Some people think Twitter is for 280 characters.

I’ve found the opposite to be true: it’s the most effective long-form platform on the planet.

Instead of a single blog post, each section is its own tweet and can be shared.

Maximum momentum!

I try to do long form 1-3 times per week.

I find that if I’m in a meditated state and have picked a good topic, the words just flow out.

These “tweet storms” take about 1-2 hours to get out.

PRO TIP: keep a "list of topics" and any time you think of one, write it down.

The constitution of India is the longest written constitution of any sovereign country in the world and it was written by a man named Prem Behari Narain Raizada in his own handwriting.

The constitution has always been associated with Dr Ambedkar,chairman of the drafting committee,who was its architect,but very little is known about the man who penned it down.

The first draft of Indian Constitution was completed on 26th Nov 1949 is no less than a masterpiece.

While Nandalal Bose and his students designed the borders of every page and adorned it with beautiful art pieces, it was the singlehanded effort of Prem Behari Narain Raizada (Saxena) that brought the primary contents and the preamble to the Constitution, to life.

Shri Prem Behari was born on 17 December 1901, in a family of traditional calligraphists. He lost his parents when he was very young and was brought up by his grandfather Master Ram Parshadji Saxena and uncle Mahashya Chatur Behari Narayan Saxena.

Prem Behari’s grandfather was a scholar in Persian & English. He even taught Persian to British officials.
When the draft of the Constitution was ready to be printed,the then PM Jawaharlal Nehru approached Shri Behari with the proposal of handwriting it in a flowing italic style.

1. Why are FIIs selling Indian stocks so vigorously?

Well, a number of factors. It's actually a domino effect.

And it all begins with the same story…
The day FED decided to go hard on inflation.

2. In layman terms, FED regulates the flow of dollars in the world. For last many years, after the 2008 crisis, they have been printing dollars recklessly to help US Govt fund several economy stabilizing projects by buying US bonds.

3. US 10Y, 30Y bonds are basically a kind of internal debt that the govt raises to run its projects as it has been running into huge deficit for quite sometime.

4. That, along with near zero interest rates incentivizes banks to lend more to whoever is credit worthy. These credit worthy people use the opportunity to raise dollar denominated debt and convert them into local currencies and invest in emerging markets (among other things).

5. Most EM currencies continue to depreciate against USD as most of them, including India, are net importer of goods and services. That is, they spend more USD than what they earn. So when a foreign investor invests in an EM, it has to factor in this depreciation as well.

Complexity and jargon are often used to mask a lack of deep understanding.

If you can’t explain it to a 5-year-old, you don’t really understand it.

If someone uses a lot of complexity and jargon to explain something to you, they probably don’t understand it.

My generation is going to be the last in the West to remember life before the internet. I don't think anyone yet appreciates the scale of this psychological rift, or how jarring it really is.

Virtually everyone I have met in the last decade has an online presence. I can follow a lot of what they do in life, and could reach out and speak to them instantly, if I chose.

By contrast, if I think of someone I remember from my childhood - my early teachers, the dinner ladies, the friendly old man at the post office - and look them up, there will be simply no trace of them online. The same even goes for places I visited, which no longer exist.

I came to maturity with the internet, so am unfamiliar with most of the old archival ways of finding information, parish records, birth certificates, and so on. I would struggle to produce evidence that many of the people I knew as a child ever existed at all.

This is true, despite the fact that a fair number of them will obviously still be alive. But now it feels, sometimes, as if they only ever existed in my head, because they never existed on the internet. This is genuinely psychologically distressing to me at times.

Thread on some pro tips which will help you improve your trading to next level(My 6 year experience summed up in a thread)

1. The more you sweat during practice , the less you will bleed during war - " Take time in learning , take small steps , increase your observation power ,

try to learn from gopd traders around you , the day you stop learning , you're dead. Never hesitate to ask queries to your friends/seniors/juniors. Always be curious to explore new things. Learning is a never ending process that will keep your mind alive and working.

2. Dont Try To Copy Anyone -
Everyone is different ! Dont get fascinated by other people's performance. You are your own hero , everyone has its own mindset/capital/skills/strength/weaknesses. Dont disturb your mental peace by comparing your trading results with someone else's.

Comparison will always lead to disappointment , if you ever feel to compare , compare with someone who is doing lesser than you. Everyone is unique , try to find your edge and work without thinking of what others are doing or what anyone will say. Just focus on what you are doing

3. Never loose more than X% of your capital in a single go -

If you follow this rule , i promise you will never blow up your account or be a looser at trading"Always risk x% of your capital in a trade/day/week. For me its 0.5% per trade , for you it can be any figure you like.
