Modernity descends into a curious Equilibrium of Dysfunctional Neglect.

Cringe Behavior, demonstrating Low-Status.

This is one of the Fundamental Secrets for why everything is getting worse, all around us.

Anyone trying to change a Winner-take-all competition is probably a loser.

I started thinking about this when I was analyzing the medical system...

why is insurance so expensive?
what are the tangled, perverse incentive structures?
why does the price increase every year?
why is everybody so fat, sick, and ugly?

The terrible, Machiavellian beauty of a Corrupt system like America today

is that you need POWER to fix the system.

But to get POWER, you need to participate in the corrupt system,

which gradually, incrementally corrupts you to be a Complicit, well-compensated parasite.

I was digging into various Medical scandals... an obvious example is the Sackler family's drug Oxycotin.

On a local level, doctors were corrupted by getting gifts, vacations, favors, and honeypots.

The Sackler family got rich
Millions of Americans were destroyed

Same as usual.

Medicine is a cartel, designed to maximize profits.

You could say the same thing about any thriving company; I'm not offering a novel insight here.

But I started wondering — why were doctors bribed so easily by the Sackler family?

The answer is Medical Debts.

Debt has been weaponized against any idealistic young doctors who want to change the world, and help their communities.

Debt is a loaded gun, pointed to the skulls of our best Doctors.

Today, doctors function in a sort of Factory model — register the patient, rush them in, rush them out.

Often, basic nutrition and exercise goes unmentioned, in favor of prescriptions.

TLDR: Debt traps doctors to play by the rules of a dysfunctional system.

On average, it takes 13 years for a doctor to pay off their students loans.

By the end of that Process, any desire to reform the system has evaporated.

Habit becomes Identity.

This is the trick... groom the Strivers, the Social Climbers, anyone who demonstrates any form of Ambition or Aspiration.

Break them.

Force them to lie along with you.

Bully them, charm them, seduce them, blackmail them — anything to make them COMPLICIT in the scam.

Boomer Christians were tricked into a Faustian bargain with the system.

Their life savings were funneled into a Fake Stock Market 401ks, and an overinflated housing bubble.

That fake money binds them to a DECEIT.

And in return, they allowed crimes of all sorts.
