Hence anything divisible by 375 should be your intraday timeframe for trading or analysis to have a completeness.
1/3/5/15/25/75/125 minutes tf and of course daily tf.
Eg: 5 - 15 -75 combination for day trading / 1-5-15 for scalping.

Market breadth speaks louder than SGX nifty.

A few thoughts on how and why you should focus on your health. 1/9

In chasing money goals, it is easy to forget that all the money in the world can’t buy good health. As we grow older, our health determines the quality of life, not money.
Good health also means the ability to bounce back faster if unforeseen incidents occur. 2/9

Health goals should be about how you feel, not how you look. Wanting to look a certain way, influenced by celebs and influencers who fake it with lights and photography, use performance-enhancing drugs, or hit the genetic lottery, is a recipe for unhappiness. 3/9

Sitting is the new smoking. Setting simple activity goals in terms of how much I move (calories burnt) and reminders to stand up every 45 mins has had the most impact on me. The current health challenge in Zerodha is to set a daily activity goal & try reaching 90% of the time 4/9

Sleeping by 9 pm & getting a workout at 5 am has been helpful. Sleeping early reduces the chances of bingeing when we are drained and have low self-control at the end of the day. A workout in the morning also increases the odds of making healthier choices throughout the day. 5/9

In @tradingview search supertrend, u find `supertrend strategy'; inbuilt one. Change input parameters to 10/3 for nifty. This is a continuous strategy. Follow entry signals; Exit if signal is intraday or at 3.15pm.

3. TATA POWER

Using the Rs. 25lacs,he bought TATA POWER at Rs. 150 and it rallied to Rs. 1000 thereby making a neat Rs. 2.5-3crs.

4. 1989's budget was a game changer for RJ.

Prior to the budget the stocks had been hammered.

RJ's hunch was the upcoming budget wont be a disappointment & hence he staked Rs. 3crs. & made Rs. 20 crs. by the end of the budget.
