Path 6 - Mark Meadows First Thread/1
This is the Sixth Path to take Trump to prison for life. It is named Mark Meadows who is a key player to get Trump convicted in espionage, related to stealing 325 classified documents in Trump's attempt to sell US secrets to US enemies

Note: Mark Meadows is a KEY player on Path 4: Roger Stone, which is about January 6th. And Mark Meadows seems to have flipped against Trump (now in August)
This Path 6 is SEPARATE from those crimes of Jan 6th. This is entirely ANOTHER crime
The INITIAL crime in Path 6 is THEFT of Classified documents. Ms Reality Winner went to prison for 4 years holding ONE classified document. Trump stole 325. Even if we ONLY give Trump 4 years on each of those it would be 1,300 YEARS in prison
Path 6 goes from theft of 'Classified' documents (up to 5 years prison per document) to theft of Top Secret documents (62 of them were Top Secret = add 620 years)
It includes obstruction of justice, on AT LEAST 103 counts (= add 824 years)
And Donald Trump does not read. He did not steal 325 documents (about 3,056 pages) to read. He hates to read. The ONLY reason Trump stole these secrets was to SELL them
In Espionage the ATTEMPT is the crime. This could mean death sentence
We do not YET have ANY sign that Trump had even 'attempted' to sell any of secrets he stole. But if he did, and we add say 20 years per attempt, on say 20% of the files he took, and half of those were attempted to 3 clients = 2,600 years MORE
Without espionage even considered, only on the theft and obstruction, Trump is facing AT LEAST 2,744 years in prison
My VERY conservative estimate of his espionage adds 2,600 years on top
So 5,144 years? This Path yields longest prison time
I do not have 'proof' (yet) that Trump stole 325 classified documents to commit espionage. But he does not read. The ONLY reason he held those documents, would be to sell them to our adversaries. I am going to treat this Path 6 as 'espionage'
How did this crime start? It did NOT start on 20 January 2021 when Trump left the White House. He had been COLLECTING suitable classified documents that could be sold. Trump did NOT read them. He had collaborators who FOUND the documents
Trump had suitable moles in major departments with valuable classified info. I have not even attempted to collect a comprehensive list. Here just 2 examples: Corey Lewandowski at Dept of Defense & Christina Bobb at Dept of Homeland Security
So BEFORE Trump left White House on 20 Jan 2021, he had some Trumpomobsters go find suitable classified documents for Trump to steal, of high value in espionage. Trump is too dumb to know what this is. There were MANY traitors who helped him

Last year about this time Trump made a notorious pitch of Goya products from the Oval Office. It included this classic image, which deservedly received a massive amount of mocking on Twitter.

