 Communication skill is the most underrated skill of today which if you know well, you can win the world and if you don't you might not win a single person heart.

Here are some ways to improve your communication skills.
1) Give compliment

"If you want to gather honey, don't kick over the beehive"

You can only get what you want from other to do for you is by appreciating them, not by criticising them

We all are human beings and we all love to be appreciated, to listen good about ourselves.
2) Appreciate people

"Appreciation is the legal tender that all souls enjoy "

Human love to be appreciated .
No matter who much we say that it don't matter but it does.

Give genuine appreciation to people.

It can be about anything.
Beauty
Work
3) Be curious and interested about the other person

People are self-interested.
They deeply wanted to talk about their life and interest.

If you give them this by being interested in them, your connection will prosper more than ever.
4) Smile often

When you smile you just throw a ball of positivity around you.

A genuine smile often brightens someone's day and also it shows you pleasant.

Despite what life throws at your
Stay positive
Smile more
5) Adress people by their name

People love their name more than anything.

We should be aware of the magic contained in a name.

It makes a person feel unique and valuable.
6) Listen more

Speaking in overrated
Listening is underrated

Either dealing with
A woman
A client
A friend

Listening is the best thing you can do

People want to talk and let them talk.
7) Avoid Arguments

You can't win an argument

If you win the argument you will make an enemy.
Either way you lose.

The best way to win argument is not to do any.

Be kind
If you had made mistake accept it and if not try to be rational and kindly ask the person to recheck.
8) Think of mutual benefit

Never ever think of your benefit only.

Remember,
If you both win, you will get more opportunity.

Phrase your words in such a way that shows mutual benefits.
9) Dramatization

It is the key component of everyday life, employed by proposing men and advertisers alike.

"The truth has to be made vivid, interesting, dramatic . You have to use showmanship"
10) Challenge people self - worth

Nobody want to be a ill-respected .
Challenge people and let them show their full potential.

"Every successful person loves the game. The chance for self-expression. The chance to prove his or her worth, to excel or win. "

EMA and SMA
1. Exponential Moving Average (EMA) is similar to Simple Moving Average (SMA), measuring trend direction over a period of time.
2. However, whereas SMA simply calculates an average of price data, EMA applies more weight to data that is more current

21 EMA : SHORT TERM TREND
1. Calculates the Average Price of past 21 days
2. A stock above 21 ema is in strong momentum , which will give pullbacks to 21 ema again and again.
3. Stock above 21 ema should never be shorted so as to stay with the trend

3. A stock which moves 10-15% above 21 ema will be too extended and hence will generally pullback
Stocks take dynamic support on 21 ema
4. You can Short only if its too extended like 15 to 20% from 21 ema ( Not advised )

Always strive to find a mutually beneficial solution.

How to:
- Be as objective as possible
- Try to see from their perspective
- Determine what a "win" truly means for both parties
- Work to find the best solution for both parties

Thread about Shashanka and alleged persecution of the Buddhists. The purpose of this thread is to defy their claims while tackling a few other issues.

Shashanka was a Shaivite king of Gauda with his capital being Karnasuvarna.
He is often accused to be a persecutor of Buddhists by the certain historians prejudiced folks to form a picture that Hindu kings were also against other religions just like the muslim kings. 2/n

Much of Shashanka's life after 619 CE is not very much known to us. Historians primarily cite from a few sources like 1) Banabhatta's Harshacharita and 2) Hsuan Tsung's Si Yu Ki(SYK), both being 7th century texts and 3/n

3) Manjushri Mula Kalpa(MMK), an 8th century text sometimes also dated as a 12th century text. 4/n

The method of accusing Shashanka as a Buddhist hater is established by saying that Shashanka desecrated Buddha's sacred marks, destroyed the Bodhi Tree in Gaya and replaced the Buddha statue w Shiva after which he died as he incurred a mortal flesh-rotting disease 5/n

RANI NAIKI DEVI AND THE BATTLE OF KASAHRADA

Mohammad Ghori, the young Ghurid Prince conquered Ghaznavids in Afghanistan in the year 1173 CE. He conducted some successful raids into the Indian territory, which even Mahmud Ghazni & the Persians couldn't do.


First&foremost,Ghori invaded states of Multan &Uch in India.After this he turned to southern states of Gujarat &Rajputana.Everybody knows this about Ghori,but what most pple r unaware of is the defeat he suffered at hands of Chalukyan Queen Naiki Devi in 1178 Battle of Kasahrada.


When he marched southwards, his first target was the prosperous fortified town of Anhilwara Patan.
It was the capital of Chalukyas(also known as Solankis of Gujarat) which was established by Vanraj of Chapotkata Dynasty in 8th century.


American historian Tertius Chandler states that it was the 10th largest city in the world at that time. The history of Chalukyas has been written by many historians, but the valour of the Great Queen Naiki Devi remains unsung.


Born to the Kadamba King Paramardin of Goa,Naiki Devi was well trained in sword fighting, horse riding, strategy & every other subject of Statesmanship. She was married to King Ajaypala of Gujarat who sat on throne in 1171CE. Unfortunately,the King died within 4 yrs of his rule.
