)
3/ Reach out to my warm network.

Friends, family, mutual connections

I'd try to find a small biz owner who was looking for more leads or sales.

I'd offer to help them on a "pay-for-performance" model... or FREE to get a case study.

That case study is worth more than $$$.
3/ Cold outreach to get clients.

Now that I have a case study

I'd reach out to people who don't know me to get clients.

3 ways I'd do that:

• connect with prospects on LinkedIn
• build a lead list with a tool like KleanLeads
• apply to jobs on UpWork, LinkedIn, AngelList
Cold outreach and applying to jobs cost nothing but your time to do.

My daily workflow:

• apply to 10 jobs per day
• send 15 LinkedIn connection requests per day
• send 50 semi-personalized cold emails per day

Do this long enough and you WILL get clients.
4/ Get more case studies.

You can build a 6-7 figure bizness on the back of a few solid case studies.

How do you get those case studies?

By getting results for your clients.

I'd overdeliver to get those case studies... then use it to get more, higher-paying clients.
5/ Do the math.

$100k/yr = $8,333/mo

Let's say I have 4 clients paying on average $1,500/mo.

That's $6,000/mo.

I'd need 1-2 more clients to hit 6-figures/year.
Why do the math?

So that hitting your goal becomes a simple math equation.

You'll know how many clients you need.

And the number of

• jobs applied to
• outreach messages
• sales calls needed

To hit your goal.
6/ Document the journey.

Now I'd have a skill, clients, and results to share.

I'd start documenting the journey on YouTube or Twitter as I grow my email copywriting bizness.

This would build up an audience of people who

• want to learn
• want to hire me
7/ Automate & delegate.

I'd systematize my service and find software that could help me automate the work.

For the admin tasks I can't automate, I'd delegate to a virtual assistant.

You can find and hire one on a site like OnlineJobs(.)ph for $3-$5/hr.
If all my cash, skills, and audience were wiped out today

These are the 7 steps I'd take to build a 6-figure online bizness in 12 months or less.

I know it works bcuz it's what I did to build my lead gen agency Growth Response to $37k/mo in 2018.

It can work for you too.

NARHARI AND BHAGWAN PANDURANG/VITTHAL

Once a goldsmith by the name of Narhari lived in Pandharpur. He excelled in his craft. He had vowed not to look at Pandurang or visit his mandir ever, as he was a Shiva Bhakt.
One day, a wealthy merchant visited him.


He wanted a gold girdle studded with precious gems, to be made for Prabhu Vitthal. Narhari refused to make it as it was for Vitthal.
After many requests, he agreed to make the girdle but asked the merchant to bring the measurement from the mandir as he himself would not go there


The measurement was given n he made the girdle. When the girdle was put on Vitthal, it was loose. Narhari had to shorten it. Now the girdle became tight. So Narhari was forced to take measurement on his own. He had to go to the mandir but went blindfolded to avoid seeing Vitthal


In the Mandir, when blindfolded Narhari touched Vitthal, he felt as if he was touching Shiva with matted hair, the moon, snake in His neck and Trishul in His hand. Ecstatic with joy, he removed the blindfold to see Shiva but he found the murti of Vitthal with Rukmini there.


He realised the truth that there was no difference between Vitthal and Shiva. Narhari at once fell at the feet of Panduranga. He then took the measurement of the waist of Vitthal and this time the ornament fit the Murti perfectly.

Always strive to find a mutually beneficial solution.

