Yesterday's rally was strong but so are most oversold technical bounces. Some of the biggest up days occur during corrections. After the market comes under distribution I generally ignore the first rally and wait to see if it fails in coming days. Holding my shorts with stops.

When you have health, most things in life are a cakewalk. When you don't have have health, even the easiest cakewalk can seem like a mountain. Trading and money are great, but put health first or someone else will be enjoying the money you died for.
