1. Whenever you see a stock in strong uptrend it will tend to take support on its 21 ema.
2. Always look whether the stock has taken support previously.

I use the following concepts to identify stocks which can move 5 times
-Relative Strength
-Stage Analysis
-Volume Analysis

1/n

I believe that every stock must outperform Nifty before it becomes a multibagger. I use relative strength to identify stocks that are outperforming Nifty.

2/n

I then divides stocks in to four phases. I pick stocks that are in stage 2 or uptrend phase. I use moving average to identify stocks that are entering stage 2 advance.

3/n

Finally, I look at price and volume action to confirm entries and exits from the stock.

I have given several examples of stocks like Yes Bank, IEX,HSCL, Elecon Engineering, JSW Energy etc.

HOW TO ADJUST A SHORT STRANGLE?

Gone are those days where a short strangle used to expire worthless without any adjustments.

Adjustments are a must when your initial view goes wrong which it will.

Listing down all the ways to adjust a short strangle WITH EXAMPLES below.

1: Rolling up/down:

If you've sold a short strangle and one side premium spikes, you can book the profitable side and roll it up to match the premium of the other side.

eg: If you've sold a 60rs call and a 60rs put. If the 60rs call goes to 100. Then book profits in put and sell a 100 pt put.

This is the most basic way of adjustment.

2: Rolling the losing side:

It's very similar to the above adjustment however, we will consider shifting the losing side instead of profitable side.

eg: If you've sold 50pt call and 50pt put. If the 50pt put spikes up and goes to 120. Sometimes, I wouldn't want to sell a 120 pt call.

Hence, I simply book loss in the put and sell a new put worth 50pts which is farther away from the previous put.

1/ So here is a thread on how I turned $32,000 into $1.2m and back to pretty much zero (once taxes are paid).

Just note, I am not bitter or salty in any way at all, the last 2 years have been an amazing ride - travelled the world, been wealthy, been poor.

2/ Dec '16, my advertising agency folded, I had a little bit of money left and I put $32k into Bitcoin and Ether. As it started to go up I diversified into everything, Monero, Dash, this that, any crap - even Ripplecoin. Everything just kept going up.

3/ By March I think I had around $300k and $500k by the summer. I used to take 25% out but towards the end of the summer I got greedy and put it all back in and by December it was $1.2m.

4/ Thinking I was an absolute genius I decided to start a bunch of businesses. As silly as it sounds I had this goal of making $5m as I wanted to buy Bedford Town Football Club and get them in the league, and as Crypto was going up forever I needed 6 months.

Now Suniti was the daughter of a tribal chief while Suruchi was the daughter of a rich king. Hence Suruchi was always favored the most by Raja while Suniti was ignored. But while Suniti was gentle & kind hearted by nature Suruchi was venomous inside.
