Amicus curie Ramchandran n Bhooshan visited Gujarat to damage control and they gave their report that Modi sud be prosecuted.
On 15 March 2011, Supreme Court directed SIT to examine the observations of the amicus curiae, to re-examine the entire evidence recorded
and if some more evidence is required to be recorded, to do so. It observed that the SIT chairman's inferences did not match with the findings of the SIT probe.
This fight between SIT n Amicus curie kept going till 2012.
SIT kept saying that they didn't get any evidence against Modi and amicus curie kept saying that there r evidence against Modi n Modi sud be prosecuted.
Meanwhile they tried their best to attack on SIT Chief Raghwan also.
Teesta tried to frame Raghwan in a fake fund misuse case. Raghwan was so scared from TS that he stopped going restaurant that he might be poisoned, he started to travel in economy class coz they cud frame him to misuse of govt money.
Later it was found that IPS Sanjeev Bhatt lied to amicus curie when he said he was in meeting of 27th Feb when Modi asked to take Hindu out their anger. He was not present in that meeting and he was speaking lie all the time.
SIT filed the closure report on 8 February 2012. The trial court on 10 April 2012 observed that SIT had not found any evidence for the prosecution of Modi or any of the top bureaucrats or police officials and had recommended that the investigation be closed.
SIT also said that Teesta filed the fake complaints to frame Modi. After SIT report Supreme court gave clean chit to Modi and case was closed but Teesta did not stop there. She filed again in Supreme court via Zakia.
On 24th Jun 2022, apex court, while upholding the SIT clean chit given to PM Modi in Gujarat riots case, said that activist Teesta Setalvad exploited the emotions of petitioner Zakia Jafri for "ulterior motives".
Supreme court said that there is a need for further investigation into Teesta Setalvad as she was using Zakia Jafri's feelings in the case for her own benefit.
After that she was arrested by Gujarat ATS on yesterday.
She is also facing charges of fund misappropriation
She collected around Rs 7 crore on name of Gujarat riots, spent only Rs 2 crore. Case is going on against her in that case also n she is on anticipatory Bail.
During 2004-14 she received enormous benefits from Congress govt.
She was given Padam Shri by Sonia govt in 2007.
Why ?
Analyze all the Padam awards during 2005 to 2013, u will get lot of information abt the friends of govt.
She received crore of rupees from NCERT as fund for her NGO.
Apart from legal way, One more approach was used to finish Modi during 2004-14
ISI sent LeT terrorist Ishrat Jahan to finish Modi but she was eliminated before doing that. Teesta called it fake encounter n tried to frame Modi in that case also. She tried to frame Modi in best bakery case also.
Some people say that Ajmal Kasab was originally trained to eliminate Modi but when plan was failed then they attacked on Mumbai to establish the saffron terrorism theory.
What was the association of Congress with ISI ?
They created perfect Chakravyuh to eliminate Modi but 2 things went against them.
1. There were still loyal n Honest officers in India who didn't become part of conspiracy
2. People of Gujarat kept making him victorious
If Modi had lost any elections 2002, 2007 and 2012, he was finished. They were just waiting to lose him but people of Gujarat n then people of India saved him.
They wanted to send Modi in Jail. They broke all the limit of crookedness, they went extreme to finish Modi.