How to:
- Be as objective as possible
- Try to see from their perspective
- Determine what a "win" truly means for both parties
- Work to find the best solution for both parties

और देवर्षि नारद वहीं बैठकर तपस्या में लीन हो गए।इन्द्र नारद की तपस्या से घबरा गए।उन्हें हमेशा की तरह अपना सिंहासन व स्वर्ग खोने का डर सताने लगा।इसलिए इन्द्र ने नारद की तपस्या भंग करने के लिए कामदेव को उनके पास भेज दिया।वहां पहुंच कामदेव ने अपनी माया से वसंतऋतु को उत्पन्न कर दिया।


पेड़ और पौधों पर रंग बिरंगे फूल खिल गए और कोयलें कूकने लगी,पक्षी चहकने लगे।शीतल,मंद,सुगंधित और सुहावनी हवा चलने लगी।रंभा आदि अप्सराएं नाचने लगीं ।किन्तु कामदेव की किसी भी माया का नारद पे कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ा।तब कामदेव को डर सताने लगा कि कहीं नारद क्रोध में आकर मुझे श्राप न देदें।

जैसे ही नारद ने अपनी आंखें खोली, उसी क्षण कामदेव ने उनसे क्षमा मांगी।नारद मुनि को तनिक भी क्रोध नहीं आया और उन्होने शीघ्र ही कामदेव को क्षमा कर दिया।कामदेव प्रसन्न होकर वहां से चले गए।कामदेव के चले जाने पर देवर्षि के मन में अहंकार आ गया कि मैने कामदेव को हरा दिया।

नारद फिर कैलाश जा पहुंचे और शिवजी को अपनी विजयगाथा सुनाई।शिव समझ गए कि नारद अहंकारी हो गए हैं और अगर ये बात विष्णु जी जान गए तो नारद के लिए अच्छा नहीं होगा।ये सोचकर शिवजी ने नारद को भगवन विष्णु को ये बात बताने के लीए मना किया। परंतु नारद जी को ये बात उचित नहीं लगी।

Trump is gonna let the Mueller investigation end all on it's own. It's obvious. All the hysteria of the past 2 weeks about his supposed impending firing of Mueller was a distraction. He was never going to fire Mueller and he's not going to


Mueller's officially end his investigation all on his own and he's gonna say he found no evidence of Trump campaign/Russian collusion during the 2016 election.

Democrats & DNC Media are going to LITERALLY have nothing coherent to say in response to that.

Mueller's team was 100% partisan.

That's why it's brilliant. NOBODY will be able to claim this team of partisan Democrats didn't go the EXTRA 20 MILES looking for ANY evidence they could find of Trump campaign/Russian collusion during the 2016 election

They looked high.

They looked low.

They looked underneath every rock, behind every tree, into every bush.

And they found...NOTHING.

Those saying Mueller will file obstruction charges against Trump: laughable.

What documents did Trump tell the Mueller team it couldn't have? What witnesses were withheld and never interviewed?

THERE WEREN'T ANY.

Mueller got full 100% cooperation as the record will show.

1 There's a chasm between an NLP technology that works well in the research lab and something that works for applications that real people use. This was eye-opening when I started my career, and every time I talk to an NLP engineer at @textio, it continues to strike me even now.

2 Research conditions are theoretical and/or idealized. A huge problem for so-called NLP or AI startups with highly credentialed academic founders is that they bring limited knowledge of what it takes to build real products outside the lab.

3 A product is ultimately a thing that people pay for - not just cool technology or user experience. But I’m not even talking about knowledge gaps in go-to-market work. I'm talking purely technical gaps: how you go from science project to performant + delightful user experience.

4 Most commoditized NLP packages solve well-understood problems in standard ways that sacrifice either precision or performance. In a research lab, this is not usually a hard trade-off; in general, no one is using what you make, so performance is less important than precision.

5 In software, when you’re making something for real people to use, these tradeoffs are a big deal. Especially if you’re asking those people to pay for what you’ve made (can’t get away from that pesky GTM thinking). They expect quality, which includes precision AND performance.

Let's address the over thinkers first.

Do you have any idea why you overthink?

'Yea. Because others are judging how shy I am.'

Incorrect.

Others are thinking about themselves, not you.

But the fact that you think they are thinking about you, you fuck up the interaction.

Now you stay in your head too much & avoid the present moment.

A major no no in the social world.

Your tendency to think that others are judging you for being shy, coincidentally makes you more shy.

And that's when you start giving off a strange vibration to the social setting.

This is when you begin attracting comments like 'why are you so quiet?'
