Communication skill is the most underrated skill of today which if you know well, you can win the world and if you don't you might not win a single person heart.

Here are some ways to improve your communication skills.
1) Give compliment

"If you want to gather honey, don't kick over the beehive"

You can only get what you want from other to do for you is by appreciating them, not by criticising them

We all are human beings and we all love to be appreciated, to listen good about ourselves.
2) Appreciate people

"Appreciation is the legal tender that all souls enjoy "

Human love to be appreciated .
No matter who much we say that it don't matter but it does.

Give genuine appreciation to people.

It can be about anything.

3) Be curious and interested about the other person

People are self-interested.
They deeply wanted to talk about their life and interest.

If you give them this by being interested in them, your connection will prosper more than ever.
4) Smile often

When you smile you just throw a ball of positivity around you.

A genuine smile often brightens someone's day and also it shows you pleasant.

People love their name more than anything.
