A few reasons. As @ProfBrianKalt points out, refusing to seat them because they say the election wasn't valid gives credence to the lie that the election wasn't valid.
Moreover, there's no authority to refuse to seat an elected rep for telling lies. .
. . . which is what refusing to seat them would amount to.
The Democrats say, "You are doing really bad things so we won't seat you."
See the problem with that?

Fake chats claiming to be from the Irish African community are being disseminated by the far right in order to suggest that violence is imminent from #BLM supporters. This is straight out of the QAnon and Proud Boys playbook. Spread the word. Protest safely. #georgenkencho

Across Telegram, Twitter and Facebook disinformation is being peddled on the back of these tragic events. From false photographs to the tactics ofwhite supremacy, the far right is clumsily trying to drive hate against minority groups and figureheads.
Declan Ganleyâs Burkean group and the incel wing of National Party (GearĂłid Murphy, Mick OâKeeffe & Co.) as well as all the usuals are concerted in their efforts to demonstrate their white supremacist cred. The quiet parts are today being said out loud.
The best thing you can do is challenge disinformation and report posts where engagement isnât appropriate. Many of these are blatantly racist posts designed to drive recruitment to NP and other Nationalist groups. By all means protest but stay safe.

With the news that a dozen Republican senators plan to be openly hostile to #democracy on Jan. 6, and the understandable frenzy on social & the media about this, I want to be clear about 3 things:
1. Their stunt on Jan. 6 will fail. What happens after objections are raised to a state's slate of electors in both the House and the Senate, is that they each have to debate the issue and then vote. It can't take more than 2 hours.
The House has a Democratic majority, so there's zero chance that a state's electors will get thrown out. (Both the House and the Senate have to agree.) All this is, is political theatre and as such, it'll get a lot of attention and make Trump happy.

It is a labor of love by @causalinf; a guide through one of the most important ideas in economics; and an indispensable "second book" for any econometrics course. It is also the only book you'll ever see that has been endorsed by both @JustinWolfers and @officialyoungmc 4/25

First up: a Rigatoni Pasta Bake that originated as a batch of Pasta Puttanesca and quickly escalated. (Pairing: Ca'Rozzeria Chianti Classico Riserva)
Next came a wonderful Turkish fish stew with capers and olives. (Pairing: Rhinegeist Truth IPA -- trust me.)

This is a piece of his history he works to erase as he builds up his counterfeit image as a rural farm boy from a small town who grew up farming.
