We’re Going On A Behr Hunt. A thread about hypocritical Corbynites, their stupidity and their antisemitism.

Yesterday, Guardian journalist Rafael Behr published an extraordinarily compelling piece about having a heart attack at the age of 45. In it he identified a number of

 causes, including hereditary disposition, lifestyle and the nature of his job covering UK politics. On the last, he pointed out the age-old stressful nature of political journalism had been exacerbated in the last five years by the divisiveness rendered by Brexit and Corbynism.
Behr is Jewish and so also emphasised the way in which Labour’s top-to-bottom antisemitism festival since 2015 had added a particular distress in his, and many other, cases. He explained, with great erudition, how Jewish history leaves us with a reasonably gloomy view
of where institutionalised Jew-baiting in an electorally muscular political party might lead. And why the dark jokes (and yes in normal times they are only that) about keeping suitcases packed and friends with big attics close, sometimes come to not seem that funny.
For Corbynism’s most vicious antisemites, the article has been a thought-provoking and chastening moment which they have used to reassess their spite towards Jews hahahahaha no of course it hasn’t.

Continuity Corbynism has reacted in its traditional ways, raging that
Behr blamed Jeremy Corbyn personally for his heart attack (he didn’t), that he (and other non-Corbynite Jews in general) are the ones responsible for the fear of Corbynite antisemitism (because they’re stupid or liars), and that he claimed a Corbyn government mean immediate,
violent persecution of British Jews (he wrote no such thing).

On top of actual laughter and jokes about his condition and wishing he had died.

So this is their reactions to a Jew pointing out that, cued up by its leadership, a movement which took over a ten-times party of
government, while bringing antisemitic principles and antisemites (including actual neo-Nazis) into the mainstream from the fringes, might cause a lot of discomfort and re-thinking in the Jewish community.
So stupid are they, they manage to prove Behr right in their poor but vitriolic dismissal of him.

One of the most deranged even took a moment to assert how he had reported the journalist to the police for reporting on Labour’s antisemtism problem during the 2019 election.
What could possibly make a Jew more relaxed about your antisemitism than joyfully describing the file you’ve passed to the police about their articles on it?

One of the most popular responses to Behr yesterday was a tweet by a Labour councillor appealing to the crowd to reject his claims because it was ignorant of Tory policies and of the position of “working people”. Nudge-nudge, wink-wink. See what he did there? Antisemitism either
doesn’t matter or is a price worth paying for such people. And those who raise it are hostile to the interests of those who really matter. In fact, not just hostile - but the reason for your problems. “They” are not “us” and never could be. “You” could have had your rail
nationalisation, Green New Deal, higher wages, better housing, schools and hospitals; if it weren’t for “them”.
And all said with a smile.

Well, OK. You keep smiling at us. But if your politics can’t take effect without Jews copping collateral damage, the least you can also do is shut up about us. We are none of your business anymore.

Bitcoin is worldwide P2P software and growing into a network of the same ilk, what it can send without interference we can't even grasp yet. Even if you don't like another person, or their religious beliefs, bitcoin doesn't care. I lived through 9/11, my friends died in war.

But even I don't want Bitcoin just for the people I am more likely to have similarities too. And in working with the @_Devcoin guys for a few years now, officially since 2020 - I realized people from all spots on this globe and I share much more in common than everyday Americans.

And I haven't turned my back or spurned Americans either. I'm just saying we need to change our mindset. We want things but we won't admit it takes a whole world to pull off what it is we seek. The media is to blame for this but I also think we're at the point for grownups to act

... what is happening is decentralisation of provision (i.e. cloud everywhere, at the edge) but under centralised authorities (Amazon, Alibaba, MSFT, Google etc).

... that was the dream of OpenStack but they blew that on day one creating a collective prisoner dilemma. They are trying to recorrect this with K8s but the cloud has moved on, higher up the stack ...

... so, the idea of a marketplace of many different companies each having authority is ... wishful thinking by past vendors and clients they've hoodwinked. Maybe in 15-20 years we will get another go ... open source is a long game ...

... more likely is many points of provision i.e. companies offering EKS anywhere on a utility basis but under centralised authority e.g. AWS.

