rather than skewing your risk reward chasing 5 plays....wait for a pullback in trend on 1 play and have size with conviction with clear support/risk off level...same if shorting...wait for resistance level bounce

Take 100 charts and study the trend. Make a journal and explain to yourself if you were trading those 100 charts, which pullback would you have entered and what would have been you risk/reward and best entry!

Fibonacci Retracement is a technical analysis tool that i use to locate areas/levels of support & resistance
It is based on the Fibonacci sequence ratios introduced by Leonardo Fibonacci

Measure the rise of price from swing low to swing high (depends on the time frame in use)
This level will give the support levels AND the potential resistances levels once price continue higher

Let's take $FSLY Daily for example
White Arrow : Swing high
Yellow Arrow : Swing low

As you can see it gives us support levels & future potential resistance levels

I often add also the 1 HR chart levels
White Arrow : Swing high
Yellow Arrow : Swing low
As you can see price touches all and re tests all the levels from the yellow arrow to the blue arrow which is the 1.272 EXTENSION of this move

So you can follow potential pull back & potential upwards resistances during hours

Let’s say you start with 1k and your win rate is 70%. You take 30% profit and 30% loss fixed. End of 100 trades you net around 45k excluding fees.

If your win rate is 60% you end up with 2k.

What’s the lesson? Be selective and keep your win rate high. You’ll win

Find setups with higher ATR and identify a trend 30 min after market open, ride the trend

Find setups with higher relative volume first 30 mins and ride trend

Find setups right at 10m 34-50 EMA and ride trend

Thread about what I've been doing and what I've found trying to trade options. All of this was inspired by @AdamSliverTrade @drippy2hard @WealthBrah .

First thing I do is find any good traders watchlist. Sometimes they put their triggers other times they don't. For practice sometimes I'll type in "watchlist from:AdamSliverTrade" on twitter to see all of his past watchlists.

Then I go to that date in trading view and only look at the past data to draw trend lines and support/resistance levels. So let's take $MU from his 11/30 watchlist and chart it out.

Normally I would look at the monthly candle, weekly, and daily to see if they have any continuity (all red or all green). But I can't really do that with past trades I don't know if the monthly or weekly were red before.
