加拿大骑警今年7月份对邱香果进行调查，并将其带离实验室。新曝光的文件显示，邱香果曾连续两年受邀，前往中国科学院武汉国家生物安全实验室，一年两次，每次长达两周。加拿大公共卫生局称邱的行为有可能“违反政策”。

CBC所获文件显示，“邱的访问由第三方资助”，但文件中第三方的名称被抹掉。在2017年9月19日至30日的行程中，她还会见了北京的合作者，会见者的名字也被抹掉。

It's refreshing to hear a senior administrator admits to personally opposing policies that attempt to remedy these basic flaws. These are flaws that harm his institution's ability to do cutting-edge research and to serve the public.
Harvard is being eclipsed by institutions that have different ideas about how to run a 21st Century institution. Stanford, for one; the UC system; the "public Ivys".
