JBCHEPHARM at 20x FY23 EPS is a much safer and a better buy than a conventional FMCG Player like HINDUNILVR with no significant reinvestment moat and single digit earnings growth.

The difference here is that JB can still reinvest bulk of its cash flows at a similar/higher ROIIC.

The cash compounding machine JBCHEPHARM does 42% ROCE ex cash, EBITDA Margins at 27.4%, I as an investor would be happy if they maintain margins in mid 20s.

Both PSI and advance decline momentum were sloping downwards continuously even when the mkt gapped up and kept going up.Trollers might say this as post Mortem. But I made what I can... 😌.

Important.
Whenever you invest in Fund of funds, check the expense ratios of both the local fund & the global fund which is investing into.
e.g., Nasdaq FOF ER is 0.1%, but you have to add the ER of ETF which 0.54%, total 0.64%

Good to see AMCs like @EdelweissMF mentioning it.

When you invest in a global fund, and compare expenses across funds:

1. Compare \U0001f34e to \U0001f34e: Total cost includes offshore fund cost plus what local AMC charges.

2. Get this data from the AMC website. Many 3rd party websites don\u2019t include underlying fund costs.