The Espionage plot was hatched some time between July 2020 and November 2020. Documents were collected for Trump certainly in January 2021, could well have some documents taken in late 2020. & Trump shipped them to Mar-A-Lago by Jan 20, 2021
The second part of this crime was the attempted sale to potential clients. We do not know any such sales were attempted, but several HIGHLY suspicious money transfers have happened. These would be consistent with bribes to Trump for secrets
Saudi Arabia is most obvious bribe for espionage
Path 5: Tom Barrack is crimes including Saudi bribes in 2017 to Trump
Steve Mnuchin was paid $1 Billion after Trump left White House
Jared was paid $2 Billion
And now the golf tournaments
There are MANY other suspicious countries & players: Erik Prince went to UAE immediately after Trump left White House. Trump took some bribes from Egypt. Giuliani organized some money laundering for Iran via Turkey, with Trump. Plus Putin!
For this crime to happen, Trump needed some Trumpomobsters to find the files worth stealing. And then have Trumpomobsters do Trump's bidding to corrupt governments where Trump had a history of bribes. This is once again a criminal conspiracy
Central to original plot of theft of classified documents, & aware of their transport to Florida, was Trump's last White House Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows, who knew Trump was flushing documents down the toilets, and who himself burned some
Like Giuliani, Meadows foolishly trusted Trump would pardon him. That is why Mark crimed all the way to the end. Instead of a pardon, Trump paid Mark a bribe, 1 million dollars (not Trump's OWN money! He's broke. It was Trump SuperPAC money)
So Path 6 has 3 'layers' of crimes
1 - Theft of classified documents
2 - Obstruction of justice
3 - Espionage (the attempted sale of any secrets)
The FIRST of these 3 will send Trump to prison for THOUSANDS of years. The rest is bonus
Let's look at the first layer. Theft of Classified Documents
Trump is CAUGHT. Red-handed
Trump has confessed to holding these documents
There is NO defense to holding them. None.
Zero. Zip. Zilch.
This is a slam dunk (when it is tried)
Like ANY Trump conspiracy crime this is a MAFIA style trial. The Mafia boss is tried LAST
On THEFT CRIME (alone)
1. Conspirators who helped (like Corey Lewandowski, Christina Bobb etc)
2. Planners (Mark Meadows, Jared etc)
3. Trump himself
On Trump personal involvement in theft. He confessed to having the classified documents. Some were inside his personal desk in Florida. He proclaimed knowledge of how the files had been before FBI photograph. And some have Trump handwriting
Because they have Trump, EVERYBODY involved will be convicted in this theft of US classified documents
EVERYBODY goes to prison
The plea bargain is only about HOW LONG. Mark Meadows seems to have flipped in August, Jared last year
What do we know? DOJ filings to court told us, they have SEVERAL informants (about 5-12 rats). This was BEFORE Mark Meadows flipped (but likely included Jared, and likely also Ivanka)
It seems FBI investigation started only in April 2022
If FBI investigation STARTED this April, we are REALLY EARLY into it. Normal time frame for a CONSPIRACY crime is about 2 years to the first arrests at low levels (Jan 6th investigation is going FASTER than normal)
If Mark Meadows has now flipped in August (see Path 4: Roger Stone ie January 6th crimes), the Dept of Justice is VERY far on the criminal investigation to take Trump to trial - but even then, the lower levels MUST be tried FIRST
The Dept of Justice will have to identify who all helped steal those 325 classified documents (or more, if some of the 90 empty folders have still-missing secrets). They will NOT try Trump, before the full conspiracy is clear.
If Jared and Mark Meadows have both flipped, and are cooperating 'fully' (is not at all certain, they may be foolishly trying some utterly self-destructive games now) - FBI could potentially capture essentially all of this conspiracy fast
After the THEFT of Classified Documents is prosecuted to convictions of all criminals involved, comes the obstruction of justice. This MAY be also tried at same time
Trump attorneys lied to FBI. They will be disbarred & go to prison
The Dept of Justice laid a trap for Trump. They told him, Trump has to supply a written letter stating they have no more classified documents, when FBI visited Trump on subpoena in Florida in June. And Trump had his lawyers write that letter
DOJ has already told court, they know Trump ordered that letter to be written. Now in search of Mar-A-Lago in August, DOJ found that Trump had hidden classified documents in his personal office. This is game over. He gets at least 824 years
That obstruction charge is mainly for Trump and his Court Jesters like Christina Bobblehead and Alina Habba the Jutt. It is at least 8 years per hidden document (103 x 8 = 824 years for EACH on top of their other crimes). It could be more
This obstruction of justice is so aggravated & deliberate, on such critical subject matter; it could mean 15 years per obstruction (103 x 15 = 1,545 years for each of criminals)
Looks like Bobb & Habba will do more prison time than Giuliani
I do not yet have ANY visibility on the collateral damage. In addition to above, am guessing Pompeo may be caught in this, and Don Jr. We will monitor this in coming months
Currently Trump is desperately attempting every delay gimmick he can think of. The Special Master gambit bought Trump a week or two, but FBI & DOJ will prosecute espionage with the grave emphasis this crime against USA demands.
This is my first stab at Path 6: Mark Meadows (Espionage-A-Lago). It is still a very rough draft. My subsequent updates will refine our understanding of this crime. But yes, Trump is caught and will be convicted to millenia in prison time
