How to assess if a stock is too extended? Many find it difficult to assess the matured stage of a very strong uptrending stock.
1 easy way is avoid entering in the 5th base onwards during Stage 2 of the stock. For eg, Base count of #Intellect is in pic.

#FreeTip If a longer term MA is sloping upwards and price manages to drop below long term MA and subsequently moves above it, it is a great buy zone for a massive move . Longer the MA better is the effectiveness. 200 period is ideal. Any time frame works.

#FreeTip If price falls below 30 week MA but 30 week moving average keeps rising, the first price move above 30 week MA is a high probability entry point for a good upmove; in majority cases it has given exceptional moves. Post your charts based on the above logic.

This is one example.... Save this pattern!!! There are other minor criteria to be followed as well. I have explained the main one....

#FreeTip To understand y htf is important and to understand LTF is a function of htf, best way is to open an LTF chart (25/15/5 min) and zoom out ( minimize) the charts to have a birds eye view . Compare it with htf chart ( 75min / daily) . You can understand the significance.

In a bear mkt increase the tf to 6m / 1y, u will become bullish. Short and medium term bearish moves are actually long term pullbacks. Since 1990, there were only 9 bearish years out of 32.

......6m chart - history says -30% to -65% bear moves. 30% drop leads to 12.5k. Time to do pyramid averaging SIPs every month.

#FreeTip If 1-2 days before earnings if you observe a otherwise nice uptrending that passes trend template criteria, down 3-5% with low volume (5-10 day low), it is most likely retail panic selling before results and chance of upmove increases .

Outside followed by inside bar is one of the best pattern to trade.

What does outside bar means?
- Outside bar is when current candle high > previous candle high & current candle low < previous candle high

- both buyers and sellers are waiting for next trigger to create fresh position/ close their existing positions.

- this is one of the best formation we can get to take a trade.
- Outside bar + Inside bar = Rejection on both side + compression of volatility.

Let’s learn the divergence.

Whenever I teach, my moto is to make u master in that. U should get something new to learn even though when u already know that thing.

Divergence:- When price is not synchronised with the oscillator then the divergens occurs means

Means price is making higher high but oscillator doesn’t
or
price making lower low but oscillator doesn’t
means there is divergence as price is not synchronised with the oscillator.
Basically there are two kinds of divergence
-> Regular or classic.
-> Hidden divergence

A bullish divergence occurs when prices fall to a new low while an oscillator fails to reach a new low. This situation demonstrates that bears are losing power, and that bulls are ready to control the market again—often a bullish divergence marks the end of a downtrend.

Whereas Bearish divergence occurs when prices reaches to a new high while an oscillator fails to reach a new high. This situation demonstrates that bulls are losing power, and that bears are ready to control the market again—often a bearish divergence marks a halt uptrend.

Generally bullish divergence works better than bearish divergence.
bullish divergence provides you an opportunity to buy the stocks at bottom with very high risk to reward ratio.
Both divergence comes under regular or classic divergence.
