As per Vedas, there are 3 forms of Vishnu: Maha Vishnu, Garbodakshayi Vishnu & Ksirodakshayi Vishnu.

From Maha Vishnu's exhalation, unlimited number of Universes expands from His body pores &in each of these Universes Maha Vishnu incarnates Himself as Garbodakshayi Vishnu..2/12

Maha Vishnu enters each of the Universes as Garbodakshayi Vishnu. In each Universe, there is 1 Bramha who is born from the lotus coming out from the navel of Garbodakshayi Vishnu. Bramha ji creates planetary systems & their size is different in different Universes...4/12

There are Bramha ji's with 4 heads, 8 heads, 16 heads...and so on. There are Bramha's with trillion's of heads too.

The size & complexity of each of the Universe depends on the number of head of Bramha ji of that Universe.
