#Twitter once again suspended our acct. Their targeted harrassment of us has never ended since day we began using 3 yrs ago under massive shadowban ever since 99% of the time. Once again they wrongly suspended us. We did a study on it to share & learn since they provide ZERO info

We have NO IDEA what they suspended us for here & of course their TOS says nothing about it nor could anyone EVER possibly discern what they could possibly be complaining about. Their TOS ALSO protects our Freedom Of Expression in the EXACT WAY we spoke the tweet under #18.
Since Twitter's Dorsey has been COMPLETELY CLEAR that it is not the position of twitter to answer appeals but for ppl to languish in suspension unless they delete the tweet, & 37+ day suspensions when waiting are common & to be expected otherwise according to Dorsey on TV, Del
This explanation in DETAIL is what is needed by Twitter on their website but they have REFUSED to EVER do this. They should do it for EVERY CASE have some commentary section for explanations so people can learn but they deliberately choose against this. Why? it seems obvious
Twitter focuses 1000x more clearly on suppression of Freedom of Expression than they ever do on their actual product nor serving customers as in a decade or nearly they STILL dont even have an edit feature, then requiring people to DELETE tweets instead of editing them.
The entire concept of deleting tweets versus editing is a clear message of Suppression of free speech rather than correction. It's arbitrary totalitarian oppression from the shadows with no human interaction & zero explanations. It's Nazi Stazi style & devoid of humanity.
I find the facts to be that Twitter's claim to be any kind of organization that supports freedom of expression to be a complete joke & false on any & every measure & there are plenty of examples. In fact every indication is to the contrary. & To make it worse, NO SERVICE!
When I deleted the tweet, I also got this 2nd suspension message in error it seemed. When clicked the button, onward it went. Again zero explanation what the hell is going on with their system at all, leaving users confused & unable to ever be able to trust they are credible.

Oh! I see, in addition to baselessly Falsely accusing us once again as always & without ANY explanation whatsoever as to their claims against us, they have suspended our ability to follow, like or Retweet for 3 days in further political persecution as they LIE "Freedom of Exp
Since Twitter is CLEARLY a Fascist Totalitarian NAZI Dictatorship of the completely opposite of any organization engaged in freedom of expression like a Gab, Minds, or SocialCross actually IS, I will thread save this as probably they will be back to oppress my speech, AGAIN.

My advice to first-time info product creators:
— Daniel Vassallo (@dvassallo) July 26, 2020
1. Start with a very small product.
2. Choose a topic you know well that will almost write itself. Avoid doing research.
3. Timebox production to 2 weeks.
4. Charge $10.
5. Promote it!
All the lessons are in #5. Best of luck!

Vectaury was collecting geolocation data in order to create profiles (eg. people who often go to this or that type of shop) so as to power ad targeting. They operate through embedded SDKs and ad bidding, making them invisible to users.
The @CNIL notes that profiling based off of geolocation presents particular risks since it reveals people's movements and habits. As risky, the processing requires consent — this will be the heart of their assessment.
Interesting point: they justify the decision in part because of how many people COULD be targeted in this way (rather than how many have — though they note that too). Because it's on a phone, and many have phones, it is considered large-scale processing no matter what.
