Alexandre's had a bit of an obsession with Belgium and #5G recently.

The account was created in 2017. It only started tweeting in early December, 2020, but its first posts were retweets of tweets from November 2017-18.

Thread: The EU and AstraZeneca have agreed to publish the APA contract. Whilst the EU pushed for this they appear to have shot themselves in the foot.

Clause 5.1 "AstraZeneca shall use its Best Reasonable Efforts to manufacture the Initial Doses within the EU for distribution...."

There are two features of this clause:

The first is It only requires Reasonable Best Efforts to manufacture. There is no guarantee of production.

The second is it only provides for access to vaccine manufactured within the EU. @vonderleyen's demand that @AstraZeneca should divert 75 million doses from the UK has no contractual basis.

The delivery schedule is literally named the "Estimated Delivery Schedule. There is no guarantee offered that it can be met. In fact it states it is for "earliest possible" delivery.

The @vonderleyen threats to sue @AstraZeneca are nothing more than bluster aimed at diverting attention away from the three month delay she and Merkel caused.

5.4 is clumsily drafted, indeed makes no sense on its face given it is said not to apply to 51., but I'd read it as meaning AZ is to use EU and UK sites in fulfilling its BRE obligation.

The date of this contract 27 August (ie 5 months ago). Approval is only being given for the drug today.

The Commission's argument is that the drug is manufactured and eady for distribution, hand it over.

But the reason that there are (any?) manufactured doses in the UK to distribute is nothing whatsoever to do with this contract. it is because the UK entered into an earlier contract, for distribution to it.

This review and feedback are in no way to attract attention to our woes but think well before you plan

your recovery at this place.

My wife was admitted a few days back for a C-section Surgery, and praise God we were blessed with a beautiful boy, and now we have been discharged and back home.

Our experience at this hospital though was not so much as peaceful at all, though.

- Worried about the current pandemic time, we thought the hospital was more cautious and safer, but as we entered, the staff just filled the COVID screening forms by herself, including our body temperatures without even checking.

They didn't even ask if we had any symptoms or did we have COVID before.

- We were moved to the Labour Theatre Area 'Being Mom' zone, spent the night, the wife was taken to the Labour Theatre in the morning, by afternoon we were out from there, and back into the ward.

- Throughout our time in this hospital, we struggled a lot to communicate with the nurse and staff of the hospital. 99% of the staff only speak Malayalam, and they don't even know how to communicate with other staff or us.
