When we approach the end of a Cycle the undercurrents of the secret realm of Mysteries and Enchantment begin to stir from their slumber, eager to flow once again. It is our longing

for that indefinite something more growing within us, urging us to shed the Grey taint of conformity. Suddenly, in a day like any other day, something changes within us. We no longer feel blinded in a shadow of mundane tasks, but instead we begin to question our surroundings,

the received truth and most importantly, our reality. "What is the point of it all?" that is the question. Our social interactions now feel like a fictional narrative, scripted, fake, unsatisfactory. Our minds begin craving a different outlook, a fresh start. A desire to know.

Our mind begin to change, our brain fires up new mysterious pathways and questions spring copiously searching for answers. But what happens when you start questioning your reality? You wake up from the induced dream state. The yokes of indoctrination start to loosen up. Breathe.

You have taken the first step on your path to spiritual awakening.
Awakening isn’t just a lifestyle switch, it’s a transmutation of the mental, emotional, spiritual and the physical body. These experiences inevitably start changing our life and the philosophy of existence itself.

A driving force that influences our decisions. Now, here’s where spirituality comes in, what are these mysterious elements? Are they simply biological drives built into our DNA? Deep-rooted conditioned pathways in our brain? Or is there something greater?
Of course there is.

The importance of spirituality is that its focus is beyond the material dimension. When you look beyond the material, the concept of who we are...

It's going to be quite difficult for me to describe my personal experiences regarding the consciousness shift phenomenon. I will continue then by delving into the corpus of my research. Let me introduce you to Robert Lanza and his theory: Biocentrism

Lanza is an expert in regenerative medicine and a scientific director at Advanced Cell Technology Company. He is known for his extensive research on stem cells, he was also famous for several successful experiments on cloning endangered animal species.

He then turned his attention to physics, quantum mechanics and astrophysics. It is from this metaphysical milieu that his controversial theory was created. Biocentrism implies that death simply does not exist. It is an illusion fabricated by the dogmatic pathways in our minds.

It exists because people identify themselves with their bodies and with their Ego. Now a brief interlude. What is our innermost essence? What is our life force? Is the idea of who we are a product of the mind, social conditioning, and the thoughts we have? Or are we spiritual

not. Your minds are designed for so much more and they know/knew this. THEY want all of you dumbed to so you just fall in line to what they say. They want you to follow all the latest Trends, They want you to follow the "Stars". Most of the stars advertise products but I

guarantee you that they themselves don't use 90% of what they are advertising on the market today.
They are being used as puppets, thinking all of you will just follow them blindly falling into all the traps they have had set out for you ALL THESE YEARS..

Look at Portland for

example, They are legalizing all recreational drugs. Allowing Young adults who's brains aren't fully developed to just poison themselves. What happens in 5-10-15 years from now? Our entire youth is poisoned more than they already are? All our adults that the children look up too

My view on lent:

My biggest problem with lent is the public display of fasting which is contrary to scripture: Matthew 6:16-18

Just as well, overhearing discussions of humble brags, “oh man, this is so hard fasting from x” while displaying ashes on one’s forehead seems overtly contrary to scripture. Again, Matthew 6:16-18 is clear.

Additionally it has been my experience that repentance and fasting lose much of their substance for those practicing the tradition.

However....

We cannot oversimplify and call lent a “Roman Catholic invention” or a “pagan” practice given its presence, minimally the term, in the early church with people like Athanasius.

In the modern conception: Advent is to Christmas what lent is to Easter. While asceticism is removed and shallow tradition enters into the practice, this can happen in most everything.

Lot of chat about instructional coaching. To get it right, don't underestimate the time it takes!

- There has to be a shared vision for effective T&L from the coaches. Keep revisiting this and keep unpicking all the elements so they are able to break them down and explain them.

We used the Evidence Review by @ProfCoe to create some effective teaching habits, using a lot of TLAC techniques and work from @every_lesson. Knowledge and expertise and ability to break this down is vital.

Lots of time then required with coaches to look at lessons and look at highest leverage point. In one training session our coaching team picked out over 30 tweaks in a 5 minute video. Where do you start? Why there? Consistency key. Leads to great debate.

Time needs to be built in. Time for visits, time for coaching sessions, time to practice. SLT need to all understand the process and buy-in and all live it. Putting staff development first is truly exciting and hugely powerful if actioned in the way it is desired.

Teachers/coaches need to have the process modelled for them. Staff need to understand the why behind IC, not just what it is. Worth talking through research on teacher's habitual practice from @mikehobbiss and @DrSamSims.