So, yes, the cloud is going to edge, has been for sometime but it'll be AWS / Alibaba / MSFT cloud that is everywhere.

the only reason to keep making them so limited is that they KNOW all that matters is the profit on the flip and if they were readily available FEWER people would want them, not more

the whole system is super broken, but it's just gonna go the way it goes, because at this point it all caters to the secondary market. the only reason Nike can sell Jordan 1s for $200 is because the people buying them can flip them for $500

adjusted for inflation, a $65 AJ1 in 1985 is like $160—and modern-day AJ1s are made from cheaper materials in factories staffed by cheaper workers. they don't HAVE to be $200 retail. but the secondary market nuked the whole concept of what sneakers are "worth"

95% of startups die because they run out of (investor) money + no business model + crazy investor expectations.

Same way corporations die, when unable to adjust to new technology and market shifts.

Poonathanam Namboothiri was a great devotee of Guruvayurappan. One day Poonthanam was going to Guruvayur Kshetram. It was night time and eventhough Namboothiri was tired he continued to walk


Suddenly some thieves came and blocked his way. Poonthanam cried for Shri Krishna to help. Thieves snatched all valuables from him, but Namboothiri holding his Bhaghavatam book called Shri Krishna to help. That time a man came in a horse back and fought with thieves and protected


Namboothiri. Poonthanam thanked Krishna for helping him from danger and said to the man that "Shri Krishna has send you here and I don't know how to thank you".  The man smiled and told that he is Mangattachan, minister of  samoodhiris. Poonthanam once again thanked him and


gave his ring to Mangattachan as a token of thanks and continued his journey. He reached Guruvayur early morning for Nirmalya Darshan. Temple poojari came near him and told that Guruvayurappan came in his dreams and asked to hand over the ring to poonthanam.


When he opened Kshetra Nada poonthanam was surprised to see his ring on Guruvayurappan, which he gifted to Mangattachan. He understood that it was Guruvayurappan who came as Mangattachan to protect him. This is how Bhagwan treat his devotees.

राम-रावण युद्ध समाप्त हो चुका था। जगत को त्रास देने वाला रावण अपने कुटुम्ब सहित नष्ट हो चुका था।श्रीराम का राज्याभिषेक हुआ और अयोध्या नरेश श्री राम के नेतृत्व में चारों दिशाओं में शन्ति थी।
अंगद को विदा करते समय राम रो पड़े थे ।हनुमान को विदा करने की शक्ति तो राम में थी ही नहीं ।


माता सीता भी हनुमान को पुत्रवत मानती थी। अत: हनुमान अयोध्या में ही रह गए ।राम दिनभर दरबार में, शासन व्यवस्था में व्यस्त रहते थे। संध्या को जब शासकीय कार्यों में छूट मिलती तो गुरु और माताओं का कुशल-मंगल पूछ अपने कक्ष में जाते थे। परंतु हनुमान जी हमेशा उनके पीछे-पीछे ही रहते थे ।


उनकी उपस्थिति में ही सारा परिवार बहुत देर तक जी भर बातें करता ।फिर भरत को ध्यान आया कि भैया-भाभी को भी एकांत मिलना चाहिए ।उर्मिला को देख भी उनके मन में हूक उठती थी कि इस पतिव्रता को भी अपने पति का सानिध्य चाहिए ।

एक दिन भरत ने हनुमान जी से कहा,"हे पवनपुत्र! सीता भाभी को राम भैया के साथ एकांत में रहने का भी अधिकार प्राप्त है ।क्या आपको उनके माथे पर सिन्दूर नहीं दिखता?इसलिए संध्या पश्चात आप राम भैया को कृप्या अकेला छोड़ दिया करें "।
ये सुनकर हनुमान आश्चर्यचकित रह गए और सीता माता के पास गए ।


माता से हनुमान ने पूछा,"माता आप अपने माथे पर सिन्दूर क्यों लगाती हैं।" यह सुनकर सीता माता बोलीं,"स्त्री अपने माथे पर सिन्दूर लगाती है तो उसके पति की आयु में वृद्धि होती है और वह स्वस्थ रहते हैं "। फिर हनुमान जी प्रभु राम के पास गए ।
