⚡ How To Automate Your Client Onboarding Process ⚡

so onboarding for every agency looks different depending on what you sell as a service but in this thread I'll go over three things that most agencies will do

- communication channels
- project management
- managing vendors

So this is what we're using for our onboarding tech stack

- go high level
- zapier
- google drive
- slack

1) ONBOARDING FORM

You absolutely need this so you can create zaps and workflows

This is where the information is inputted so that you can automate the output (drive folder, slack messages etc)

The webhook is setting off everything in Zapier

- create your onboarding form in gohighlevel and attach to a subdomain
- include questions regarding things that vendors require to get their job done
- get contact information
- anything else that you need to perform

2) Project Management

We use Notion for project management and with the new Zapier updates we can automate a ton of the work

This is how our workspace is built so our team can communicate and work accordingly

So when that onboarding form is filled out

- an onboarding checklist is created
- they're added to our client board

Now our account managers can get to work

3) Managing vendors

Most agencies have vendors that they use for multiple things

We use two vendors for our service (an ISA team and a lead list builder)

So as soon as that form is submitted. an email is sent out to our vendors with the info they need to start

4) Client communications

I think as soon as you pass the 30 clients point, you should switch to a ticketing system (https://t.co/SOibF7azMd)

But if you're not there then I would create shared channels within slack to communicate with them

5) EXTRA: We need our clients to have CRMs since we do B2B lead gen so if they select no within the onboarding form we have a zap that will auto create a CRM for them

6) EXTRA: We do a client checkup call once a month so we setup a workflow within slack that sends them a reminder to book the call on the first of every month

I can almost promise that nobody on this side of twitter has better systems or results then my agency 😈 we'll be at 50 clients before the end of the month and a hundred before the end of the year

1. Calculates the Average Price of past 21 days
2. A stock above 21 ema is in strong momentum , which will give pullbacks to 21 ema again and again.
3. Stock above 21 ema should never be shorted so as to stay with the trend

3. A stock which moves 10-15% above 21 ema will be too extended and hence will generally pullback
Stocks take dynamic support on 21 ema
4. You can Short only if its too extended like 15 to 20% from 21 ema ( Not advised )

I want to explain what happened to tumblr overnight. And why Twitter as reached it's dream (or have come ever so close to it)

Yahoo, who bought Tumblr years ago, used to have a huge adult presence on the early net. They allowed adult groups and what not.

However, people and bots (just like now) misused the service, and Yahoo were forced to make a choice. They made private the groups (and later closed them down and sold some of it to other companies) and then ended their chatrooms on yahoo messenger...

after a incident with one of the chatrooms vid cams. The damage was done, Yahoo Messenger lost a lot of people - and with the closing of the groups - backpage and Craigslist came more important.

Now backpage is no more and Craigslist is slowly passing away. Tumblr had a semi strong community, but once 2014 came around and both porn, and political bots exploded the quality started to go down,

1. I was walking in the woods yesterday and I had an epiphany. It wasn’t one I wanted to have. I was thinking about today’s class, where we are reading Kimmerer’s ‘Gathering Moss’. I’ve taught Braiding Sweetgrass in multiple classes every year since 2016. It’s eminently teachable

2. Both books are beautifully written. Students uniformly enjoy them as assigned reading. They do a great job communicating to non-Indigenous folks the contours of basic Indigenous relationships to more-than-human beings. They’re wildly popular with white readers.

3. I’ve found Braiding Sweetgrass to be a great entry point for non-Indigenous folks to Indigenous scholarship. But this is where yesterday’s epiphany comes in. Neither Braiding Sweetgrass or Gathering Moss tends to the deep deep lineages of Indigenous scholarship in Canada or US

4. As the popularity of ‘Braiding Sweetgrass’ has soared, I’ve seen more and more white folks wax on about ‘braiding knowledge’. But they often don’t know any of the lineages of these concepts beyond what is presented in this one book. They confidently run with this.

5. Kimmerer does a commendable job of weaving in her own experiences, her family stories+nods to some very important knowledge keepers who deserve to be celebrated for their work. But Braiding Sweetgrass does not tend to the citational politics Sara Ahmed & others teach us about
